I just had such a terrible experience with Cummings Plumbing that I will not be using them again. Nick, the plumber who came to my home, was unprofessional and made the whole situation uncomfortable. First, he was cursing constantly while working, very inappropriate, especially with my kids in the house. It was really unsettling to have that kind of language in my house and it left me feeling uneasy as my husband wasn't home. To make matters worse, he didn't even tell me he broke the panel he needed to remove to access the plumbing behind the shower. I only found out after the fact when I saw the damage. On top of that, he removed shelving and clothing rods to get to the panel, but didn't bother to put anything back in place. He just left everything scattered on the floor, including my clothes! It was disrespectful and left me with a mess to clean up on top of everything else. I expected a lot more professionalism, especially for the price I paid. I will not be using Cummings Plumbing again and definitely would not recommend them to others.

This resulted in a large quantity of the toilet water going into my storage room and causing significant damage to photo albums, paper records, etc. Your man returned to reinstall the toilet. This time the drain pipe the toilet attaches to got cracked. As a result, when he left, the nuts that secure the toilet to the drain pipe could not be tightened and the caps that cover the nuts were missing. In addition, the toilet was not caulked. Chris is the owner and he explained things as he progressed along as well as answering any questions I had, plus it was just really nice visiting with him on other topics. They wore disposable booties, covered our newly tiled floors and cleaned up before leaving. Chris double and triple checked for any plumbing leaks before leaving as well. The invoice price was well within reason and the warranty on our disposal is fantastic.
