The receptionist was very rude. First, she told me they close at 5, which did not address my request. Then she said my hairdresser was with a client--which I completely understand--but before I could say anything else, she hung up on me. What is most concerning is that this behavior is not new; it has happened more than once. Repeated interactions like this show a lack of professionalism and respect for customers. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I was not expecting immediate availability, just basic courtesy and communication. Unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative impression.

I started with a level one hairdresser and I've been very happy with her. She's friendly and very accommodating and listens to my concerns of being conservative while cutting my hair. They have a little boutique shop with stylish trendy clothing, which I enjoy looking at when I go. everybody there is friendly and helpful. It's not your regular Salon that feels pretentious or cool.
