We had a great wedding thanks to Renee. She always had answers to our questions and solutions for our problems. She's a pleasure to work with and we are so thankful to have been referred to her by our good friend. We received very valuable service at a more than reasonable cost as well. Highly recommend! read more

Renee was an invaluable addition to our wedding! She is confident, calm, and well-organized. Any time I had question or had to make a change she was more than happy to accommodate. I'm so relieved to have found Renee! Her peaceful sweet demeanor was just what I needed to be sure that my Type A personality could take a break and enjoy my own wedding. She was affordable and worth every penny and then some! From our first meeting, I could tell she was organized, detail oriented, & so sweet. She put me at ease immediately! She gave me options because I wasn't sure what I wanted or what people normally did. She made the process as easy as a checklist. She gave opinions to help me tailor the day perfectly. Her day of package was awesome and I highly recommend it! We got married at the Portofino Inn in Redondo Beach on 6/29/18 & she and her assistant were fantastic. Everything was answered with "No problem! I will come to you!" I had a few major concerns with family issues and she was able to diffuse them and make adjustments on the fly. Her assistant had my drink on hand while we started the photos during cocktail hour, I can't tell you how appreciated that was. Renee handled the set ups, vendors, and guests with ease & we couldn't have done it without her. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone getting married. Thank you Renee, we love you!!! read more

Renee was so great on wedding day! She was so attentive and did everything we asked! I was so thankful to have her because there really are so many things that you don't think of that you need help with! I worked with Renee and her team as a venue coordinator for a client, and they were absolutely phenomenal. Renee is capable of handling every logistic for a wedding that had multiple vendors and utilized several locations within the venue. Renee also understood the client's long list of specific requests, planned for rainy day options the day before the wedding, and pointed out excellent concerns that the customer didn't think of. read more

Although I am a wedding photographer and not a client, it is paramount to me to communicate with the other vendors I serve alongside at each event- most of all the planner! They are the backbone of every wedding. Renee from Enchanting Engagement was an absolute sweetheart! I had the pleasure of working with her on a wedding recently. I happened to also be great friends with the couple, so it was very special, and extremely important that they were taken care of and that everything was very organized. Every interaction with Renee was so pleasant and met with her kind enthusiasm. At the wedding itself, I saw Renee hustling at every moment. First one there, and last one to leave! She was so helpful, and went out of her way to help with making sure the photos were great- even when it came to rearranging some fixtures that she had placed and then moving them back when we were done in that area. I hope to work with her again soon! read more

Wow where to start! Finding Renee was the biggest relief in our entire wedding planning process. She was amazing to work with, and she was super organized. Renee has such a wonderful, sweet, and calm personality. She kept everyone on schedule, and made our wedding night run so smoothly. She took care of setting up all of the decor on our tables and everything looked amazing (better than my husband or I could have imagined)! Renee took care of our timeline, and contacting all of our vendors (who also said wonderful things about Renee to us too!). She took care of making sure the vendors knew where to be, that our make-up & hair artists, photographers, and videographers had our hotel room number and knew where to find us the morning of. She also made some last minute changes to our time-line with no complaints, just "you got it". She always addressed our questions quickly, and we just loved working with her. Thank you again for making our day perfect Renee! We so appreciate it! read more

OMG Renee is AMAZING!!!! Renee and her assistant went above and beyond to ensure that my wedding was beautiful and perfect. From the rehearsal to the ceremony to the reception and afterwards, Renee and her assistant worked tirelessly to make sure that everything I wanted for my big day came true. She is very affordable too! She has different packages that can fit everyone's budget. I got the Day Of package with rehearsal but Renee is so awesome and dedicated to her work that she worked with me on ideas and other stuff for my wedding way before the big day! You don't get that from vendors these days. It's whatever's on paper is what they follow. But not with Renee! She is very professional and organized to perfection, but she goes outside the box and takes extra steps heck even miles to make sure you have the wedding your heart desires. This was my dream wedding and Renee made it possible. I'm so blessed and thankful for her services. She made my wedding happen. I am eternally grateful. I will definitely send everyone I know that are getting married to Ms. Renee read more

I don't even know where to begin! We found the info for Enchanting Engagement on another wedding site, met with her, and immediately clicked and decided we needed Renee's help to make this wedding run smoothly! We hired Enchanting Engagement for the full planning services, so Renee worked with us from day one, and it made the whole experience of planning a wedding so very easy for us! She knew what needed to get done, when it needed to done, she had recommendations for different vendors, categorized and maintained our budget, and made sure so many little details were taken care of! Having Renee along every step of the way meant that we got to plan the wedding very calmly, and we got to enjoy a PERFECT big day without worrying about anything because we knew Renee had it down! My fiance and I were, like most couples in 2020, forced to reschedule our wedding multiple times and needless to say it was devastating. Unfortunately, once we were able to get married we lost most of our vendors including our day of coordinator. Luckily we found Renee and she was available for our date. I'm not sure that I could have done it without her and she's just so sweet! read more

Renee helped coordinate our wedding at Greystone Mansion. The event required setup of several locations, strict venue policies regarding prep and strike, and a bunch of time-consuming labor in setting up our decorations and favors. Renee handled all of these the day-of details without breaking a sweat. The day went exactly according to plan, and Renee's hard work was a huge part of that. Renee was easygoing, professional and organized, bringing an air of calm to an extremely busy day. Part of what made it so pleasant to work with Renee was her infectious passion for weddings, which came across clearly in our pre-wedding conversations. In addition to the day-of coordination, we booked her 'partial planning' package. This was ideal for us, as we had pretty clear ideas about what we wanted at the wedding but wanted an experienced planner to be able to bounce our ideas off. Renee met with us early on in the planning process to set us on the right path, helped review vendor contracts, and was always responsive to assorted questions we had via email. These services were priced very competitively - we shopped around similar options for partial planning and many charged significantly more. read more

Renee and her team made our day run smoothly and most importantly enjoyable for us. She created a detailed schedule for the rehearsal and the wedding day, detailing who needs to be where, what has to be said or completed, and knew exactly how we wanted the venue to be set up. She was very friendly and patient with our bridal party and stayed late at all of our meetings to make sure everything was perfect. No detail was left out of our planning sessions which put us at ease and allowed us to enjoy our wedding day. We didn't have to worry about the details such as when the wedding cake would arrive, are the drinks being properly made, where do the gifts go, and making sure the bride and groom don't run into each other before the first look. Renee's team made sure all the vendors arrived on time, got set up, enjoyed their dinners, and got paid promptly. My wife initially thought she could do it all herself, but I'm glad she listened to me and got Renee to coordinate. This allowed my wife and her bridesmaids to enjoy the day and not worry about the small details or logistics. Renee was so much fun to work with, so enthusiastic and energetic, and the ultimate professional. My wife and I highly recommend her as your day of coordinator. read more

I'm soo glad I found Renee to coordinate my wedding! She was professional, detailed, hard-working and I never saw her break a sweat. From the first meeting we had, she was super organized, was frequently communicating with me and is super sweet. She recommended some vendors who were just as awesome and had nothing but amazing things to say about her. I ended up choosing most of her referrals. As the date got closer, I was becoming more and more overwhelmed with everything, so choosing Renee as my wedding coordinator was a blessing. I basically handed her everything a few weeks before and she reached out to everyone to make sure everything delivered and set up as planned. Our wedding day flew by without a hitch. I can't even begin to say how blessed & thankful we were to have Renee and her team help with our wedding! Thank you soo much Renee, we love you! read more

Working with Renee as mother of the bride was effortless. She is a sweet , kind and hardworking wedding planner. She spent so much time attending pre meetings and making sure all bases were covered for the 164 person wedding. Renee is very detail oriented and she did her best to make us think of everything we needed for the big day. She handed 20 wedding party bridesmaids and groomsman beautifully. Our rehearsal took an hour and that was amazing in and of itself. We were truly a cast of thousands. lol You really score if you can get her to be your wedding planner. We cannot say enough good about this wonderful lady/professional. Lastly, she has a smile that makes your day and calms your nerves. From the very first meeting we knew that Renee was perfect for our wedding. She was warm and friendly as well as extremely professional. She was in constant communication with us and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed from her. On the day of, Renee and her assistants brilliantly handled the audio equipment, communicated with all the vendors, and made it so all we had to do was sit back and relax. Our wedding was in December 2018 and we are so glad we chose Enchanting Engagement! Renee is a GEM! As soon as we walked away from our initial meeting we knew we wanted to book her. I don't think I could have thanked her more at the end of the night. I highly recommend you book her! You won't regret it! read more

If I could give her negative stars I would. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. She doesn't know what she's doing. You're thinking she's affordable and has some good reviews on here but those have got to be friends and family. Many guests commented about how she did nothing the whole time. She shows up, has a sweet demeanor but I really think she knows if she does nothing, someone will step in and fix it. (Parents, guests) I had Renee for 2 weddings at my house for my two sons. Both times were identical to each other. Poor communication lead one bride to hire her after the first disaster! Both times she brought 1 person though she said she would bring more. The staff is clueless. She is always late to rehearsal and the wedding day "traffic" -not She is basically a guest at your wedding and does nothing. I've caught her hanging out in the house while I worked the whole time as the mother of the groom. She said she would dismiss the tables to go get food from the buffet but did not. Many were done eating and others had not ate yet and where was Renee? I don't know I started dismissing tables to go up and the buffet is two sided. Did Renee tell anyone? No. I had to run up and tell the long line it's two sided multiple times. Basic rule: you can announce to the crowd but not everyone hears it. So the coordinator needs to walk through and tell groups what's going on. Many guests missed the garter toss, bouquet toss and cake cutting. Renee was in the house on her phone. Trash can we're never emptied Bathrooms were never cleaned or checked even though she was told to check them and my cleaner clean them during wedding. One guest told me they were sitting around the table doing nothing until we arrived so guests were going to the wrong house. Get a better company and go over these items and expectations with the other coordinator read more

My name is Konstanten and I am the event manger at Legacy ballroom in Glendale. I had the pleasure of working with Renee couple of weeks ago at our venue. I just worked with Renee at a wedding on Saturday. She was amazing! It was incredibly hot and it was a "backyard wedding" at a mansion! She had to handle everything, including guests and relatives that English wasn't their first language, a very late groomsman, a shy ringdog, and other assorted challenges. She did it all with a smile, stayed calm, relaxed and was fun too! read more

Just so disappointed. Not sure if this company is used to small affairs only or if they didn't feel my daughters event wasn't as important since she only used their services for the "day of". Anyways where to start!?!? We were informed that all items for my daughters wedding were going to be picked up the Friday before so we had all items packed and ready, when the coord assigned to our event showed up her vehicle was a compact and one of the items was a large wine barrel. Thank goodness my husband had a truck and was home to help because my husband, my daughter (the bride to be) and myself had to follow the coord to the venue and load and unload the items...there goes my freshly manicured nails for my daughters wedding. On the day of the wedding I noticed the seating chart that was to be placed out front was hung (un even I might add) and backwards. Instead of starting Table 1-10, with Table 11-20 by its side and was 11-20, with Table 1-10 next to it. My daughter has planned many details like individual laser cut name plates to be placed at the tables ON TOP of the black napkins so they would be seen, instead they were placed on top of a clear charger which resulted in not being able to identify the name right away. Also menu cards were to be placed inside the napkins but were not and she ordered rose gold stickers to identify chicken, fish or vegetarian plates but these were also all messed up because some tables got all fish, all veggie and all chicken menu cards which resulted in confusion for the waiters who then had to be given another list to go off so that everyone got their correct dish. We were even informed by TGIS that the two coordinators were so overwhelmed that some of their own staff had to step in to help. This delay caused us addl waiting to get inside - we were to be in at 6 and we didn't get inside until approx 6:20 and wait it gets better...my daughters top tier of her cake went missing and to date her cake topper is still MIA and the owner of this company still has not contacted my daughter to apologize for these disasters. Perhaps it's just a fluke, but on a brides most important day, "flukes" shouldn't happen and to me a company that takes pride in their work gets the "little" things right. Not sure about the work ethics of this company or their word. We paid the amount given to us for services but apparently it's okay for this company to not deliver 100% back to their customers. And believe me there is still more that was left out, if you can believe it! I would not recommend this company for something so major because you too may end up being a "fluke" and do you want that on your wedding day? read more

I had the pleasure of pairing up with Renee for a wedding in Palos Verdes and man did I hit the jackpot. Renee impressed me by being on time and ready to go out of her way to make the client happy. I can't even begin to say how thankful we were for Renee and her assistant. Everything from the rehearsal to the wedding day/night was perfect and definitely a dream come true! We continue to get compliments about our beautiful wedding and about how professional Renee and her team were. I initially thought I could do it all myself. Then I realized I needed someone with experience and expertise. After the wedding, my husband and I said to each other that there was NO WAY we could have pulled off such a memorable and stress-free wedding without Renee. My friends and family took notice of Renee and her assistant as well and really liked her calm demeanor. Because of Renee I was not a BRIDEZILLA and we had so much fun celebrating without worrying about anything! Renee and I connected immediately when I was shopping for a Day of Coordinator. She is professional, prompt, and pays attention to every detail. But she will also be that person you ask her to be the day of your wedding. She stuck to the script and timeline and I asked her to blame the bride if anyone tried to divert from the plan. I trusted Renee and left some things up to her to decide on. She has a lot of knowledge and will give you good advice and recommendations. She will provide you with a detailed timeline and will be the vendor's point of contact before the wedding. You basically will hand everything over to her about two weeks before and she will reach out to everyone to make sure everything gets delivered and set up. She provided me with a list of vendor referrals when I was shopping around. I ended up choosing most of her referrals. They were all great. Our wedding day flew by without a hitch. We were having so much fun that we would have run out of time to do anything if it weren't for Renee who kept us in line with our timeline and schedule. We literally showed up, had fun, and drove off after the wedding. She had everything loaded into the trunk of our car and she stayed until the end at 1am. I would definitely recommend Renee and her team to anyone for their wedding. Do not try to do it alone. Trust me! Planning is already stressful and there will be some hiccups the day of. But its Renee's job to not let anyone notice including you. If you can't afford the full Wedding Planning service that she provides then at least hire her for the Day of Coordinator. Renee is everything!!!! She made sure my day went as smooth as possible. She calmed me down and always checked on me to make sure I was ok. I told her to decorate the venue however she pleaSed with the decor I had, and she did awesome!!! I was soo happy!!! We had to move the ceremony inside the reception space due to the rain and she did a beautiful job. So listen, I had rain and the wedding happened to land on Super Bowl Sunday I mean come on, those are hugeee obstacles to get through!!! There was a bar at the venue so people were drinking and watching the game here and there which was fine. BUT she did an excellent job in kicking people out of there to be respectful towards us so that everyone is present and seated for the ceremony and reception entrance. The day was amazing. I was truly happy how everything turned out. I wouldn't have gotten through it without her. We love you Renee! I have seen Renee coordinate two of my friends weddings and I cannot wait to hire her for mine. Renee and I were in close contact as I was the maid of honor for both weddings. Renee is professional and answered every question we had and was very supportive and informative the entire process, for both weddings. She is extremely sweet and personable and easy to talk to which made everyone feel comfortable coming to her with questions or problems both before the wedding and day of. Renee's attention to detail was a major key as she brought up a lot of good points we may have missed if we did not hire a coordinator. Come wedding weekend, Renee was there for rehearsal to guide us all on exactly what to do during ceremony. Renee and her team set up decor day of and coordinated the entire night and helped with tear down. Renee and her team were on their toes the entire night and on top of everything! Renee and Shay were amazing! My family is a bit crazy yet she handled us with so much patience. We hired Renee for the day of coordination but that didn't stop her from going above and beyond. From the moment we hired her she was open to questions and responded instantly to every email sent. She offered suggestions and sent me ideas and I appreciated that about her. My mom got the first appointment time wrong and she was so kind about it and rescheduled us immediately. The second meeting we were literally running 45 minutes late and she could have been so rude and fed up with us but she waited patiently and when I arrived I was so irritated and frustrated with the delay on our part yet she went straight to business in only a way she can. Within the first 20 minutes I forgot I was mad and happily babbling about my wedding details. She literally is the sweetest person. I'm so OCD about my setup and almost didn't trust that anyone could execute my vision. I drew out pictures and made excel charts and she was so kind and didn't make me feel like the bossy b that I can be. I ended up forgetting to give her my pictures of how I want the venue set up and she still executed my vision flawlessly. She kept my reception moving and on time. She made sure everyone was happy including me! She's a true professional and I would recommend her to anyone! read more

I had the opportunity to work with Renee at a recent wedding. It was a very involved wedding with a full ceremony, cocktails and reception. The couple hired a ukulele band, a mini elvis to perform during dinner, a photobooth, the usual vendors (officiant, photographer, videographer) and me the DJ. As you can imagine, the timeline was pretty hectic. Renee was very helpful in getting us everything we needed to be up and running in time. There were also some last minute decisions that had to be made and she handled those quickly and calmly. It was great working with Renee and her team. I had the pleasure of working with Renee and experienced what everyone here is raving about! Her clients hosted their wedding at our venue (White House Banquets & Event Center) and I spent enough time to get to know her and the way she works. She is by far the most patient, positive, hard working event planner/coordinator I have ever met in this industry. Not once did I see her upset or frustrated or ever loose her cool (which I have seen from almost every planner I've worked with). She ALWAYS has a smile on her face and most importantly, she is a very genuine person! Every encounter, phone call, and email I received from her was nothing but professional and kind. In terms of knowledge, Renee knows her stuff! She knows exactly what she is doing and knows all the right questions to ask which covered all our basis and made the event go as smooth as possible. She was present at all times during the whole event, from beginning to end. It was honestly a pleasure getting to know Renee and working along side her. I got married a few months ago on New Years Eve 12/31/16. My wedding went off without a hitch! Well of course weddings aren't always perfect because it was raining cats and dogs on my wedding day but Renee and her assistant made sure everything turned out beautiful and that I didn't stress out about anything on my wedding day. Decor, vendors, anything that was supposed to be on the patio she smoothly directed inside (she worked directly with the venue, I didn't even have to ask her about anything because I trusted her). Let me just tell you when I walked into my venue it was a total relief that everything was placed exactly where I would have wanted it to be. Not only that, the months leading up to the big day, I could always count on her to respond to every single one of my emails and texts quickly (which is SOOO important during the planning process) and it just put my mind at ease to know she was so on top of things and took care of everything I needed! You could definitely tell it wasn't her first rodeo because she came with me to do the final checks at the venue and with catering, with all of my vendors to make sure they didn't annoy me during the last few weeks up to the wedding, and she spent a good chunk of time with my now husband and I to make sure she got a clear idea of what we wanted to ensure everything went perfectly. I gave her specific instructions on somethings, and other things I completely skimmed over or forgot to mention altogether (sorry!), but she handled everything like a pro. Price-wise she is directly in the middle for her fees, but really for everything she did for us, it was a total steal. Thank you again so much, Renee!! read more
