Most vendors were unprepared for the crowd and ran out of food. Fast-forward to November 2019 Yo Mama's Food Truck had a Grand Opening. This was my second chance at trying their food but, dang, what a disappointment. The fries I got were cold and oversalted. The burger was so dry and flavorless and on a really sad patty. It reminded me of public school cafeteria food. I got a mild case of gastroenteritis afterward. They make a good, buttery grilled cheese though that my son enjoyed. They have burritos, tacos, hot dogs, nachos...all kinds of stuff. Perhaps this stuff is better?
