I've been driving by this establishment for a few months now and thought I'd give it a try. I walk in and was greeted by two ladies, one with a client and one who was available. These ladies the proceeded to argue about who was going to do what for me. The one lady who didn't have a client decided she was going to provide me with both of the services I requested which were a basic manicure with no polish, and a spa pedicure. She tells me to choose a seat for the pedicure so I do that while she's getting the polish I chose. She gets back to my chair and begins to run the water which never got warm, so she moved me to a different chair. (Side note, these are recliners like from your living room, that have a bowl with a kitchen faucet at the foot of them) no massage, no bubbles/jets in the bowl. She fills the bowl up with nice hot water the proceeds to do my manicure. In the beginning of my manicure she asks if I want it wet or dry, I told her I didn't know what she was asking- she said asked if I wanted to dip my nails in water or not, I told her it don't matter- note to self- it matters because a dry manicure is somewhat painful since your cuticles aren't softened. Half way through my manicure the water for my feet is cold. She moves to my feet and proceeds to do my pedicure without gloves on. This whole time she's scratching her face and nose with the same bare hands that are touching my feet. I had also requested the spa pedicure which includes a callous remover and lotion and leg massage none of which were completed. She took my old polish off and moved on to clip my nails, as she was doing this she didn't make sure the skin under my nails were out of the way before she snipped. So she snipped skin and nails on 2 of my toes and 4 of my fingers. She finished filing my nails and brushed them off with the same brush she used on my fingers- who knows how many other toes this brush touched before it touched my fingers?!? Moving onto the polish. She started on my toes and messed up my big toe three times. She took the polish totally off one time then the other two times she just painted over where she rubbed against the wet polish. She then decided she didn't like the length of one of my toenails and cut them with the polish on. She then tells me to just sit there for 10-15 minutes to let my toes dry. When I'm drying she goes over to the other girl and begins to eat and drink without washing her hands RIGHT AFTER SHE WAS TOUCHING MY FEET. I sit there for about 10 minutes and pull my pants legs down and put my own sandals on. Go to pay and she tries to charge me for a spa pedicure which I did not receive. I didn't get lotion or a massage or callous remover or hot towels. I am extremely disappointed with my service that I received and will not be going back. I'm not sure my nail tech had any type of certifications or knowledge on how to provide the requested services. I paid $57 which includes the tip

It's really nice to have a beautiful nail salon in this area. I've only gone once so far but plan…read moreto go again. I got a pedicure. Their chairs are comfortable but the massager doesn't have that many settings. A male did my pedicure but I didn't catch his name. He was ok. They will offer you water, soda, or wine which is always a nice touch.

I have been coming to this salon since their grand opening. The space itself is nice and modern,…read morebut unfortunately the pricing practices here are extremely inconsistent and dishonest. Every time I visit, I get the exact same service. The only thing that changes is the color of my polish. Yet somehow the price is different every single time. They have a clearly posted price list at the front, but at this point it feels like it's just for decoration, because by the time you're checking out the price is always higher than what the list suggests. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time the pricing here hasn't matched what's listed on their own menu. Because of that, I always ask for the total before the service begins so there are no surprises. Today I did exactly that. Before giving me a price, the nail tech started asking personal questions like where I work and what I do for a living, which honestly felt like he was trying to size me up. Based on their own pricing, my service should have been around $60. When I asked for the price beforehand, he told me it would be $67, so I agreed to proceed. When I went to check out, I asked the front desk to apply the 10% military/veteran discount that they advertise. That's when I was told the $67 already included the discount. When the tech came up, he claimed the actual price was $75 and that $67 was the discounted total. That makes no sense. When a customer asks for the price before a service, you give the base price. Discounts are applied at checkout -- that's standard practice everywhere. If the real price was $75, that should have been clearly stated from the beginning. Instead, I was told $67 as if that was the normal total. There was never any mention of a $75 base price or that a discount had supposedly already been applied. You also can't assume someone qualifies for a discount when you don't even know them or their status. At the end of the day, the pricing here is inconsistent and misleading, and it feels like customers are charged based on what staff think they can get away with rather than what's actually listed. Between that and the fact that I wasn't even happy with how my nails turned out, this will definitely be my last visit. I came here since the grand opening, but after this experience it's grand closing for me.

Exterior Lots of free parking…read more Interior Bright, clean and well lit. They've renovated since my last visit. Customer service Johnny was my technician. I opted to just get my toes polished. He was pretty subdued but I notice that most nail technicians don't trot out their personalities unless you're spending a lot of money. Unfortunately, I can't wear long nails because of work - and I'm allergic to the red dye used in most nail polish, so I'm stuck with having to get pedicures - never manicures ... and no red or pink or derivatives. I love gel, but it always causes my nails to split and break. The Overall vibe here was pretty unwelcoming. One technician was kinda argumentative with a walk-in customer who had apparently called before coming in - to see if they were busy ... and they told her to come, but by the time she arrived, 4 new customers had shown up. It was 5pm. Price / Value Super over-priced. I wanted a pedicure, but there was a wait and I had to back at home in less than an hour, so I opted for a polish change only - French. This place charged $15 higher than their posted price for a polish change. I completely understand that french costs more - this is normal, but paying $15 more - no. Overall Overall I wouldn't come back simply because I don't like spending money in places where I don't feel welcome.
