They cut corners by improperly installing the coupling instead of replacing the whole pipe and wanted to charge me as if they did the work correctly. To lie and say they would return to finish is unacceptable. They knew I was on to them, which is why they never returned. It's sad that they have run a great company into the ground when they took over!!!!

I called several places and was getting a bunch of fluff and bs. Someone recommended Keith and I am very happy they did. Keith and his crew showed up to replace the faucets and were and are very professional and knowledgeable. While they were here I showed him my powder room that I was in the middle of messing up. Told him I'd like to have the ugly standard builder sink and mirror removed and swapped out with what I had ordered. He gave me an outstanding quote and I finally was able to get the work done today. I am beyond happy that he completed the job and I wasn't charged 5k like Lowe's wanted to charge. I highly recommend flat-out plumbing before any other company. They just gained a customer for life and I will be sure to let everyone know who to call when they need work!

I had hoped he would just replace the 60+ year old washers, but he recommended no washer replacement spouts, which I agreed to and he did the job quickly. I liked that he responded even faster to phone calls and texts. I found Ryan very personable and his labor/equipment rates acceptable. I'll use him again given his quick responses to questions and pricing.

Very professional, fast service.

Unfortunately, my experience with this plumbing company has been extremely disappointing. After…read moreTHREE technician visits, my bathroom issue is still not properly fixed. The first technician replaced a part that apparently did not need to be replaced, and the original problem continued. The second technician made an adjustment that did not resolve the issue. On top of that, the hot/cold water settings were switched. His proposed solution was for me to manually paint stripes to identify which side was hot and which was cold instead of actually correcting the problem. Then a THIRD technician came out and wanted to charge me again to replace yet another part, plus additional labor. He adjusted the water so it no longer comes out cold, but now the temperature basically goes from warm to extremely hot. Once again, the job was not properly completed. My experience has also been inconsistent because each visit involved a different technician, and the level of knowledge and workmanship seemed to vary significantly. After three visits, multiple attempted fixes, and money already spent, my bathroom is STILL leaking and I am left with another problem involving the water temperature. I hired a plumbing company because I expected a professional diagnosis and a complete repair--not repeated visits, different explanations, additional proposed charges, and half-completed work. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I would rather pay a reputable plumbing company to diagnose and repair the problem correctly the first time than continue paying for attempted fixes that leave me with unresolved issues.

A rude man answered the phone and said, "I think you called yesterday, we don't do sheet rock." My husband let him know we didn't call him yesterday and he replied, "well we don't do sheet rock, have a good day" with an extremely rude tone and then hung up in our ear! How rude and unprofessional! I don't know what kind of business this is and I don't care! We won't be using them for anything! *****Update: a rep from the company DID in fact call and apologize after I commented on Yelp. Customer service goes a long way in my book and I appreciate the gesture to try and make things right. I'm attaching a screenshot of the search results for Yelp's reference.

Well little things go awry all the time and on this particular problem it was just a faucet leaking. I called around and most places had a service charge, and then the cost of the repairs. I finally found Trademark and they had a $99 3 year membership fee where the initial service call is waived and you also, get 10% off of all repairs. It's a great service. Leah, is my point of contact and she's always really insightful. I had a problem with my only property wanted to enlist in their services again. However, my situation was a bit more complicated. But instead of just taking my money, Leah, explained what would and would not be covered. This way I did not just waste my money.
