After they opened in Madera my dad bought another bike from them. My daughter bought a bike from them, and we get all our bikes serviced there. The Wilson family are the nicest and as honest as it comes. Tyler Wilson runs the service department, and he is great. They try hard to have your bike ready for you even when you don't have an appointment. The drive out there From Fresno/Clovis is nice if you go the Friant way. Even if you did not buy a bike from them, it's worth taking it there for the service. Despite costing less than the "Big Honda" dealer in Fresno, the "family" treatment is why I go there.

The tool was $32 to rent and when you return it within 48hrs you get your money back, was a easy process and very helpful. The employees here usually greet you and/or ask if you need help finding anything. The rewards card they have has been useless to me, I have never received anything from it. If you need anything for your vehicle they will have it or can get it with a wait on some items. The store is right off the freeway if you need to pull off while traveling and is open 7 days a week.

They told me that there is a possibility of the screen cracking if they replace the charging port and battery and can replace the screen too but there will be an additional charge. I told them to go ahead and fix it. They were able to change out the charging port and battery without cracking the screen, saving me the extra charge of that. Now my phone works like new again.
