Birthday chair. They place all of the presents that your guest brings on the arms of the chair.

So much fun! We visited Pump it up for a family member's birthday party, and my children loved it. I have a 5-year-old and a 3-year-old who bounced and ran the whole time. They played in two different bounce rooms, which gave the children variety in their bouncing fun. Then it was time for pizza and cake, so we transferred to that room. The host helps to pass out pizza, drinks, cake, and ice cream to all the guests, which is helpful when you're trying to do other things.

This is a great place for all kids! Special Needs too!! Staff is awesome

My son loves This place and so do I! It's a great spot to take him and his friends and let them get out all the energy they have pent up from being in the house on a rainy, cold or snowy day! It's clean and all kids can have fun!! everyone is nice and respectful to each other (yes Kids too) and I love how it's even great for special needs kids! Great way for them to all interact with each other :0)

Great place for a party for kiddos. They have two rooms with gigantic inflatables. The staff takes care of set up and clean up, no hassles at all. We have been here 5 separate times and it has always been a great time. They have added a small toddler play area and new inflatables! You must wear socks to use the inflatables. If you don't have socks you can buy them for $2.

The staff was very nice, and helpful. The young man at the register patiently and kindly split the points I bought into 12 cards. The kids had a lot of fun, some of them had their parents buy the trampoline pass, we did for our son too, only because he was the birthday boy, but honestly, I don't think we would pay 12.00 again only for my son to be jumping lol. This was our first time at this location, and we were pleased with the cleanliness, the staff, the food, and games. We will definitely come back.

It was close to our house so we went often because it was a fun place for them to go. it was ALWAYS packed. My Children are now 25 and 27. I remember as soon as you use to walk in, there was a huge ball pit with connecting tubes and tunnels that kids would climb up up to so they could clim through thr tubes. My Daughter would climb up to the top, get scared and I would send my Son to help her down. Shoes were everywhere because you could not wear your shoes in the ball pit. The sound level was loud but the kids had a good time in a safe place so we dealt with it. Listen. Chuck E. Cheese is different now. First thing I noticed now is there is no large ball pit with the tubes! It took up a lot of space and now it just looks "empty" to me. However, thinking back from a post Covid standpoint, the ball pit was not the most sanitary place as there was no way they could have clean all the balls that were in the pit. I am pretty sure that Covid gave them a new perspective on this. I also noticed there were no long tickets spitting out of the machine when the kids won the games. My kids would get so excited to collect all the tickets so they could turn them if for prizes. Everything is now modern so you swipe a card and it keeps your tickets total so you can cash out and pick your gifts. Again, this is better for the environment as we wasted a lot of paper with the tickets. There are a lot more games for the kids to play but somehow it seemed less packed and quieter then I remember. Chuck E. has changed too. He used to be this huge, imposing figure. He had an escort moving about with him because the kids would mob him. My kids were even scared of him for a time. They would cry and run away when they saw him. Chucky must be on Keto now. He is smaller and slimmer. He came out without an escort and walked around the venue without an escort. The Kids were glad to see him just the same. We ordered pizza and drinks for my Grandson. The pizza is not gourmet but it is as good as I remembered. It was fun for my Grandson and the kids at the restaurant because that is the only Chuck E. Cheese they know. But my Grown Children who were there with my Grandson and use to go to Chuck E. Cheese faithfully in thr past said it definitely is not the same Chuck E. Cheese that they were use to. Sometimes change is just different. My Grandson was happy and that is all that matters.

The ladies of DMVDoes social group had the pleasure of partnering with them for a Sunday Funday, and it was hands down one of the most memorable experiences we've ever had. It's bring your own food and drink. From the moment we arrived, everything felt intentional and beautifully curated. They reserved their largest and most scenic pasture just for us nestled in nature and surrounded by the sweetest alpacas. It felt like a private oasis! The picnic setup was absolutely stunning: And included Whimsical alpaca plates, Fine glassware, Modern flatware and linen napkins and Vintage market umbrellas that gave the space a dreamy, editorial vibe . The experience also included Low boho tables, layered blankets, and plush cushions made it perfect for lounging, connecting, and enjoying good company. They even included chilled ice buckets, Bluetooth speakers, and alpaca treats to complete the experience. This wasn't your typical picnic -- it was an elevated experience, ideal for birthdays, date nights, kids' playdates, girls' outings, or just because! Huge thanks to Abraham, our incredible host, for the warm hospitality. We can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Granted, I went on New Year's Eve, however that should not have impacted the lackluster experience I received. One sales associate in particular, young Caucasian girl with French braids, was very snooty and gave the energy that I was bothering her. Every question I asked was met with a very disinterested response and basically left me feeling like she wanted me to hurry up and pay so I could leave. I truly should have left and visited the Annapolis Mall location, however I was up against the clock and needed my two baby bears that evening. The second sales associate was much more engaged and helped redeem my experience. I will never patronize this location ever and it's a shame this experience that should have been fun and joyful turned into such a disgusting feeling. DO BETTER with employees that truly want to WORK! Please note, the one star is for the very pleasant sales associate who was very pleasant to interact with.

From the onset I sensed that the young man and lady who were hosting my party were new, at least to hosting parties. Between the two of them they could not manage to get the party to flow seamlessly. The store manager had to juggle customers and intervene with the party. I'm just glad my daughter and her friends were on average age 6, and too young to notice the details. All in all the party was a success. I only give this establishment a 4 out of 6 b/c of the party experience and the difficulty I experienced whenever I tried to update my party reservation or submit a party review on their website.
