Mili, Neema, Sonal, and the whole Planning Elegance team are truly exceptional. To say Indian weddings are complicated, is an understatement. On top of that, Mili's team helped us plan 6 events in 3 days, at 3 different venues with guest counts from 200-800. My actual wedding and reception were held at the Long Beach Performing Arts Center Terrace Theater, a very far from typical choice for a wedding venue. However, we chose it because we wanted to utilize the space in a unique way - something that had never been done before. We spent many meetings and site visits with Mili to evolve our concept and the many logistics that came with it. It was challenging to say the least, but with Mili and her team's experience, knowledge, and attention to detail, we watched our vision come to life. Both mine, and my husband's immediate families were heavily involved in the planning process. That means 4 parents, 4 siblings, 2 grandmothers, and a bride and a groom, yet Mili and her team found a way to incorporate everyone's ideas, suggestions, and wishes. Yes, a wedding is about the couple, but for Indian weddings, it's also about the family. You can tell Planning Elegance's team truly understands this because the entire weekend both families were constantly checked up on and offered food, water, and any other assistance they needed. Mili and her team go above and beyond to take care of not just the couple, but their families and guests. All 6 of our events started and ended on time, (some even ahead of schedule), which meant a lot to our guests who weren't left sitting and waiting, and in turn felt that we valued their company and time. To this day, I have not heard of a single thing issue or problem that occurred, and while there is no such thing as a perfect wedding, P.E. handled every twist and turn through the weekend BTS so flawlessly, it felt perfect.

Just a few words to describe her: Professional, Unbelievably Organized, Calming (and brides do need someone that lets them know everything will be ok) Persistent in dealings with the venue and other vendors, and her Follow-Up is impeccable down to every spreadsheet and document she provided. She did all of this while maintaining her pleasant demeanor and shared her abundance of knowledge in wedding planning and events...well, I can go on and on, but to say Amy was a great addition to my vendors would be an understatement. She went above and beyond what I expected and handled every situation with finesse. Both families as well as myself and my groom were so happy with her and will recommend her to others without hesitation. She made the days up to the wedding run smoothly and the grand event go on without any hiccups. I have to admit, Mi was the second or third florist I spoke to while planning for my wedding so I was expecting to go through the same boring Q&A dance as I had done previously. But Mi was different from the other florists. She was very passionate and proud of her work. Even after learning that we had a smaller budget for flowers than most brides (I'm not a flowers type of gal), she was still 100% attentive and worked with me in choosing arrangements that fit both my budget and style. She took the time to understand the style I was going for and offered suggestions/alternatives that I didn't even know existed. On the day of the wedding, everyone was blown away by EVERYTHING -- the bouquets, ceremony flowers, centerpieces, boutonniere, etc. My mom, who is a retired florist, absolutely loved Mi's work and kept taking pictures of everything just so that she can admire them afterwards. I was feeling so overwhelmed and needed for someone to guide me and bring me peace during a stressful situation. I had my initial phone call with Jessica and within minutes I felt such a relief and knew I would be in good hands. I hired them for one month prior and day of coordination. The whole month prior Jessica requested all contracts from vendors and went through all the contractual agreement details and she reached out to vendors with questions and day-of wedding clarification details. She sorted out unforeseen complications that could have come up, hopped on meetings with vendors and went above and beyond to make sure all would go smoothly on the wedding day. The day of the wedding, Jessica and Amber were at the venue early and working with vendors for perfect set-up. They took care of EVERYTHING and more. My bouquet arrived in terrible condition and she had a new beautiful one delivered. They made sure to not only take care of me but also the groom.
