I've had a few bad experiences with other wax chains, but once you try Sweet Peach you're guaranteed to be a loyal customer. Their wax is super gentle compared to anywhere else. Also, the environment is clean, warm, and welcoming, and Candy is super bubbly and friendly. Candy finished my Brazilian and underarms in a pain free 20 minutes and left no hairs. If you're looking for expert waxing I'd reccomend her at this location!

This was my first time ever being late. As I was walking in the door, my phone dinged with a $5 no show fee. My aesthetician was standing there and told me that she would not be able to take me because she'd already taken her next appointment back. She said I could come back in three or four hours when she had an opening, but that did not work with my schedule. Their website states that 10 minutes late is a no show- with no mention of how long your appointment was. Sadly, they lost three customers this morning over that five minutes.

I had many questions as I usually do regular wax and on both my phone call as well as in my appointment all my questions were thoroughly answered. I found the sugar wax to be superior to the regular waxes I usually get, less painful and apparently more likely to leave ingrowns. Natalia did an excellent job paying attention to every detail and made me have a comfortable experience with fantastic results. It was very relaxing in the room, great British baking is a fantastic choice to help lower the stress for those of us that get anxious. Fantastic experience, will be back!

She has always made me feel comfortable from the start. She works quickly and efficiently and ensures to answer any questions you might have about any procedure. You cannot trust just anyone to do your sugaring or waxing, especially in sensitive areas, but I have never been disappointed here. I book everything online and if you need to reschedule, calling in is a breeze. The other staff I have interacted with have always been pleasant and accommodating. You can also get package deals for your sugaring or waxing to save money and for convenience. I did this in the past and recommend it if you can afford it upfront. I would not go anywhere else for my sugaring or waxing needs. I highly recommend this shop if you need any hair removal done or any other services they offer. You will definitely get quality service that is worth every dollar.

I'm sure Olga is awesome, but despite booking my eyebrow threading appointment with her specifically, I never met her and a random lady did my brows--I have scars above my right eyebrow, like, deep scars from my appointment that resulted in deep itchy rash. It also smelled odd during the threading like maybe rose witch hazel but I'm not sensitive to that normally. A simple alcohol or aloe solution would have been preferred. Maybe it just wasn't sanitary but anyway I left and almost immediately broke out in a super itchy skin inflammation and started my new job like that! This was several months ago (April 2025) and I still have the deep scars on my face from this amateur facility with newbies. I just remember wanting to scratch it so badly. I used to go to a threading and sugaring place in Alpharetta before I relocated, and never had a problem nor sensitivity there. Brazilian and eyebrows, never an issue. Bare Wax is not a place I will be returning to. What sucks is I didn't even need the service, just wanted to try the new place and be groomed and polished. Honestly there was no difference, she didn't even know how to trim my eyebrows so they looked basically the same as when I arrived.

I was in the area but I called ahead to see if they could accept a walk in and thankfully they took me immediately. The receptionist and my esthetician were super accommodating. And I was thoroughly impressed with how my eyebrows came out - clean, but still full like I like them. Not to mention, the waxing was super gentle so I barely felt anything. I was a walk in so I do have to say they were very kind and accommodating and were able to fit an eye brow wax for me in their schedule and I hardly waited 10 min. Unfortunately, after the wax, my skin over my eyes was burning more than usual but I thought it would go away as it usually does. In about an hour it didn't get better and today I woke up with these red spots and my skin really hurts. I'm not allergic to anything and my skin is not extra sensitive and I've been waxing my eye brows for many years and it's the first time this happens to me.
