Exterior Lots of free parking. Interior Bright, clean and well lit. They've renovated since my last visit. Customer service Johnny was my technician. I opted to just get my toes polished. He was pretty subdued but I notice that most nail technicians don't trot out their personalities unless you're spending a lot of money. Unfortunately, I can't wear long nails because of work - and I'm allergic to the red dye used in most nail polish, so I'm stuck with having to get pedicures - never manicures ... and no red or pink or derivatives. I love gel, but it always causes my nails to split and break. The Overall vibe here was pretty unwelcoming. One technician was kinda argumentative with a walk-in customer who had apparently called before coming in - to see if they were busy ... and they told her to come, but by the time she arrived, 4 new customers had shown up. It was 5pm. Price / Value Super over-priced. I wanted a pedicure, but there was a wait and I had to back at home in less than an hour, so I opted for a polish change only - French. This place charged $15 higher than their posted price for a polish change. I completely understand that french costs more - this is normal, but paying $15 more - no. Overall Overall I wouldn't come back simply because I don't like spending money in places where I don't feel welcome. read more

Tried to go back to see if they improved..This place is still terrible!!! They care nothing cleanliness! The towels they use for pedicures are stained/soiled! The tools aren't sterilized properly!! The guy who did my pedicure rushed the entire time! I got my toes done on a Saturday, and the polish is already coming off on Monday!! I don't recommend this business at all... read more

they over charge for services and lady dug into my toenails causing them to bleed. I opted out after the lengthy time she spent on getting the extra services for a deluxe pedi because she was extremely slow and it was not a great pedicure but owner still wanted to charge me the full deluxe. I recently moved to Powder Springs from Smyrna. I continued to go back to Smyrna to get my nails done, but now my nails and I have found a new place, "The Nail Place" 2860 East-West Connector Marietta, and we are so happy! Tony did a fantastic job with my pedicure and Jane did an amazing job with my fill and eyebrows. I will be a repeat customer! read more

I'll give this place two stars for cleanliness andbut I'm absolutely not satisfied with my nails at all. The shaping is completely off. He literally shaped only two nails good and bad the nerve to talk about my previous nails that had a way better foundation and shape. And he asked me how much I paid for my nails in Cali I said $80 for a full then at the end he charged me $90 for some basic nails I'm highly disappointed as I don't have money to waste and I should have looked closer at the pics The shaping and the thin acrylic is thin and poorly shaped I'm going to have to get them done again Update : Literally two days later and my nails look hideous!! I want a refund or half I don't appreciate paying $90 for this bs . The nails are so think they're damaging and cracking my natural nail read more

This nail place did a pretty good job overall. I went today, but I believe in the future I would book an appointment since it was a little busy and took 45 minutes to an hour for my full set to get started. The male who did my full set was quick but neat. Although I don't believe that everyone in the shop is this way. My mom was disappointed in how sloppy her fill was shaped by one of the females so I'll stick with him. I also got a simple color change on my toes. A little pricey ($42 for gel) but reasonable compared to the shops around. read more

Soon as I walked in I was greeted and seated. major green flag. I got a mani and ped. Mani first and she followed the design given FLAWLESSLY. most times you show designs and they act weird but she hoped right on it. when she was done, I went straight to the pedi chair. when I say this man massaged me ZOWN. I mean that. then he suggested the design on my nails for my big toe and the suggestion alone took it from a 8 to a 10 for me cause READ MY MIND SIR. outstanding customer service, sense of urgency, and made sure I walked out overly satisfied . my kind of business. definitely going back ‍ read more

This place was convenient being it was right around the corner from my house. I do like my nails as well short and simple how I like it. I would have to give it 3stars because the clean up after the sns powder was not okay glue stuck to my fingers, and got a nice size cut under my nail bed from the machine which I gotta wear a bandage for the next three days till healing. But other than that an okay experience read more

I had an appointment at 10AM. I got a mani/pedi, and was out of the door by 11:30AM. They're very attentive, and the nails are sooo beautiful! I've been looking for a salon that does encapsulated nails, and I reached out to their IG page to check if they could, and got a response in less than 15 minutes. I wish I got their names, but I'll definitely be back. They even give you a frequent customer card to stamp for money off your services. read more

My first impressions of the nail place was that it was very clean, and welcoming. I was seated as soon as I came in. The technician seemed friendly. I was all ready for a nice relaxing fill in. This is when things started to go down hill. The technician kept burning my nails with the file. It was up way too high. I asked for a almond shaped tip and was told it would take too much to shape it that way so I gave up on that.I asked for gel polish and it looked liked it was going ok but the last coat, the technician got polish all in the sides of my nails. I left with a tear in my eye and feeling like I had wasted my time and money. The prices are a bit more than other nail places and you don't get anything special with the service. Sadly, I will probably not go back. read more

I have been here a few times but since the new owners have taken over this place is trash. From the customer service to the services rendered. I paid $90.00 for my nails on the 31st only for the polish to bubble and peel the very next morning. Out of the blue the salon was shut down for two weeks I contacted the owners who agreed to do a new set but when I got there he said they would only take 5 00 off. I don't mind paying for good service but this isn't that read more

Great color selections, tony did a nice job on my feet. Going for my nails in a few days, will update then

I've been to this place twice now for a mani with SNS polish and pedicure. I have had great service both times and my SNS lasts for ~3 weeks before it starts chipping, and as a nurse who is constantly using her hands, I've been very pleased with their service! I recommend this place and will be bringing my friends! read more

I spent $90.00 on an upgreated Mani/Pedi. My manicure is a mess from tip to cuticle. When I went back, I was treated so rudely. I will not return. The manager does not even deserve one star. read more

My first impression about this place- small but clean. Everyone is wearing a mask and there are clear plastic barriers at each station. My gel pedicure by Tony was amazing but my SNS manicure by another nail tech only lasted one week! Also, if you're getting your eyebrows waxed, you have to lay down on a table in a side room; I would prefer a chair. read more

this place was terrible. A guy with blonde hair did my nails I asked him for wide coffin with a matte coating. It absolutely looked terrible and I kept telling him to make the shape better and he would get mad at me and not do anything to fix it he was very rude and kept yanking my arm. I paid $50 for nails that I did not like at all I would never come back here again. period read more

The only reason why I'm rating with one star is because I have to rate them. I'm not from GA , let's say this was the worse experience I had on my nails in such a upscale state. The guy who said he was "Hango L." Mind you I would not know exactly who Hango L. I just new from previous rating that those pictures had that name on them so I asked for Hango... however, the man Did my sns he rushed my work and left clumps under my nails VERY SLOPPY WORK DONT WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY! I will NEVER GO BACK THERE! :-) read more

Worst manicure I have had in 20 years. They were not crowded and the person doing my nails did not care about his job. He off a frequent shopper card but I declined. Never going back. It's a shame because it is right by my gym read more

I called the night before & was told they open at 10 & when I asked if I should make an appointment they told me no. I showed up the next morning at 10:06 & yes, they open at 10....with ONE person! I waited 10 minutes & when no other employees had shown up, I asked when others would be there & was told "they are usually late by 15 minutes, sometimes later." WHAT???? There were already 2 people waiting. She did not seem the least bit apologetic or seem to think there was ANYTHING wrong with that. Extremely unprofessional! If you open at 10 & discourage appointments your employees should be there at 10! I understand if something happened, everyone runs late every now & then but this was OBVIOUSLY a regular occurrence. Poor work ethic & customer service drives me nuts! read more

My pedicure by Tony is always on point. But whoever the guy was who did my fill in was HORRIBLE. His shaping, paint, and his technique is trash. I hated my nails so much, I went and got them soaked off the next day. He over charged me and I'll probably never go back here. read more

Honestly normally when I come here I have a really good experience. I normally get Helen to do my nails. She's always done a really great job but this time I got a guy. He was rushed, left paint all over my fingers, and the nails I got were clumpy and not shaped well. I had to come home and file them myself to make them look at all decent. He nicked me with the Filer multiple times as well! I've had my nails done by him twice and both times it looked really bad. Plus I came in to get a fill in and they ended up charging me $60! I got a full set last time that was longer and more design for only $50. He charge me $10 alone to cut my nails down which is literally only him clipping it with nail clippers. I'm really disappointed as this was my go to spot. But the way he rushed and left me with ugly nails and a high bill means I probably will never go back. I feel like he overcharged me ALOT. read more

Friendly workers but horrible polish choices and need more workers. Never have I ever gotten my nails done and a day later most of them are chipping. The Nail Place - Just 3 days after getting them done and they look like this. Smh I'm not rough on my hands. This is unacceptable. Use better products. - Nail Salons Near Me - Austell, Georgia

This place was very unprofessional. My mom and I were getting our nails done and were not seated together, which is fine I don't mind that. We both got SNS and pedicures so we spend a lot of money. I sit down for my SNS and the tech begins to brush on the SNS powder instead of dipping my finger into the powder which is how SNS is meant to be put on. In the MIDDLE of doing my nails she sends me to get my pedicure and does not even finish mine or my moms nails before working on someone else's. The quality of my nails were so low that they broke in a couple days time. I went to another nail salon to get them removed and was told that the brushing on of the powder is NOT SNS but is another way of doing polish. It took 30 min to take off and he said that it could have damaged my nail had I left it on. Beware of getting SNS here it is not the real SNS technique!!!! read more

I had a very pleasant experience when i went here. The building is clean, organized, and very relaxing. The workers were very kind and helpful. Came in for a quick nail polish change. Took me right away and took their time. Not hard to paint nails but she did a great job!

I have been going to this salon for a long spell because the ladies were friendly and they did an ok job on nails/feet. No good customer service, the guy was rude and rushed me out because I came in at 5:30 and they closed at 6:00pm. I would of rather you say come back tomorrow!! I discovered he was not getting the $1 tip I had planned after his rushing my service when he completed my nails and walked away. He didn't look at his own finish work. I gave 1 star because I did get I did get a completion off my checklist and I couldn't give them no star! When I left he did not check to see if u was dry or said good night Or thank you!!! Been here a couple times as this is the closest nail salon to my house. Staff does a great job, came in before closing for a much needed pedicure and the manicurist still took his time with me even though it was 40 minutes after closing time by the time he was finished. Seems clean and color selection is sufficient. Meets expectations for a standard nail salon. read more
