She made me feel like a queen and encouraged my party to pick out any dress they wanted me to try on. She looked at my pinterest board for ideas, but I really had no idea what I would pick. She gave me tips on dresses and gave me honest opinions. She also had a robe for me inside the spacious dressing room and helped zip and unzip me. She has a very efficient system of trying on dresses, you can tell she knows and loves what she does!! She also didn't force me to go outside if I didn't like a particular dress, she just brought the next one with no judgement. She had a pedestal set up with a brightly lit room, and took the time to really spread the dress and train out so we could fully appreciate the dresss. She also picked out the veils that would match the dress I was wearing with my desires in mind as well. She found out that my ceremony would be taking place outdoors, so she brought me outside to see how a dress I loved would look like in the sun. It was beautiful both outdoors and inside! I tried on a few more dresses but we quickly realized I was comparing it to the one I loved. I had no expectations of finding the dress, but I did with Sherri's help! She encouraged me to put on the dress again and allowed my party and I a moment to be together. The price was super reasonable (much better than Bay Area prices according to my friends). The woman behind the back counter stated today was the last day of the sale and that they were very busy. Another woman also wanted to have her daughter try on a dress in hopes of purchasing one today to take advantage of the sale but was told they were too busy due to the event going on. How is one supposed to spend $800+ on a dress today and not have their daughter get any kind of assistance. Makes no sense. I had high hopes for this place.

We had been to two different bridal stores that day already, and I had not realized that many boutiques are closed on Mondays. After failed attempts at two other boutiques, my sister suggested Premier, as she knew others who had purchased there. We walked in without an appointment around 2pm and were told that they would schedule us for 2:30, which was a perfect amount of time to grab a quick beer at Me N Ed's. When we returned, we were treated as if we had scheduled this appointment months ago. The gal who greeted us (I feel terrible that I can't remember her name) was so incredibly sweet and treated us as if we were VIP, not inconvenienced by our last minute visit. When I told her I was looking for long sleeve and would be married at San Francisco City Hall, she gasped and said "I know the dress!" We chose a few dresses and she explained how the appointment would go, then she helped me into the dressing room. She offered me my privacy as I put on the dresses but was there to offer insight and clip me where needed. Later, one of the buttons flew off a dress I was trying on and she was so cool about it. She was personable, asked me about myself, and you could tell she genuinely wanted to get to know me as a person. Anyway, the first dress I tried on, the one she originally mentioned when I checked in, was PERFECT for me. Her and the other salesperson on staff that day both took time to come over and tell me how beautiful it looked. I tried on other dresses but kept coming back to that first one. She also gave us an educator discount (no sales tax) and made sure it was in my budget. I loved that she didn't pressure me to try on dresses that were out of budget or not my style. She was sweet and complimentary and genuine throughout my appointment. I felt great buying from her and this shop. I went from being so nervous to try on dresses to feeling great and confident in myself. The ladies that day made me feel so beautiful and special, which is how a bride should feel when shopping for a gown for the most important day of their life. My ONLY complaint is that they don't do alterations, and I wish they did because I feel that I would trust them completely with that, plus I want to go back in there again. :)
