I love Chicos location in Santa Rosa at The Villages. The staff is so helpful and kind for so many years. And they have really always had great clothes. People are always complimenting me on how cute my clothes are and they all start shopping at Chicos. Thanks so much to the management team for treating me so well. Best clothing store for me! read more

Management is unprofessional. The way the employee answered the phone should have been the first red flag.

I wouldn't go here if you aren't white. they follow you around the whole store and watch you from a distance.

Chico's is fashion forward for the thirty something! (and up) I am impressed to see a company know their demographic, market to that demographic successfully, and put out products that no matter the age, weight, or lifestyle, you can look like you belong in the VIP lounge somewhere! If you think the garments don't suit your style, try their amazing accessories! they are off the CHAIN! get it? chain? jewelry? oh, silly me : ) read more

Chico's - Women's Clothing Near Me - Santa Rosa, California

This rating is for online purchases. The store is ok. Returned an online purchase. Mailed it 4/20. Online tracking showed it was received 5/1 and no updates since then. I contacted customer service and was told the return can take up to 21 business days after returned . REALLY !?! I shop a lot online, and yes perhaps some delays due to virus. But that timeline is not acceptable. Will NOT be doing anymore online shopping read more

They should rename Chico's "Cheapo's," because of all the money I've spent on clothing that literally falls apart once you wash it. I saw these cute pedal-pushers made from a microfiber that looked great on the rack and then on me, so I bought 4 pairs. After wearing and then washing them, they shrunk into this shapeless, man-made material that resembled something you might reconsider even using to wipe your dusty vehicle down with, so I gave them away, as I'd lost the receipt. I also gave Chico's another chance recently, and bought some light-weight tops that have a 3/4-length sleeve and a seam down the front. And those tops were flawed as well, for once I washed them, these little holes around the described front seam appeared from out of nowhere. Next time I need a durable top, I'll purchase a Hanes 100% cotton tee-shirt, thank you very much, Cheapo's. Besides, who needs Chico's with their pseudo-snobbery? read more

I've always had a good experience with this store and staff. Recently there was a glitch in an online order I had made, and the store's employees and manager went above and beyond to fix the problem. Very impressed with their customer service. Love the clothes too!! read more

The clothes and service are amazing! I love shopping here! I am ready for fall, baby!!! :) read more

Great service, great staff and I love the clothes. The clothes are made well and last longer than mist other brands. I have pants from here that are 5 years old that I STILL get compliments on! read more

Yesterday at 4:30 PM I took my grandmother to Chico's in the Village. She loves shopping for coats and fashion even though she is almost 90....My grandmother is a very nice lady. We asked the short haired woman with glasses what coats they had gotten in. She acted annoyed for the entire 25 minutes that we were in the store. At one point, I caught her rolling her eyes to the other employee working with her. I couldn't believe how stuffy and any rude she was acting. She seemed so put off that she had to deal with my grandmother. Isn't that her job? A sale is a sale. My grandmother tried on 2 coats and 1 sweater. The woman shoved the first coat in my hands and told me to help my grandmother take of her coat while she looked for whatever she was looking for. She was trying really hard to push us out the door. She told us to go to Buddies because that are having a "big sale"! Since my grandmother had told her that she shops a Buddies. She also kept on saying, "come back in two weeks". I would never go into that store again. Even my grandmother was put off. We are both natives from Santa Rosa and I am very unhappy with the way she behaved. The store has cameras so I am hoping that the owner or management will go back and look at the cameras on 10/15/14 (Thurs.) between 4:25 PM and 5:15 PM. read more

They have nice stuff, but I will never spend any more money with this company. They had a sign up saying a shirt was a certain discounted price, but my friend was charged the full price. When we asked about the discrepancy, we were told it was an old sign, 'someone' forgot to take it down. She said Chico's was not obligated to honor the sign. I disagree. You list 3 customers today over a $12 discount. She immediately walked over and removed the sign. When i said she was obligated to sell the shirt at the advertised price, I was not rude and I was not loud but She turned her back on me. A couple women who witnessed the discussion put their choices back in the rack and walked out. I believe you made a big mistake and your arrogance did not help the situation. read more

I generally love Chico's and find their employees friendly and helpful but this store - not so much! I returned a necklace that started falling apart within an hour of cutting the price tag off and three tank tops that I wanted in a larger size. When I gave them to the sales clerk along with my receipt, her only question was, 'did you buy this more than 69 days ago'? She never asked if I wanted to replace the necklace or if she could help me find the tops in a larger size. So I made the return and left- will not return to this location read more

I had a great experience at Chico's awhile back! Was greeted almost immediately; explained the pieces I already have (from sometime in the '90s!), what color I was looking for...and April had the perfect tops for me to try on...and boom! I was out of there in less than 15 minutes! Now that's my kind of shopping! April gave great advice and that's why I am going back! read more

This is the rudest shopping experience I have ever had in my life. I shopped there about a year ago and spent a lot of money so when I saw a super cute skirt in their ad they send to me I went to try it on. I put it on hold because I had a nail appt a few doors down and would need to come back. When I came back and employee opened my dressing room without knocking and demanded to know if someone was helping me. Walked right in! My advice is go somewhere else! read more

Very cute clothing, yet a little on the expensive side. The employee who helped us made us late to our 2:30 appointment taking way too long to ring us up and talking way too much. read more

I like many of the items in Chico's. I only shop sale items because I find their prices too high for the 100% polyester that is the norm. I was last there on the afternoon of Dec. 26, 2014. It was not crowded. Two employees greeted me when I entered. I found what I bought all by myself and found a room to try it on I went to the counter to pay. The woman behind the counter ignored me until another employee asked her to help me. She was almost insolent. When she asked if someone helped me and, I said 'no', she acted as if I had committed a faux pas. She never smiled or even had a pleasant look. She looked at me as if I were beneath her. Why should anyone put up with this behavior ever? I think this was my last visit. Too many of the employees act like it's Sax and they designed the clothes. My receipt shows the cashier's name as 'Lauri'. read more

Hassle free returns? FORGET IT. Returned part of my two day old online purchase to store with receipt to be told didn't I know I could send it back myself. She then offered that they could mail it back for me. I left, called customer service to find out store clerk should have credited me on the spot. CS made conference call to store and clerk has nerve to say they try to keep inventory down by doing this. Online service was good but never setting foot in store again. Lost me! read more

If I could give this store a no stars I would. I have been in the retail and customer service industry for a long time. The store was not busy, only a couple of customers and 4 or 5 employes on the floor. I was on crutches so I was hard to miss, not one person acknowledged me. I had money to spend and would have bought something but instead crutched out the door. I wanted to create a Julia Roberts moment and go back with a lot of bags and say "huge, big mistake" read more

I like the clothes a lot but they need to work on the customer service skills. I have been in a lot and they complete ignore me and my mom every time, they don't have a problem talking with each other. I have been in the customer service business for 20 years and they need some work. read more

I feel I am being generous with a three star rating. I was recently approached by Chicos to give them feedback on improvements via Internet. They send me an occasional questionnaire. I haven't gone in this store for a long time, but since they were asking for feedback I thought they may have improved. This does not seem to be the case, I guess my body type is common in this area because I can rarely find my size in their store. I found a shirt I liked and since they didn't have my size they offered to send me the shirt, shipping free. That is until they found out I needed it in within a week. I paid the extra charge because I wanted the shirt for an upcoming trip we will be taking. I received an email two days later stating that my shirt would not come on time but actually 14 days later than promised. I called the store and they couldn't help me. So I called the service department and after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, they took care of the problem with the order, but I had to suggest the solution myself, which was to cancel the order and reorder, with free 24 hour shipping. I am still waiting for my blouse I hope it will arrive before my trip but I have yet to see. I will not be shopping in this store anymore. In addition to this problem I have often felt like I am bothering the personel in this store when I shop there. read more

I would never step foot in that store again.. From the very second I walked in the store the sales women kept following us around the store asking us if we needed help finding anything. She made me feel very uncomfortable didn't even make it to the back of the store.. Cause she constantly breathing down our necks. Not once did she ask anyone else if they needed help.. Her main focus was on us making sure we didn't steal anything.. I'm not the type of women to pull the race card at all.. But this time honest to God I feel she felt the need to follows us through the store cause of our skin tone. I've been raised to never judge anyone based on their race, religion, or sexuality. I judge person on how they treat me.. This was my first time in this store and it is my last! I'm truly offended by this women actions. She has a lot of growing up to do. We are in 2015 an at her age she should've known better. Will I recommend a friend to this store hell no!! Being treated like this truly and still bothers my heart.. I've never in my life EVER shoplifted and NEVER ever will! That is why I have a job so I can PAY for my things. I'am a taxpayer just like everyone else.. I actually feel sorry for this lady cause she knows no better..her ignorance will never change.. read more
