My pastor tacos were dry and difficult to eat my experience with Pastor tacos in the past has been very juicy and full of flavor that was not the case today at this restaurant. My dining companion had an enchilada plate and said it was average and not much flavor Super friendly folks and average food. I visited with a friend who lives in Clovis and he raved about the food, so I may have just made a poor selection. I ordered the Steak Ranchero (#7). We ordered the quesadilla (steak) platter for the kids to share. All the food was delicious with the exception of the flour tortillas that came with the meals (they seemed to be store bought mission tortillas rather than homemade flour ones we would prefer). They had a green salsa and what I think was a chipotle salsa. Both were good but the green (my favorite) was excellent. The restaurant was very clean. As with most restaurants these days there were TVs everywhere that distracted the kids, but that's not the restaurant's fault.
