After doing my due diligence by checking the BBB, Google, Yelp, and Angi reviews, I reached out to several companies for their feedback and estimates for replacement. I received a lot of data but also received several extreme estimates and a couple of not interested comments. I began to believe what I thought was a pretty straight forward replacement was getting to be too complicated and an extremely expensive endeavor. That is until I contacted Aqua Systems and worked with Richard De Young and his team of professionals. After doing a sanity check with Richard, my faith was restored that this was a simple replacement and more importantly a very reasonably priced replacement. Richard and his team at Aqua Systems worked with me to identify an excellent option and schedule the replacement. Technician Luis arrived on time, even though we were experiencing a rain storm, and within a little over an hour, he had completed the replacement and we were back to an operational status with filtered water. BTW, we never lost water. Luis put us into a bypass so we continued to have water while he did the replacement. We were never inconvenienced. We are extremely pleased and happy with the service provided by Richard and Aqua Systems. You can bet we recommend their company and their services. Then immediately I called Sherri from Rayne office who handle all of our maintenance and repair schedules. And at the promise date, here comes John, technician from Rayne. I told him what's happening with water Softner that's it's not draining water while on the cycle of regeneration.Immediately he told me all the possibilities what's wrong with the system. In short, he check all of those possibilities and he found out that the rubber seals are bad. He replace it and run the system. And it's fixed, water Softner running on its normal cycle. And did a manual regeneration on the second day to be sure. And it works very good like brand new. Hope to get more years on our Rayne Water Softner. Got our money's worth, so many years of service. In addition, due to Chinese New Year, I needed the house cleaned the next day, which they worked out a time slot to do for me (Christopher responded within 1/2 hour and right after I was about to sign with another company). The women made every effort to make sure the areas I needed cleaning were scrubbed and wiped of dust, dirt, and grime. They wiped the window blinds, the exterior of cabinets, refrigerator and oven, and they mopped the floors and corners clean. Blanca checked with me to make sure I was satisfied or if I had more concerns (after they cleaned each area) = total of 2 hours. There was a spot they did not dust or mop upstairs, but I let it go because they wiped and cleaned other areas I did not ask for. The only question I have is "Where is my swifter?" because it disappeared from the restroom. Also, I would prefer they empty dirty water from the living room floor into the toilet and not my kitchen sink and they should not refill their bucket to wipe the floor by use of the kitchen sink. There is a faucet and hose outside the front door to refill their bucket and a grate on the street to empty out dirty water, so using my kitchen sink was not appreciated. The reason the review has 5 stars is because Christopher acquiesced my request and charged me days after my Lunar New Year, which I'm truly grateful for, and he gave me a discount as a first time client. That's great business ethics for you!
