You're thinking she's affordable and has some good reviews on here but those have got to be friends and family. Many guests commented about how she did nothing the whole time. She shows up, has a sweet demeanor but I really think she knows if she does nothing, someone will step in and fix it. (Parents, guests) I had Renee for 2 weddings at my house for my two sons. Both times were identical to each other. Poor communication lead one bride to hire her after the first disaster! Both times she brought 1 person though she said she would bring more. The staff is clueless. She is always late to rehearsal and the wedding day "traffic" -not She is basically a guest at your wedding and does nothing. I've caught her hanging out in the house while I worked the whole time as the mother of the groom. She said she would dismiss the tables to go get food from the buffet but did not. Many were done eating and others had not ate yet and where was Renee? I don't know I started dismissing tables to go up and the buffet is two sided. Did Renee tell anyone? No. I had to run up and tell the long line it's two sided multiple times. Basic rule: you can announce to the crowd but not everyone hears it. So the coordinator needs to walk through and tell groups what's going on. Many guests missed the garter toss, bouquet toss and cake cutting. Renee was in the house on her phone. Trash can we're never emptied Bathrooms were never cleaned or checked even though she was told to check them and my cleaner clean them during wedding. One guest told me they were sitting around the table doing nothing until we arrived so guests were going to the wrong house. Just so disappointed. Not sure if this company is used to small affairs only or if they didn't feel my daughters event wasn't as important since she only used their services for the "day of". Anyways where to start!?!? We were informed that all items for my daughters wedding were going to be picked up the Friday before so we had all items packed and ready, when the coord assigned to our event showed up her vehicle was a compact and one of the items was a large wine barrel. Thank goodness my husband had a truck and was home to help because my husband, my daughter (the bride to be) and myself had to follow the coord to the venue and load and unload the items...there goes my freshly manicured nails for my daughters wedding. On the day of the wedding I noticed the seating chart that was to be placed out front was hung (un even I might add) and backwards. Instead of starting Table 1-10, with Table 11-20 by its side and was 11-20, with Table 1-10 next to it. My daughter has planned many details like individual laser cut name plates to be placed at the tables ON TOP of the black napkins so they would be seen, instead they were placed on top of a clear charger which resulted in not being able to identify the name right away. Also menu cards were to be placed inside the napkins but were not and she ordered rose gold stickers to identify chicken, fish or vegetarian plates but these were also all messed up because some tables got all fish, all veggie and all chicken menu cards which resulted in confusion for the waiters who then had to be given another list to go off so that everyone got their correct dish. We were even informed by TGIS that the two coordinators were so overwhelmed that some of their own staff had to step in to help. This delay caused us addl waiting to get inside - we were to be in at 6 and we didn't get inside until approx 6:20 and wait it gets better...my daughters top tier of her cake went missing and to date her cake topper is still MIA and the owner of this company still has not contacted my daughter to apologize for these disasters. Perhaps it's just a fluke, but on a brides most important day, "flukes" shouldn't happen and to me a company that takes pride in their work gets the "little" things right. Not sure about the work ethics of this company or their word. We paid the amount given to us for services but apparently it's okay for this company to not deliver 100% back to their customers. And believe me there is still more that was left out, if you can believe it! I would not recommend this company for something so major because you too may end up being a "fluke" and do you want that on your wedding day? read more

We literally showed up, had fun, and drove off after the wedding. She had everything loaded into the trunk of our car and she stayed until the end at 1am. So listen, I had rain and the wedding happened to land on Super Bowl Sunday I mean come on, those are hugeee obstacles to get through!!!
