He was pretty subdued but I notice that most nail technicians don't trot out their personalities unless you're spending a lot of money. Unfortunately, I can't wear long nails because of work - and I'm allergic to the red dye used in most nail polish, so I'm stuck with having to get pedicures - never manicures ... and no red or pink or derivatives. I love gel, but it always causes my nails to split and break. The Overall vibe here was pretty unwelcoming. One technician was kinda argumentative with a walk-in customer who had apparently called before coming in - to see if they were busy ... and they told her to come, but by the time she arrived, 4 new customers had shown up. It was 5pm. Price / Value Super over-priced. I wanted a pedicure, but there was a wait and I had to back at home in less than an hour, so I opted for a polish change only - French. This place charged $15 higher than their posted price for a polish change. I completely understand that french costs more - this is normal, but paying $15 more - no. I'll give this place two stars for cleanliness andbut I'm absolutely not satisfied with my nails at all. The shaping is completely off. He literally shaped only two nails good and bad the nerve to talk about my previous nails that had a way better foundation and shape. Mani first and she followed the design given FLAWLESSLY. most times you show designs and they act weird but she hoped right on it. when she was done, I went straight to the pedi chair. when I say this man massaged me ZOWN. This nail place did a pretty good job overall. I went today, but I believe in the future I would book an appointment since it was a little busy and took 45 minutes to an hour for my full set to get started. The male who did my full set was quick but neat. Although I don't believe that everyone in the shop is this way. My mom was disappointed in how sloppy her fill was shaped by one of the females so I'll stick with him. I also got a simple color change on my toes. I've been looking for a salon that does encapsulated nails, and I reached out to their IG page to check if they could, and got a response in less than 15 minutes. My first impressions of the nail place was that it was very clean, and welcoming. I was seated as soon as I came in. The technician seemed friendly. I was all ready for a nice relaxing fill in. This is when things started to go down hill. The technician kept burning my nails with the file. It was up way too high. I asked for a almond shaped tip and was told it would take too much to shape it that way so I gave up on that.I asked for gel polish and it looked liked it was going ok but the last coat, the technician got polish all in the sides of my nails. I have had great service both times and my SNS lasts for ~3 weeks before it starts chipping, and as a nurse who is constantly using her hands, I've been very pleased with their service! I called the night before & was told they open at 10 & when I asked if I should make an appointment they told me no. I showed up the next morning at 10:06 & yes, they open at 10....with ONE person! I waited 10 minutes & when no other employees had shown up, I asked when others would be there & was told "they are usually late by 15 minutes, sometimes later." WHAT???? There were already 2 people waiting. She did not seem the least bit apologetic or seem to think there was ANYTHING wrong with that. Extremely unprofessional! If you open at 10 & discourage appointments your employees should be there at 10! I understand if something happened, everyone runs late every now & then but this was OBVIOUSLY a regular occurrence. Honestly normally when I come here I have a really good experience. I normally get Helen to do my nails. She's always done a really great job but this time I got a guy. He was rushed, left paint all over my fingers, and the nails I got were clumpy and not shaped well. I had to come home and file them myself to make them look at all decent. He nicked me with the Filer multiple times as well! I've had my nails done by him twice and both times it looked really bad. Plus I came in to get a fill in and they ended up charging me $60! I got a full set last time that was longer and more design for only $50. He charge me $10 alone to cut my nails down which is literally only him clipping it with nail clippers. I'm really disappointed as this was my go to spot. But the way he rushed and left me with ugly nails and a high bill means I probably will never go back. This place was very unprofessional. My mom and I were getting our nails done and were not seated together, which is fine I don't mind that. We both got SNS and pedicures so we spend a lot of money. I sit down for my SNS and the tech begins to brush on the SNS powder instead of dipping my finger into the powder which is how SNS is meant to be put on. In the MIDDLE of doing my nails she sends me to get my pedicure and does not even finish mine or my moms nails before working on someone else's. The quality of my nails were so low that they broke in a couple days time. I went to another nail salon to get them removed and was told that the brushing on of the powder is NOT SNS but is another way of doing polish. It took 30 min to take off and he said that it could have damaged my nail had I left it on. Beware of getting SNS here it is not the real SNS technique!!!! read more

Came in for a quick nail polish change. Took me right away and took their time. Not hard to paint nails but she did a great job!

He rushed through my pedicure. Then when I was done with pedicure they didn't let my toes finish drying so my big toe nail messed up when I walked to get my eyebrows done. Did eyebrows and specifically told her not to use alcohol and she still did! Smh I will NEVER return. read more

Been here a couple times as this is the closest nail salon to my house. Staff does a great job, came in before closing for a much needed pedicure and the manicurist still took his time with me even though it was 40 minutes after closing time by the time he was finished.
