She did an awesome job on my hands but she did a super wonderful job on my feet. She took all my callus off perfectly. Some places are too rough and that can be a painful experience. I loved that she kept checking to see if she was doing enough. As for the place, it is super clean and relaxing. It was very well needed. Will be back when I have the chance.

I called ahead and was told someone was available, who could do good designs, so I came in and also decided to get a pedicure for the first time there. I showed pictures of what I wanted, and while one design was agreed on, I was told another was "too much." During the appointment, the nail tech even asked another employee how to do the design and said he wanted to "try" it on me, which immediately made me uncomfortable because I'm very picky about my nails. He was very nice and friendly, but unfortunately I left disappointed because we didn't even do the design I originally showed. My pedicure was cleaned up well, but the polish application and French tip were not done well at all. I wasn't planning to leave a review, but after only a few days one of my nails broke from lightly scratching my leg. That was the final disappointment. Even after leaving unhappy, I still left a tip.

I was there for a pedicure and Maya was my technician. She was very good and I was happy with the outcome. She was understanding of my request to not use pure acetone at all. I brought my own polish and polish remover. The basic pedicure was $30. Services have inflated quite a bit over the years but I think that they are in line with the current economy. None of the customers were watching the game, yet the staff reacted to it as if they were at a sports bar. The constant yelling and loud outbursts became so distracting that they gave me a headache. I even put on my headphones to try to block out the noise, but then realized I shouldn't have to do that just to enjoy a manicure and pedicure. A salon should provide a calm, relaxing environment where customers can enjoy their services. These people were rude and disrespectful. This wasn't an isolated incident. On previous visits, I've also experienced staff members laughing and carrying on very loud conversations with one another during my appointments. While it's nice to see employees enjoying their work, the focus should remain on creating a pleasant, peaceful experience for customers. The one bright spot was the woman who performed my pedicure. She was kind, professional, and did an excellent job. I truly appreciated her service. I hope management will recognize that the customer experience should always come first.

It was easy booking the appointment on-line and so pretty easy to add additional people to your reservation with different services. I booked for a sports manicure and the deluxe pedicure and my friend for just a deluxe pedicure. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Tommy. As I was still waiting for my friend's arrival, he told me I can go ahead and pick out my colors. Once I've done that, as he was getting a seat ready, I requested if we are able to have a little bit more room because my friend will be bringing her baby in a stroller. Without hesitation he said of course and moved us to the other side where we are by ourselves. He didn't rush me to get seated and started and waited for my friend to arrive. Once we sat down, we got started, love the massage chairs and the ability to recline and relax. I had Ken who did my pedicure. Usually, I'm very sensitive with my feet, but he was gentle and gave just enough strength on the massage so it's enjoyable. He was also vigilant enough to slight wave the hot towel a bit before wrapping my legs. I did request for my nails to be trimmed and he trimmed it to a good length and applied my color. Don did my sports manicure which includes a sugar scrub and it was definitely something I needed. He also trimmed my nails nicely and shaped them to my liking, had me check along the process to make sure it's still what I wanted. I opted for a gel french tip manicure and so glad I did because they held up nicely and looks pretty. The services weren't rushed and I didn't feel like they're just trying to get us out the door so they can put another body in the chair. Upon checkout, I asked about the discount and Tommy informed me that as new customer to receive the discount I would need to write a google review, which I gladly did. The nail techs, Bill and Cindy started working on our nails and were very nice and friendly. Bill did a wonderful job on my pedicure and made sure I had a great experience. Cindy did my friends nails and she was so kind. Inside the establishment is very clean and pretty. The massage chairs are so nice.
