It was a very straightforward and easy process. Jordan advised on a system that would best suit our needs and he didn't try to up sale everything. We were able to get a low down payment and low monthly payment. There were also many perks for customers throughout the first year and the upkeep prices were more than reasonable. Jordan also gave us information about our options should we move within Texas or out of state. The installation technician, Oscar, arrived with our system later in the evening. Again very efficient work, it didn't take even an hour for Oscar to install everything. Oscar even made it look very neat under our sink, with hiding tubes yet being able to inform us of how those tubes connect and work to provide us with clean water. Oscar explained what to do in emergency situations and advised on when we should give Puragain a call for routine maintenance. He even wrote out instructions for flushing the system before we would be able to use it. I appreciated so much the awesome customer service, patience he showed and care he showed. These guys really kept communication flowing. And if there were any issues, they were resolved quickly. My husband and I are very happy with our experience with Puragain and would definitely recommend them.

We got a quote also to see how much it would cost to move it inside the garage. Luckily, they gave us a very good price on a brand new unit inside my garage with PEX plumbing. So this past winter I wasn't worried about my water softener freezing because it was inside my garage protected from the elements. While they were working on that I asked them about a reverse osmosis water filtration system. They were able to replace my existing set up and I asked them to hook it up to my refrigerator as well. So I do not have to replace the refrigerator filter and I get reverse osmosis water chilled and ice! They call once a year to replace the filters and with labor it's just a little more than Amazon.

After so many years I thought I would pop in and talk with the owners and get to know them and know what kind of water I've been putting in my body everyday for the last several years. After a few minutes I got the attention of the gentlemen and introduced myself and explained that I have been a long time customer and how much I enjoy their water. I explained that I was curious as to which method they employ in order to produce the water. At first he assumed I wanted to buy my own filtration system but then I had to explain that I just wanted to know what kind of filtration and treatment is done to the water. He immediately seemed upset, frustrated with me, and hostile at the same time. Pointed to the filtration system going across the wall and said look all this is how. I asked plainly if it was reverse osmosis, ultraviolet, carbon??? Before I could even finish my question he cut me of and said yea it's the osmosis. He grew more and more impatient with me in a store completely empty at that moment. So I thanked him for his time and went on my way. I was surprised and a little disappointed. The main reason I really wanted to know is that I had read an article stating that some water can be over purified leaving it devoid of minerals and other necessities of water, when consumed this water could take away from your supply of minerals in your body, or so I read. I hope the owner can be more respectful and informative to his customers. As I hear I am not the only person who has had the same experience.
