The curtido (pickled veggies/vinegar slaw) was incredible. When they dropped off our food, they also gave us a full container of curtido. After we were done with our food, our container was finished as well. There was only juice left inside and if I wasn't full, I would've drank that thing. It had the perfect tang, not too vinegar-y or too acidic, and the vegetables were so crunchy and fresh. And the salsa too! Flavorful, had a nice kick, perfect spice level.
