I'd never heard about Janis & Jack's Pet Supplies before, so I was really appreciative of the recommendation. This place is incredible! Janis & Jack's has something for everyone, from food and supplements, to harnesses, leashes and more. The store provides just about every kind of food one can imagine, including my favorite Primal raw food products. (Just a note: I've been feeding my dogs a raw food Primal diet for nearly 15 years and we've been blessed with happy, healthy dogs without any major health issues. I believe their health and longevity is, in large, due to this diet) The owner of the store was working during my visit, and went out of their way to help me find a harness that worked for my pup. I really appreciated the kindness and support I felt, and I wholeheartedly recommend this store to anyone who needs pet products and supplies. This Mud Bay happened to be close by the hotel we were staying at and we were welcomed warmly by the staff members there. The staff members were very friendly and told us that we could ask them any questions if we had any and were polite with our dogs. We got what we needed fast as everything in the store was well organized and labeled for what we were looking for. I also love that the water bowl was clean and filled with lots of water as we were traveling and our dogs were quite parched from the long drive. Once we found everything we needed, we went up to the cashier, Kessandra T. and had a quick and pleasant transaction. They even added extra treats for our puppies to have a great trip. We love Mud Bay and it was great to have the same awesome service here as we are from Washington!

My cat is not the nicest, but melted in Ashley's arms, and sat super still while he got his Paw-deicure.  My dog was a little hesitant to go into the grooming room, but as soon as Ashley gave her a special treat, she too was puddy hands. I was so impressed how shiny her coat was, and how good she smelled afterwards. My furry kids will return.
