New pizza spot in Chantilly! Came here with family and the pizzas and service were outstanding. 4 of us shared 4 pizzas- Margherita DOC, Prosciutto Arugula, Meatball Pizza, and Mimosa. We loved them all! We shared the Nutella pizza for dessert and that was very good as well. We were very impressed with our server Shannon, who was very attentive and helpful during the whole dinner. She provided exceptional service and was very friendly, which just made our meal even more enjoyable. We liked the food so much that we even got 2 pizzas to go to have for lunch the following day. You can expect delicious pizza at all Pupatella locations - but the service can be all over the map. The Chantilly location had amazing service on a Friday night. SO much better than the Reston location where they don't seem to care if they have customers or not. Chelsea and Nicholas were so friendly and customer-focused - pointing out specials and their menu favorites. We will most certainly be back! read more

This was our first time at Pupatella and we were very impressed with the food, service and friendliness of the staff. We are originally from NY and know a little bit about good pizza. The ingredients & choices on the menu were extensive, fresh and executed well. We had the meatball pizza with tomato sauce, mozzarella and Ricotta and it was creamy, fragrant and fresh. The outside crust was crispy and delicious. We had tiramasu and Gelato for dessert and they were spectacular. We've had tiramasu at many high end restaurants and this was better than most of them. It was absolutely delicious as was the Gelato which rivaled Gelato we've had in Italy. The service by Anthony & Antonio was spot on - expeditious, friendly and conscientious. Our drinks were refilled without asking and they checked on us without being intrusive. All in all, it was a great experience for casual and friendly dining with excellent food and service. Last week we ate at Pupatella the first of what will be many visits. The many windows in the Chantilly restaurant gave it a bright and cheery feel, particulalrly on a sunny day. Anderson, the server, provided regular and friendly service. The Mushroom and Caivano pizzas were delicious -- our first true NY style pizzas. The manager surprised us with complimentary orange Limoncellos; neither my wife nor I are liquor drinkers, but these drinks were wonderful. For dessert, we ordered Canolis to go: the pastry was chewy, not crunchy, and the pistachios gave them a unique and not-too-sweet flavor. We were thrilled to have ordered two sets of two by mistake. We definitely will be back soon. read more

Pupatella has my favorite pizza. We usually get caivano (meats) and pepperoni, but our server recommended diavola. It is probably my new favorite, and reminds me of a meat version of their margherita (also really good). Service was great, and their angioletti fritti dessert is different and awesome (think pizza dough donut holes covered with nutella). read more
