Amy was wonderful and very knowledgeable on birds. Definitely recommend this location if you want good advice on parrot care!

I was very impressed with the customer service at this Petsmart Joseph the manager and Cyrus spent quite a bit of time how do we make the right decision on a fish tank and then give me direction on the best way to take care of it! I highly recommend this Petsmart above and beyond with customer service and just a friendly atmosphere thanks guys

I love the groomers here especially Haven. She gets results. When I came in with my white toy poodle Sophia, she listened and went above and beyond. My favourite cookie is purple, I even have a strand in my hair, lipstick and nails, so yes I love purple. Haven made Sophia my little purple princess. She looked perfect. Haven worked on her more than she probably should but she came out of that salon perfect. If I could, I would get her permanently this color. The purple was radiant and just popped.

Look at this cat for adoption!

Stopped by today, Sunday in the afternoon and the place was packed in the front as there was an event for adopting cats. Also, quite a few people in line for Banfield hospital. I just had to buy dog food and also went to see if they had any cat food for fish as I read it can be used as well. The employee who helped me was very nice (I should of gotten her name). Upon checkout I loaded my dog food to the belt to be scanned and also added a few cans of wet food. However, Debbie at the register asked for my prescription to buy the wet food. I didn't know what she was talking about and she kindly explained to me that I needed a prescription from the vet (as before I only bought the same wet food for my dog at the vet) then get it scanned into the Banfield system and get a prescription card. I had no idea and she was very patient with me as this was my first time. Great staff and things seem to be organized well where it is easy to find items.

Called in a week ahead of when I wanted to get my minature poodle groomed and found out our groomer had moved out of state. I was super bummed and nervous since my Boo has some anxiety issues with new people and being in a kennel. I spoke with the salon manager and she suggested using Haven. I have to say Haven is fantastic! She did a great job on Boo giving him a great summer cut and he responded well to her. She worked fast with him and was done by 815am (paid extra for the express, so Boo didn't have to sit in a kennel). Wonderful job on the cut and treating Boo with kindness and respect. We will be back for more haircuts with Haven!

Thank you, Chae, for another magnificent hair cut! You are Olivier's very favorite groomer! We love you! :)

We decided to enroll Paco in Sit Means Sit, and we are beyond grateful we did. Matt has been absolutely amazing with Paco. He is patient, knowledgeable, and truly cares about the dogs he works with. He always took the time to answer my questions and made sure I had the right tools and guidance to continue Paco's training at home between sessions. The transformation has been incredible. Paco now comes when called the first time, sits in place, and best of all, walks calmly right next to me. He no longer pulls, jumps, or walks out of control. I'm finally looking forward to taking walks with him and can't wait to continue seeing his progress every day. Huge shoutout and thank you to Paco's amazing trainer, Matt!

He was charging people and dogs while walking ONLY with me. And growling at and even attacked one of our cats, who for reference was his best friend for ages. They'd even sleep together and played a lot. I wanted Miles to get to training before we ended up with him biting someone was my greatest fear. So we picked him up on 4/20 in the morning and went over basics with Brian. Miles was EXHAUSTED for the first few days. Obviously from all that physical AND mental work. But he was immediately different. SO chill. Completely relaxed. By Tuesday of last week (just three FULL days after being home, almost 4,) I was already able to walk him and get Heel, Sit, Down and no reaction to people OR dogs passing with just a 1 tap on the remote. We started with a 3 or 4 the first few days.Miles regularly does GREAT with just this level. We went back on Friday, 4/26 for a session to follow up with Brian. We were VERY pleased with Miles progress as was Brian. We worked on the heel to perfect it and also Tie down, the leash stand and reviewed a few questions. Because Miles was doing so well, Brian suggested that maybe he'd do well with agility work. So he set him up a small course, and put him through it. Well Miles did NOT like it. He LOVED it!!! He had SO much fun. And he was doing AMAZING. He caught on SO fast. So fast rbat Brian sent us specs to build the jumps!! We also worked on high object "place." And Brian gave us lots of tips on that. With it only being 9 days since our pickup and 13 days since he started training, I'd say this was 1000% worth this training. We didn't have a BAD dog but a dog that needed some tweaks and some humans that needed help doing it. Now my husband and I look forward to walks and spending time with and taking him places. And Miles therefore gets MORE time with his people. Ellie, our daughter, LOVES doing "place" and commands with him and Jack, our son, is LOVING agility SO much that he and his dad already started building Miles jumps!!! We aren't very far into this but so far 5 HUGE stars. Thank you Brian!!! Also the office staff has been tremendous. They are responsive and kind and great at following up. 9ur entire experience from consultation to two weeks out is excellent!

My beloved cat, Queenie, was only 9 months old when she passed away under their care a month ago, and the way this has been handled has left my family and I absolutely devastated. We brought Queenie in for a spay surgery, and she returned to us in a completely different state--completely disconnected from her mind and eyes, and avoiding us at all cost. At Portland, we were sent home with assurances that she was fine to return, despite our concerns about her lack of appetite and severe dehydration days after her surgery. Dr. Aldo Mata, who saw her that day, mentioned issues with her gallbladder and possibly her liver, yet reassured us she'd be fine after administering more medications. We were told she'd improve by the morning, but she continued to worsen as hours passed. It was clear to us that red flags were missed, and she died in the most tragic and traumatic way, leaving us in complete devastation and immense trauma that even calling them triggers flashbacks from that day, leaving me in tears after I get off the phone. Since her passing, the communication from both locations has been way too quiet for way too long. We've reached out multiple times, but each time we've only received minimal updates from front desk staff, never from the actual doctors. Despite numerous promises that a doctor would call to explain what happened, we've heard nothing for over a month. We weren't even contacted about letting us know that her ashes were ready (God knows how long they've waited...). It's truly unfathomable how little regard they have for us as grieving pet owners. Losing Queenie has been an indescribable heartbreak, but the lack of compassion and responsibility from the staff has made it even worse. It has shaken my trust in their ability to care for animals and support grieving pet owners. Since her death, there hasn't been a day where I haven't stopped crying. It has deeply affected our whole family, and our Christmas and New Year's were overshadowed by the pain of her sudden passing. Queenie deserved better, and for a clinic that claims to care for pets as if they're their own, it's painfully ironic that they failed her so terribly. It seems clear to me that they used the holiday season to avoid accountability, and that makes the situation even harder to accept and bear as the days go on. I sincerely hope this review prompts the clinic to reevaluate their practices, particularly their communication and aftercare procedures. No one should have to go through this level of neglect. If you're considering this clinic, please do yourself and your pet a favor--ask thorough questions about their care and follow-up procedures. I would not wish this experience on anyone, and I strongly encourage you to read through other reviews online and on other sites before making a decision. Below is a photo of our beautiful Queenie, whom we will never be able to see grow up, never be able to wake up every morning and see her beautiful yellow eyes and heartwarming presence. It was hard seeing these photos, but I want to share to everyone online who she is and how beautiful she was, my little soulmate. Admittedly, I bawled my eyes out once again looking at these photos. May we, and especially Queenie, find peace and justice.
