The only reason I had to return anything is because they did not have inventory in store to even try on to figure out what size I was. When I went to return the size that did not fit. I was assisted by an employee who was unapproachable, unprofessional and rude. According to her, she was "doing me a favor" by even returning this product at all, since I was 48 hours outside the 14 day window. They have three star reviews for a reason!

My favorite items from Aritzia are their leggings, various basic tees, and boyfriend and cozy sweaters/zip ups. I'm a sucker for their basics because they're thick, soft and well made. They've held up for years in my closet, and they really never go out of style. They're cozy and classic. I even got my husband into buying their crew sweaters. I specifically get their TNA butter high waist 7/8 leggings for climbing at the gym. Squat proof and buttery. My favorite brands at the store are Wilfred, babaton, TNA, and Sunday Best. I have a Wilfred cocoon coat that has lasted me for years. Thee best warm coat that perfectly fits my petite frame. Timeless look that can layer with sweaters. The best time to shop for their coats is right at the beginning of the year when they discount it. So worth it! Spencer helped me today, thank you! I enjoy coming here whenever I'm at the mall.

I've been shopping at the Nordstrom in Washington Square for more than 30 years, almost always in…read morethe Point of View section. I drive in from Camas, WA, and my experiences have consistently reflected the level of service and care associated with the Nordstrom name. Unfortunately, today was very different. Every April, I treat myself to a birthday shopping trip and genuinely look forward to it. In the past, I've always been greeted promptly, assisted with sizes, and made to feel welcome. This time, no associate approached me--or any of the other middle‑aged women browsing nearby. Two employees stood at the register engaged in conversation, not helping anyone. I eventually interrupted to request a fitting room, but no one ever checked on me afterward. The lack of attention was surprising and disappointing, completely unlike any experience I've had there before. I left feeling invisible and disheartened, and I'm not sure I'll return. If this is the new norm, I'll need to find another way to celebrate my birthday going forward.

And I was SO impressed by this store, in so many ways! It really feels like more of a chic boutique than just a store in a mall. It's so beautifully laid out, with a real Parisian vibe. Lots of lovely finishes and features, soft palette, chandeliers, good lay-out. It really has an exclusive feel about it. We were warmly greeted when we entered, and it seemed that the employees here genuinely liked working here. I saw them smiling and laughing and chatting with customers, who also were in good spirits. The merchandise here is clearly geared for younger women. It's a very "girly" store, but elevated. I saw plenty of lovely clothing, accessories and gift ideas, all in a mid-range price (relatively speaking. Nothing is really inexpensive, but neither are the prices exorbitant). Reading the other reviews, I see this shop is "faith-based", and they play Christian music. I was really surprised to see this! I am Jewish and I didn't even notice any of this. (If it were heavy-handed, I would be offended and leave, but honestly, I didn't even notice any of this!). Live and let live, I say. I had no idea there was any religious affiliation with this shop. All I know is, it's a lovely boutique-like store where the people are nice and the merchandise looks great. 'Nuff said.

Ever since I return often just to sometime browse the new collection. The staff is always welcoming and sweet . The trial room format looks a little bit like Free people but with actual doors ! Prices are alright but as others have said size could be a challenge to find and its true for even the smaller sizes

It is like gap, but 10x as hip, for a fraction of the price. Sales are always rampant and plentiful, and you can buy off season and save HUGE. Keep it in mind that they have quite the variance in sizing... a 1-2yr old shirt maybe tight, while a pair of pants in the same size fits a 3yr old... so try before you buy here! One of my favorite locations as the sale rack is always huge (as is in most nicer areas/malls) I would def come check it out before you look online. H&M always will and always have had the worst employees... kinda rude, always rushing, and just not happy. Don't ask for favors, exceptions, or anything of the sort. Their day is made better making yours worse! Ok might not be true, but it feels that way. $$PRO TIP : Bring some clothes to donate and get a 15% off coupon you can use same day.

The quality isn't there, but you aren't buying a timeless piece, just an article of clothing that meets a particular need.
