Pure Movers is by far one of the best customer services I've had, not just for moving. Doing a cross-country move is stressful and costly, and Jeff/Mark, and the movers made it very easy for me. I highly recommend Pure, and when I move again, I'll definitely hire them again! 1. Communication: I appreciate how responsive (email/text) they were and they went above and beyond to make the whole experience easy for me. I had many questions from start to finish, and either Jeff/Mark always responded to my questions within a day fully. I felt that they cared for my business, and I felt like they respected me as a customer. Both moving teams (pick up/delivery) were responsive, friendly, and professional as well. 2. Zoom pre-move estimation/cost: I was able to schedule a Zoom in-home estimation call the next day after I submitted an inquiry from the website, and the quote I received from the call was exactly what I paid. I like that they presented a binding contract, and my move took more than 2 hours for both pick up and delivery, there was no additional cost. I got quotes from 2 other reputable moving companies, and I chose Pure because it was the cheapest option with great reviews. I'm very glad I went with Pure. 3. Packing: The movers did a fantastic job packing my furniture with great care. On the day of the pick up day, there happened to be another moving company assisting my neighbor, and I saw a stark difference in how my items were cared for. 4. Pick up/delivery: The movers were hard-working, friendly, professional, efficient, organized, and knowledgeable. On both days, the teams showed up 1 hour later than originally scheduled, but they called me in advance to let me know. The later time didn't cause me much inconvenience, so I was OK with it. Both my origin and destination places were cities, and I lived/live in a condo so it did cause some difficulty in using the elevator after all, and the movers ended up doing more work than they would have. But that didn't cost me extra money. I chose the no-additional-cost Standard delivery option, and it arrived within the time frame I was initially promised. And it ended up being a Saturday, which worked out greatly for me. So I was very happy about that. 5. Damage/reimbursement: Unfortunately 2 pieces of furniture were damaged. Because I chose the standard insurance (which doesn't cover much), I didn't think they would do anything about it, but boy, Pure went above and beyond. Not only did the regional office apologize sincerely, but they also reimbursed the full amount of money I needed to order a replacement for my furniture parts. I don't really write reviews these days, but I feel compelled to write one now, because in a word - WOW. The moving gods were really looking out for me. Finding movers is honestly one of the worst tasks, especially if you've been burned by bad movers in the past (I definitely have). I agonized over who to choose and was honestly terrified of having my stuff damaged, held hostage, lost, or having guys deliberately take their time and many breaks because $$$. I initially picked Pure Movers because - and this will sound stupid - I liked how I was spoken to in the written quote. It wasn't an upsell situation and it wasn't aggressive. They made a point to be very clear about what they were charging, when they would charge it, and what they weren't charging for. Their rate, while still on the higher side of some of the quotes i'd received, was much lower than other companies and they assured me they don't start the clock until they get to you (love). For my actual move, three men were supposed to show up. Asan texted when they were on their way and when they arrived. They were also on time. So far, so good. I'd ordered some of those No Parking easels since I was living on a busy arterial road and to nobody's surprise, just my annoyance, nobody obeyed them. The movers assured me that wasn't a big deal; they'd just park in the median. Certainly not ideal, and definitely not a safe choice for them, but they rolled with it. They were meticulous with the move itself. They were friendly, efficient, well-organized, and communicative, and wrapped my furniture seemingly like they would if it were their own. I never once felt like I needed to babysit them or hunt them down. It's a small thing, but they really put me at ease during such a stressful event. Six hours and many, many flights of stairs later, they were all done, and not one thing was damaged or lost. If such a word can be applied to this process, I'd say it was perfection. Listen, moving companies are the worst. They break things. They work slowly, driving up the hourly rate. They smoke in your house and throw boxes and nickel and dime you over every detail. And then there's Pure Movers. We've used at least 4 other moving companies on Yelp over the last 15 years in the Seattle area, and we just had our best-ever moving experience with Pure Movers. They estimated the job over Zoom, I just pointed my phone around and they sent me an estimate and locked in our preferred dates. Then, they did a two-day move of our 3-bedroom house, the first day concentrated on packing up all of our stuff, and the second day moving it in and out of the truck into the new house. We did barely any work other than donating some unused items before they came. Electronics were still hooked up, drawers were full, etc. Not a problem for the Pure Movers team. The crew of 4 worked super hard and diligently, packing our stuff efficiently and taking care to listen to specific needs we had (what should stay, what should go.) They got it all exactly right. And then, the next day they worked extremely hard to get everything moved in and showed utmost respect to our new house. They reassembled the furniture, in some cases better than it was originally assembled. The real pleasure came in unpacking--every single item was unbroken, undamaged, and packaged in a careful yet creative way to efficiently use the space and protect the goods. Just a great experience from beginning to end. I decided on Pure Movers based off of the numerous 5 star ratings. Nick was the coordinator that answered all my questions and helped set up the appointment. He was always reasonably quick with his responses, whether it be through email, text, or phone. He even called a day or so later to follow up and make sure everything went well. They attempt to get as close of an accurate estimate by doing a zoom call walk-through of your place. And in the end, I was impressed by how close to the bullseye they were. The team they sent over were on time, professional and hard working. I didn't catch all of their names, but the one I communicated with was named Tony. He always checked up on me, throughout the move, making sure that I didn't have any concern that went unaddressed. Any time they needed a break, (which was rare for the amount of time they worked), they asked first. The way they worked was efficient. Not so rushed that you'd be worried they'd drop something or dent the wall. They weren't dragging their feet to draw out the clock. They got the job done at a very reasonable pace! Even towards the end, after moving a fully packed truck load, there was no grumbling or complaints. Tired, I'm sure, but always professional. I'm happy to be able to add another 5 star review for Pure Movers. Just be sure to schedule as soon as possible, as they are booked out way in advance. Also, keep in mind that "off peak days" described on their website does not simply mean the weekdays... there are very specific days within the month. read more

I have had such bad luck with movers over the years...show up late or not at all (thanks fake Craigslist post), charge ridiculous fees added on to your quote for materials, packing material left behind that you didn't know you had to pay for to protect your furniture, damaged things in transit....I had none of that with Pure Movers. Tommy and John showed up on time and were quick and efficient. The company's rates are based on when they show up and when you pay after they finish their move. No added time for transit to and from their location. No additional unexpected fees so you are prepared with the right amount of cash to take advantage of their cash discount. Bear in mind that the math may work out comparable to other movers rates you may be quoted because they separate out the truck rental fee. However that means they take care of the hassle of renting a moving truck and charge you a flat fee of $79 then give you an hourly rate for their labor. Worth it in my opinion. I wish I had went with Pure Movers on my last move. I could have saved so much money and I wouldn't have paid more than expected for plastic wrap that was used to wrap my furniture on my last move vs. the blankets they had on hand. One last thing, ahead of my move, they sent me reminder texts and also a message asking me to confirm that I nor anyone in my household had COVID or any COVID symptoms. The office I work at had to relocate from Los Angeles, Mid Wilshire area to Pasadena. We have a huge office, 2000 square feet and needed help with packing. When I called Bee Movers to set up the onsite estimate, I got a very friendly and very quick response to place me on schedule. Estimate is absolutely free with this moving company (others usually charge), so it was a win win situation. The onsite was fairly quick. A nice mover gentleman showed up at our place promptly, was polite and outgoing. We got the moving quote the next day and it sounded fair. So we decided to give Bee movers a go. What a great moving company it is! We had 5 movers and a truck working tirelessly for the 8 hour period. We only took a few breaks. These movers are really busy bees. All our cubicles were dismantled, wrapped and protected in blankets and plastic. All of our office supplies were carefully placed in boxes. The move was happening on the 7th floor going down the elevator, so we thought it slow down the move drastically but bee movers had already a great strategy in mind so everything was moved out quick. Our move in location was much easier to access so the unloading process was a breeze. Again, all our furniture was assembled back the way it was. No scratches or dents. We needed help completing our move into Seattle proper. The three young men who helped us were efficient, careful with our things, and hard workers. I appreciated that they listened as we wanted to stay close to our budget, which meant we asked they focus on moving the large/heavier items first like furniture, Peloton, etc and then focus on boxes. They showed up on time, and got in a solid workout hefting some things to the third floor. But they didn't slow down or complain. In fact they continued to be careful, even wrapping the tires of the hand truck so they could transport multiple boxes up the stairs to the correct rooms. This would be my only feedback for improvement on the admin side. We booked our move about 1 month in advance so even though my husband (yes here is the bus lol) wrote notes, it was a busy time. Be to make sure you talk through all information with the company, and request an email or written follow-up so you don't forget those details that seem to get lost with time. For us it was the mandatory drive time cost since we were moving from further than 10 miles away. The price they asked for was not unreasonable, however it caught us off guard financially. Bee Moving is definitely my favorite moving company in Los Angeles!! A few weeks before my move I've got the recommendation from my coworker and hired Bee Moving Company for my upcoming move from Los Angeles to Riverside. Los Angeles was a great place to live, but family circumstances forced me to move to another city. Frank, their sale representative, offered two options of their services and I decided to go with the full, all-inclusive packing option. I closed the whole deal on the moving day: full packing, load, move and unload. The whole move was done without any issues; the movers called me half an hour prior to their arrival, which gave me enough time to be ready. After a small walkthrough and rundown, we signed a contract and the movers went straight to work. Everything was packed and wrapped with extra care: nothing was broken and the movers were very friendly and super gentle to my belongings. The final price of the move was actually less than originally quoted, and definitely worth every dollar spent.  Unfortunately, their company doesn't service Riverside, but Bee moving company is the real deal if you need a move in the LA area! read more

This was the best moving experience ever!! I have moved frequently over the last couple of decades and always had so-so experiences at best. This was by far the easiest move for me. John, the Customer Care representative was very informative and very clear about the cost and mechanics of the process and arranged for the date and time in a friendly and very efficient manner. On moving day, Deni and his team showed up at the arranged time. What a great team of movers. They are very courteous and the hardest working crew I have ever met. This move was not easy as many fragile electronics, furniture and large art pieces had to be prepared, wrapped and moved from the 9th floor of an apartment building. Moreover, it wasn't exactly a crosstown move as the driving time for the truck was about 1.5 hours. Anyway, 16+ hours later they were done with the move. Nothing broke, nothing was bent and they worked with a fantastic can-do attitude! I am more than a satisfied customer and will definitely not only use Pure Movers again, but also specifically request Deni and his team as well. read more

You get what you pay for in the best way. Pure Movers is on the expensive side, but it's because the service and people provide the best customer service. Zach and his crew were great! I was so worried about our move because we live on a busy street with narrow driveway. We also ended up being in a rush in our move and didn't clean everything before the move. The movers still handled everything with care, and even fixed some things. I felt comfortable leaving the group alone to take care of everything, as I cleaned the place. They also let us know of any issues with our furniture that we didn't notice. And throughout the whole process, they were professional, with one person even being the sweetest guy, smiling, waving and offering a helping hand. These guys are incredibly strong, and surpassingly helpful with interior design. When companies are raising the price and removing their services now a days, it feels like people are getting rip off. Andy, Roman, and Vladimir were impressive. They messaged me in the morning letting me know when they would arrive and they arrived on time! I hired them to move the heavier items and they were very thorough in wrapping everything (and I mean everything) in blankets and shrink wrap. They were very careful with the walls and stairs. Not only that, at the final destination they laid out mats and rugs (and took off their shoes EVERY TIME) they moved things into the final destination. They also helped me disassemble my dining table and treadmill because it wouldn't fit through the corners of the stair and door. And of course they helped me assemble it back together. When they arrived, they knew every piece of furniture they wrapped up and I only had to explain once where everything went at the final destination. They even took the time to lay out the rug. They're super detailed, professional, friendly, efficient, and thorough. I highly recommend Pure Movers (and especially Andy, Roman, and Vladimir). read more

Pure movers did an amazing job with our move around the Seattle area. Anton and his team came in the morning and went right to work moving our boxes and disassembling the furniture taking care to shrink wrap furniture and pad the corners so that it wouldn't damage anything. They complied with the COVID rules as they kept their masks on at all times which we appreciated. There was a delay in transporting to the new place but was due to unforeseen circumstances out of their control. Frank the general manager called me promptly to inform me of the situation and I knew they were on top of it as far as finding solutions. Communication was excellent and as soon as they got to the new place they took great care to unload and assemble everything according to the way we wanted. Frank the general manager definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers. Would highly recommend as these guys make sure you're taken care of during a big move! read more

Mike and Carl moved my son and his wife to their new European townhouse on 6/05/16. They proved how they will do whatever it takes to get the job done! They were faced with the challenge of the over-stuffed sofa not fitting through the interior door up to the second floor. It seemed impossible, but Mike decided the sofa could be hoisted up to the balcony and brought it in through the balcony door, which was quite narrow. They ended up having to remove the sofa feet to get it through the balcony door. This was our second move with Bee Moving Company, so we are repeat, highly satisfied customers, and they did not disappoint! As with our last move, the move team was on time, friendly, courteous, efficient and accommodating - they did not waste any time, always on task! I have never before used a moving company and I was incredibly unsure about everything. I did a ton of research, even booked a company before these guys - but when I heard the price quote, it was literally cheaper for me to cancel the other service, lose my deposit, and book with Pure. Ended up saving about $500-$600. I feel like I didn't have everything as packed or ready to go as I would have liked but by even the minute Andy texted me to confirm the exact time later that day (he was early by 10 min btw - HIGHLY professional), I felt assured. I kind of pieced together the situation with him and his colleague and I was instantly put to ease. I'll never forget when he said, "don't worry about anything. Just relax, we'll take it from here".
