Note that there is a sign on the door that states they don't take walk ins, but they ended up saying they could squeeze us in before their next appointment, which we really appreciated! We had the best experience here! They were incredibly professional and kind. We had a great time chatting with them. The price was average compared to other places in the area. And I'm very happy with how my nails look! I'll definitely be back and will recommend to anyone looking for a nail salon!

The nail tech that helped me did not know how to do a French tip, even though the name of the salon is Frenchies. I asked for pink and white French and she told me she's never heard of that and she doesn't know how to do it. Then she told the people around her she was proud that she could do my French because apparently she doesn't know how to do it. So you charge me $69 for her to practice on my feet. Never again.

The techs have always been pleasant but not overly talkative. Now let's talk about the actual job. My pedicures have always turned out ok, but my gel or sns sets, not good. Each time, I've had my nails chip or come off within a week and half or less. This shouldn't happen, especially with SNS nails. The manicures have also been lackluster with no hand massage and with pedicures, sometimes forgetting the foot massage. I will say that every time I've been, the owner, Karen, usually has a regular client that she's seeing and everyone loves her. Seems like she does a lot of specialty nails, so it's kind of crazy that her techs do such lackluster jobs on basic nails chip sets.
