I went into the store with my siblings and the second that I stepped into the store they would not stop following us around. Every time that I would touch a piece of clothing, they would ask me questions even after I told them Im just looking three times. We even walked bath and forth the store a few times just to make sure that I was right and they were actually following us. It made us all feel uncomfortable to shop there because they thought we were trying to steal all because we are teenagers. On top of that, they had a boxer dog walking freely around the store which was not okay with me because I am allergic to all dogs/dog saliva. I would not recommend shopping there unless and there clothes are way over priced. read more

I Love the clothes at Punch BUT I agree with Mayra L. I felt as I was being watched the entire time and a girl followed me upstairs as well. Sometimes people would like to browse and see if they like anything before purchasing. Having someone stare and follow is just uncomfortable. Still bought something and will probably go back... Just not wearing my work clothes like I was this time. read more

Honestly, super cute store (I'm writing this for the healdsburg location) but I'm really writing this because Shariah was outstanding!! I came in on a quiet Friday a few weeks ago and she gave me such detailed and quality experience. She really surprised me with the dresses she showed me. I was going to a cute winery wedding and needed something for the hot weather and she helped me find the perfect Flynn Skye dress!!! It was really something out of my norm but I'm so glad I went with her recommendation and opinion. She's so great and because of the experience she gave me I am 100% going back. Hopefully she'll be there to help me pick out a few more things when I'm back in the area next month. Thanks Shariah!!! (I hope I spelled her name correctly) read more

The past two times I've been in this store I had great experiences with Elena and one other sweet employee. They've always helped me and have had patience and grabbed options when needed. This past visit today has left me feeling so weird all day. I had my one year old son with me while I was looking around. I felt like I was being judged by who I believe is the owner. I felt like I was being watched as if I was trying to steal or something? It was so odd. I was also shopping for my best friend and just treating myself in general. Once I picked up one last item I got "cut off" because I had eight items which is fine, but the way I was told that made me feel like they thought I was trying to be sketchy or something! She said I can continue to grab more items after I tried on. When I go to try on I had to do it with the door open because the fitting rooms are tiny and my stroller didn't fit in. Lol that's my bad though. I love the clothes and the other staff but today just didn't make me feel like I was welcome at all. Maybe because I had my son with me, or because I'm a young mom I'm not sure.. even when I tried to make small talk with the owner asking how something looked she didn't even acknowledge me which was embarrassing, the other worker stepped in to comment... but a little customer service or even just a smile and "how is your day" can really make a difference. When the first thing said to me by the owner is " we need to cut you off" because I was excited about buying new pieces isn't really warm and inviting. I work at a local shop in healdsburg and could never imagine treating customers like this!!! Kinda don't ever want to go back unless Elena is working . 3 stars for the clothing and the other girls working, one star for the visit today, because I like my purchases but left feeling sad. read more

I have had the same experience. They have pretty cute stuff but it isn't unique and for the price I would except a much different treatment of their customers. They have no return policy. More than once i have purchased something and brought it back within a reasonable amount of time with something wrong. Once they claimed that they would help me and proceeded to totally not respond. They need some kind of customer response. I am a very loyal customer to good clothing shops especially locally owned but I do not go to this store unless I am desperately in need of an item. read more

There's no place like punch for miles!!! The owner has such an amazing eye for the newest cutest trend out there for all types... Love this place and all there staff... they greet you right when you walk in and always is ready to help for want ever your looking for ... I've been shopping here for 20+ yrs and wouldn't shop anywhere else read more

this is an update to a past review i did. i've given punch a few more tries, and have become a regular. the girls working there now have been amazing and i love tatiana especially. she's been so helpful and sweet and is a bright light, punch is so lucky to have her on their team! thank you for good customer service read more

I want to thank my lucky stars for STAR!!! Her superb customer service is what keeps me coming back to this store! I always feel like I am shopping with a best friend- nothing ever feels pushed or "salesy." I always leave in a better mood than when I came into the store, regardless of whether or not I purchased anything. Thank you, STAR, for always making my shopping experience truly out of this world read more

This place is a must go when you are doing a wine country weekend with the girls! So many amazing finds and the service is half the experience - the women who work there can help you find the perfect outfits for your style and body. I stop there every time I'm in town and I am never disappointed. They are on trend but with all those special touches that make you feel like you've snagged something that's just for you. Just go, and you'll know what I mean! read more

Love love everything about this store ! Great customer service ,they have a nice variety of clothing to pick from !

I love this store and its employees. The prices are fair and I always find something I like! Highly recommend you check it out if you're in the area. read more

I'm writing this review during stay-at-home orders because I miss my shopping experiences at Punch! Every time I entered the store I was greeted with a genuinely warm greeting. Sometimes I came in to find an outfit for a specific event or purpose and got the help I needed. When I wanted to just browse, they gave me the space to enjoy that experience as well with no pressure. I would recommend Punch for the unique and wonderful curation of clothing and accessories in addition to the great customer service. read more

I make a stop here whenever I'm shopping in Santa Rosa. The prices vary from over the top to the sales upstairs, which I B-line to as soon as I enter. The sales girls are just that. Fashionable young ladies who want to sell everything I can afford or not to in there. The owners are very sweat just like the sales girls and really keep the place urban and fashionable. All their clothes and shoes are in season and if your not a big online shopper like me (have to try things on and twirl around a bit) it's worth the extra few bucks so you don't have the hassle of sending stuff back. My only thing is I wish they would have more stuff on the sales floor. But then I also wish I can eat a whole chocolate cake and not gain a pound. Can't get everything you want, but at least you can look good as Punch has succeeded in making people who shop there. read more

When Punch was in Sebastopol, I wanted to shop there even though I was a little kid shopping with my big sister. Now that I'm older, I keep coming back in the new location; and my wallet knows it! However, every piece I have gotten at Punch is now a staple in my wardrobe. Their Facebook photos and blog gets me every single time, and the designers that they feature makes me want the whole store. Literally. Although I love styling, it's also nice to ask what the girl's working there would pair with an item, they always give great feedback. I can tell I'm going to be spending a lot of time (and money!) here in the future! read more

Punch clothing has great unique clothing, I would say the one and only place in Santa Rosa that has style as well as good quality clothing. This is my go to place when in need a new clothes. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. For me and my daughter it is the only place in Santa Rosa to shop!!! read more

Wow! Pretty shocked at what I witnessed an employee at this store do today. A young couple who were shopping were racially profiled and harassed. The young woman was white and her companion was Hispanic and the woman working there started following the young man immediately not hiding her suspicious and angry attitude. The young man was doing what all guys do when their girls are shopping, following her around and giving his opinions on her purchases. At one point he was told to place his water bottle on the counter and then literally yelled at for the way he sat it down. The young woman then responded telling the woman she had felt her hatred from the moment they walked in. She left her items on the counter and left as the employee then yelled at them to get out! Really shocking in this day and age and I cannot support and business who thinks it's okay to treat people with hatred. Get a clue punch! Racial profiling and racist behavior are not okay! Maybe this is where the KKK gets their clothes? Yuck! read more

I have been in Punch three times and all three times was greeted immediately. Excellent customer service. I have made purchases two out of the three times I went , love what I bought and have received tons of compliments. I like this store and the people that work there. Definitely never any attitude problems with the employees. In fact they were quite nice. read more

I love going here and love their jewelry! YES some are their stuff is priced high but hello you get what you pay for...great stuff that you really cant find ANYWHERE in Santa Rosa!! The girls that work there are nice!! Not sure what some of you are talking about??? I always have Sarah help me, she is so cute, and small. hehe but she really knows what she is doing and is sooooo nice!!! read more

Hit or miss clothes wise. Very expensive but it's all really nice brands. Customer service has gotten way better lately, it used to be so bad the girls were super judgemental and followed you around like you were gonna steal but now there's some new girls who are really sweet! read more

Love love love Punch. Great Merchandise and great customer service. Hope they are there forever!!

I really only use YELP on my phone to look up restaurants in different places. So this is the first time I am writing a review because I have never wondered how a place like this can stay open?! I come through Santa Rosa many times a year and have to say that yesterday was the third time I ventured into this place. I remembered last Fall leaving this place saying to myself: Never come into this place again. I am reminded again why I left feeling frustrated and just a bad taste in my mouth. The girls who work here seem like they are there to more to judge the customers than to help. I was followed around for a very uncomfortable 15 minutes all around the store. And I was looked up and down by all of the girls who worked there. I couldn't make my way out of that long store fast enough. I hope that the owners of this place reads all of these accounts of customers who will no longer spend money here ever-again. Sadly, I'd rather give my business to a big chain like Macy's than PUNCH. ......Again, I can't believe this place stays in business. read more

Healdsburg location: Ladies, what is up with your attitude? No greeting, no smile, no response to 'thank you' ? You maybe a cool store, but you suck at customer service. Very disappointed, not going back. read more

I went CRAZY in heeeere! Oh the adorable, perfect, sexy but comfy clothes they have! The buyer has a great eye because everything in this shop I want! Huge selection of designer jeans but not too pricey. So many tops and dresses to fit any style. They carry great brands like free people and chaser as well as boutique brands that are just as amazing! I do wish they had a bigger selection of affordable accessories but whatev. Everything else makes up for it tenfold. I also am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" and everything I purchased was of good quality and worth it for sure. I didn't think the girls were rude at all they were super helpful and friendly while still giving me my space to obsess. I had an awesome experience here & I cannot wait to go back for more! read more

I had gone into punch with my two sisters looking for new jeans and the owner was following us around the whole time. She had an attitude and was disgustingly rude! Not only are the clothes over price and I was still willing to buy them and was at the register about to make the purchase when she was still behind me as if I was going to steal the items. The customer service was horrible! They also had a dog that kept smelling and slobbered all over me when I asked the owner to get it off she looked the other way and acted like she couldn't hear me. read more

Yes they have a large stock of cute/designer jeans but so do other local boutique and the other places treat their customers much nicer. The service is hit or miss (and with the same employees) Its obvious when the want to be helping you and when they don't feel like working. Their selection has really dimished over the years. I used to be able to find lots of cute tops/sweat suits and now I rarely find anything. I would recommend driving to Rohnert Park to check out "Delicious" everytime single time (which has been atleast 6 or 7 times) I have gone in there they are super nice/friendly and always help me find the best jeans/cutest outfit. read more

I have walked into this store three times in the last two years. The first time I went in, I was excited - the clothes looked so cute! However, less than ten minutes later, I regretted walking in. The prices were WAY over shot. But, to make things worse the employee's are so. incredibly.rude. I left, promising myself never return. However...I did end up going back. I don't remember the 2nd time...must have blocked out the unpleasant memory. The third time, I had to bring a friend for encouragement. When we walked in the store, the 3 girls in the store didn't greet us - they just glanced over and stared. Not once did they ever say a word until my friend touched a pair of heels. When I asked to try them on, the girl went and got them in a size too large (they were out of my size). All of a sudden all 3 girls started talking about the shoes like my friend and I weren't there. "Those shoes are so hot. I have a pair." "yeah me too. they're sold out everywhere. They sell so fast. Glad I got my hands on them" "Well that's because we're the only store who carries them here in the North Bay". My friend and I left, and I got on Amazon and bought them for $40 less. read more

Punch carries some very cute clothes. And although, the employees weren't necessarily "rude" to my friends and I, they did exhibit a bit of aloofness. I find this humorous, and not at all intimidating. So, if you can look past that, then you might find some cute items at this boutique. read more

This store has very cute clothing and shoes at their new location in Healdsburg. Brands like free people, Jeffery Campbell, Gypsy, and more. Unfortunately, they have horrible customer service. The girls that work there could careless if you're in there or not. You could easily walk in and they wouldn't say a word to you. If they could improve their customer service I think they would have more success. read more

Price range of $38 and up for a basic Tee. I love Michael stars and Splendid. A little bit of a lot of inventory, which makes it hard to go through. Staff was friendly. Sale section great, if you can find something in your size. Definitely have a lot of Denim. Great place for Hudson lovers. They carry FRYE! read more

This has long been my favorite boutique in Santa Rosa. I've lived in NYC for several years and this place continues to impress me. I particularly like their jewelry selection; their buyer has a great eye. While I don't like everything in the store (some of the pieces strike me as a little LA trashy/trendy) there are always good things at Punch. Definitely check it out. read more

This clothing boutique hits the spot for any girl with good fashion taste! During my first time in, I was immediately greeted by a nice woman with brown blonde hair. The store was pretty busy, which surprised me for a boutique. The brands were great, and the items adorable. THE SALE SECTION IS TO DIE FOR! So many things half off, it made my head spin. There was a bit of a commotion while I was in, a woman caught stealing I think. Which explains why the employees must seem leery of random customers. But the service was great, and the young blonde girl working was darling. Overall, I was extremely impressed. Definitely going to swing in whenever my boyfriend is over at the Brewery nearby. read more

This is my favorite store in Santa Rosa. They have the cutest clothes with the best quality. There is never a time I leave there without wanting to purchase anything. Employees are helpful and friendly. Only downside is pricing is on the higher end, but all the items are worth it! read more

ok..seriously... I dont know what the deal is with all these negative reviews.. clearly these women who wrote theses reviews are mutes in person.. because all it takes is to say hello and the employees at punch are more than eager to help!. I have been coming to punch for years!! I live in Marin and drive all the way to Santa Rosa just to get my fix!! In fact I was just there today! I dont come as often as i would like but when i do i always feel so great and confident when i walk out with my new purchases!! Yes, They have high end prices...but..news flash..Its a HIGH END boutique!! If you want quality you pay for it! yea you could go to forever 21 find something cute that rips 3 weeks later..or you could find a timeless piece of clothing that you wear for years!!! I'm not made of money but it is totally worth the splurge! i have never regretted a single purchase! As for the women that work there...They have always been super nice and helpful! Especially Lindsey! She helped me pick out my outfit for my engagement pictures last feb! and was so amazing and helpful! she knew exactly what i was looking for and literally put my outfit together piece by piece! she even went to punch men's and helped me pick out my fiancées outfit too! and my pictures turned out great! I highly recommend this store if you want high quality clothing and high quality services!! thank you ladies for never disappointing and making my shopping experience so enjoyable!! :) Eliza read more

Cute over priced clothes, not so nice employees most the time... Told my mom who went for help with jean shopping that "[They] dont carry jeans for women of her size" She is a size 29 waist, who is short and has large bust... Couldn't even believe that comment. Never really had a super genuine experience with the store and they clearly dont care about the business with a woman looking to be fit and to buy a pair jeans that are over $200 dollars.. read more

Save your money and buy your clothes online,China retailers even have return policies?! Who doesn't offer returns after only 7 days? It seems they are sure you will change your mind when you get home, lack of confidence in their product makes me leery of forking out the hundred bucks for a screen print t-shirt. Still snobs. Still overpriced( this isn't rodeo drive) Still a waste of time and money. read more

It helps me to justify my one star when I start to talk about Punch to other people, and they get the same look of frustration & anger on their faces that I get. Pretty much the WORST customer service when anything might happen to go wrong, ever. Basically, if you buy something at Punch, they don't care what might go wrong with it once you sign your name on the dotted line. I've been given the "gee, sorry, there's nothing we can do about that" more than once (shame on me), and will never go back. As I said, I'm not the only one who's had this experience, so too bad for them! read more

Love this store! Owner is nice, as well as the sales girls. I've spent thousands over the yrs in this store! I'll be back again.

BEST BOUTIQUE IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA! Punch is your one-stop shop for any woman with style. It has clothes for all ages and all occasions. Their selection covers a large range, from fresh off the runway trends to the classic modern pieces. They carry beloved brands like free people, j-brand, citizens, splendid, frye, bb dakota and chasor but carry more unique styles/pieces that you won't find at every department store. Their selection of quality leather handbags, wallets, and clutches make you never wanna look at a Michael Kors again! Their feather-weight scarves make for the perfect "California Winter" piece and also make for a perfect gift! Oh and make sure you check out their wide array of jewelry which again caters to all styles...but their selection of Natalie B rings make you want layer one on each finger and become a hippie. The owner, manager and staff are like your own personal stylist/best shopping partner all rolled up into one. Also venture to their upstairs section which is all 50% off! I have left upstairs with frye boots, dolce vita heels, and a Alice and Olivia dress without breaking the bank! Overall, slightly obsessed with this store! read more

When they first opened they had a decent selection and moderately high prices. Then, with a little success, they expanded too much and had to cut back again. Now that they are back in one location, they still haven't learned to price better. Even for the labels, it's just too expensive. Also, the stock turns over oddly. They've had the same pair of red plastic boots on sale for years now. When I went in to find something for my roommate, the salesgirl recommended something terrible for the body shape I just described. I'd try elsewhere before going back. read more

Punch has such cute clothes but the customer service is terrible. I felt very uncomfortable while I was shopping because they were constantly watching me. There was no one upstairs at one point, however once I starting looking upstairs they followed me. They definitely should have more of an open mind and not constantly think someone is going to steal their clothes because it's not fun to shop when they are breathing over your shoulders!! read more
