I was so glad that I did a recent visit. My previous time dropping in was a complete mess…read more Apparently they took a lot of notes because they massively improved. First of all, their underwear area was a complete disaster the last time I visited. The floor was completely covered in bras, almost piled up to my knees... I was very confused like I must have missed the apocalypse. This time I was able to really see all of the merchandise! It was laid out so nicely on racks. I swear they used to have carpet... all I know is that it was smooth concrete, so easy to walk around and I don't have to dig through things to find my size. This isn't a bin situation. They also rearranged the shoes and the aisles do seem a touch smaller there which, as far as complaints go, that is a small one. It was also nice that their sizes and the way each of the racks are marked seemed way better. I am a sort of odd sizing and ladies, can we discuss for a moment a few key things. Those of us with substantial breasts... why do all clothing manufacturers want to put a billboard of some type on our chest? And since I am a larger size now and older... it's nice that you want to allow us to show off parts but everything is either a tent or I'm practically naked. And, stop making clothing for larger sizes with material that has zero give. I'm going to rip it even just trying it on! I did find several amazing dresses though that were just perfect... showing off the curves without horribly uncomfortable material. You can always tell the trends happening while going down. The line waiting for a register. This season we are into cloth bandages, obnoxious swizzle sticks for your drinks and pickleball which I am so exhausted hearing about.

Lots of great finds, just not the right sizes. Things were everywhere, floor to wrong racks. Staff…read moremembers in the fitting rooms were super friendly and helpful. Cashiers were also very friendly. Other than those two time, that was the only interactions I had with staff. Still my number 1 place to find shoes.

Nothing too special about this location. No one really checked in on us and service was just "meh"…read more It was fine because I knew what I wanted and was able to just select it and pay. Staff seemed to be more concerned about interacting with other staff than with customers.

I love Lululemon. The brand is pricey but, let's be honest, you get what you pay for. The quality…read moreand selection of clothing and accessories are without parallel. I have a few Lululemon items, but my eldest daughter (26 yrs old) and my mother (88 yrs old!) have wardrobes with a TON of Lululemon clothes. And everything lasts forever. Seriously. I have a fanny-belt bag (as does my kid and my mom) and it's nearly a decade old and as good as new (and still looks great, too). No broken zippers or torn seams or broken buckles. Still fashionable, like the leggings I got eons ago. Their fashions and the quality definitely do withstand the tests of time. I've not tried on their new running shoes as I am loyal to my Hoka brand shoes, but this store has a prominent display of Lululemon athletic sneakers and, if they're anything like the rest of their product line, I'm certain they're of high quality, and they will make sure they fit you properly. The only reason why I'm not giving this store 5 stars is because no-one greeted us or spoke one word to us while we were in the store, despite it not being too busy there when we visited. (Note: this is atypical of Lululemon stores in general. Usually they warmly greet visitors and ask if they can help find anything). My kid and I weren't in the market for anything in particular, but we browsed around a bit. As usual, they had a few items on sale, but few things were in the sizes we'd need. Still, it's fun to look, and you ever know what you'll find on the sale rack.

My opinion of the sales merchandise offering was underwhelming with sale things hard to even find and a selection looking like scraps. My star rating on that is a 2. So I'm in the men's dept. Obviously looking and searching right in front of two sales associates who were yapping amongst themselves and didn't even give me a look. Then I'm approached from the side by an associate named Grant who could tell I was searching for something and offered his assistance. He showed me to the bleak sales rack and I tried on a couple of things. He was the epitome of a full service sales associate getting the right size etc. I ended up just looking with him in the full price section and after a short discussion he understood exactly what I was looking for. He brought me shoes to try and a new belt. Stayed with me right through the entire transaction, alterations and so forth. Grant was what Nordstrom has been known for in terms of service and he gets 5 stars!

I drive in from Camas, WA, and my experiences have consistently reflected the level of service and care associated with the Nordstrom name. Unfortunately, today was very different. Every April, I treat myself to a birthday shopping trip and genuinely look forward to it. In the past, I've always been greeted promptly, assisted with sizes, and made to feel welcome. This time, no associate approached me--or any of the other middle‑aged women browsing nearby. Two employees stood at the register engaged in conversation, not helping anyone. I eventually interrupted to request a fitting room, but no one ever checked on me afterward. The lack of attention was surprising and disappointing, completely unlike any experience I've had there before. I left feeling invisible and disheartened, and I'm not sure I'll return. If this is the new norm, I'll need to find another way to celebrate my birthday going forward.

Friendly and helpful staff | classic and casual…read more This place is so bad for my wallet. I always end up buying something, even if it's just a pair of crew socks (they're thick and well made). My favorite items from Aritzia are their leggings, various basic tees, and boyfriend and cozy sweaters/zip ups. I'm a sucker for their basics because they're thick, soft and well made. They've held up for years in my closet, and they really never go out of style. They're cozy and classic. I even got my husband into buying their crew sweaters. I specifically get their TNA butter high waist 7/8 leggings for climbing at the gym. Squat proof and buttery. My favorite brands at the store are Wilfred, babaton, TNA, and Sunday Best. I have a Wilfred cocoon coat that has lasted me for years. Thee best warm coat that perfectly fits my petite frame. Timeless look that can layer with sweaters. The best time to shop for their coats is right at the beginning of the year when they discount it. So worth it! Spencer helped me today, thank you! I enjoy coming here whenever I'm at the mall.

All except one cashier were extremely rude to me at this location…read more The cashier was the only POC at the store. I also was the only POC shopping at the time. I am a natural born US citizen, speak perfect English, wear designer labels, handbags, and jewelry, and do not appreciate being discriminated against. Congratulations Aritzia WA Sq...you are the most racist customer service establishment I have experienced in the greater Portland area. I passed by multiple associates who did not greet me despite being unencumbered by any tasks, when I was actively holding items to try on. They offered fitting rooms and assistance to other customers who were merely browsing. When I was trying on clothing, the associates in the fitting area ignored me and fawned over the other customers. They did not talk to me, ask me if I needed another size, how I felt about the dress styles...I didn't exist to them. When I went to return a part of the items that I didn't want to buy, while CLEARLY holding the items that I did want (AND ended up purchasing) in a separate arm, the two presumptuous and catty fitting room attendants had the gall to say "so nothing worked out??" I corrected them that I was planning on purchasing some of the items. This store is judgmental, be it due to appearance, ethnicity, or just plain haughtiness. Whoever manages this store and training of the service should be ashamed. As a people manager of a large team in my own industry, if I were this store's management, I would evaluate, retrain, and assess the competency of my staff if I valued any accountability to client service, reputation, or bottom line.

As I try to get back into prioritizing my health again, I had suspended my membership but still enjoyed drop in classes. I even still paid the $39 (increased) one time class fee. So after having a night where I struggled all night with a sick baby, I was so proud of myself that I STILL made it into the 6am class (I can only make it in before she wakes up and my husband goes to work). I did arrive a few minutes late and it took me another minute to get my shoes off and coat hung (it was 607 when I was ready to get on the reformed). It was quite disappointing that I was denied entry at this time. A company that lacks any compassion or flexibility is not a company I plan to frequent or refer others to in the future. It is also worth noting that I was denied entry by an instructor I've been treated rudely by in the past which makes me question if she has an underlying bias against me (perhaps against people of color or plus size women) as she was the only one to repeatedly attempt to deny me entry or challenge my ability to do the class while I was pregnant (despite providing physician documentation and no push back from other instructors). This is not a business I will be returning to.

I am disappointed to be writing such a negative review, but want to save others their time and…read moreespecially their money by avoiding this studio. The classes are ALWAYS waitlisted - you have to sign up weeks in advance to get a spot, and the late cancellation fees are steep. The workouts are the most repetitive and ineffective of any other pilates studio I have attended. The instructors do not give any modifications on how to make any of the movements more challenging or provide suggestions to increase intensity. Some of the instructors are great, but there are a couple that come off quite rude and make no effort to get to you, even if you attend class everyday for months. There is no initial communication about how to "level up" and once you finally jump through all of the hoops to attend a Level 2 class, they are only offered on a very limited schedule. The studio was always FREEZING and the music was often very quiet so all you can hear is others audibly breathing. When I tried to cancel my membership, I provided the written 30 day notice, but they say that due to the "billing cycle" cadence, I have to pay for almost an entire extra month of my membership. It is not ever made clear when the billing cycle is, or by which date you would need to cancel to avoid being billed another entire month so BEWARE. They are extremely unresponsive and it all feels like a total scam. I have attended so many different studios, specifically Pilates, and was so disappointed that this one was not worth the high price tag.
