I can take a few minutes to write a survey / review. Plus I've been coming to PetSmart for years for my family dogs (s/o Cali & Apollo!) BUT this time is different as my visit was for my recently adopted kittens "I recently got two kittens and as a first time cat owner I did not own any cat supplies. I knew the basics that I would need but I got everything I needed and more from PetSmart! I was impressed with the selection of products and the cleanliness of the store. Friendly staff. I was asked if I needed help finding anything. Since I was getting a lot of supplies (more than I had anticipated), the staff kindly let me leave my full (and heavy) basket at the cash register so I could continue shopping without having to carry my basket all over. I told her that I didn't think that was appropriate in my case. Then she said that she would refund my money after she found a bird and placed it in another home. That was on December 9th of last year. At the time we spoke she had not found the bird that I had requested and has not responded to my emails or calls or text messages asking for the refund. I have had the BBB and Consumer Protection Agency contact her and she has not responded to them either. It has now been 4 months and I have not received nor heard from her yet.
