The Bandeja de la casa on the other hand was kind of all over the place. The egg was over-charred on the bottom and the maduros (fried yellow plantains) were burnt. The sausage and steak were both very good. The beans were dried out so they did not appear to be appetizing, the avocado was too unripe it was mostly uneatable. The chicharron was decent, just needed a little more crisp. The pupusa was very good. The ambience of the restaurant is very cute and cozy. With some small improvements, this restaurant will be very good. I will definitely come back one more time with hopes to have a greater experience.
