I sent them an email and within the hour I get a personal phone call back from Aubrey, the sweetest, nicest, most genuine person, they explain the situation and just having a little hiccup, they go above and beyond and refund the 2nd half, and help me feel better about the mistake. I can't thank them enough but they have gotten a repeat customer. These people have my business and I hope the boss sees how amazing Aubrey is and how great she is at handling customers. This was very disappointing as a new potential customer of being refused service after someone entered with their child 2 minutes before myself. Part of my assumption was due to me having a large bag of clothes to sell and them not wanting to deal with the process of processing them for potential payment; this is WRONG if so. Also the outside of the establishment window sign says the location closes at 6pm. All of it is misleading and a terrible way to run a business. I also called the store at 4:55 and nobody answered(no surprise) and the voicemail was full. Hopefully Crofton MD location will provide better service, Waldorf MD location is giving Once Upon a Child a bad look.

I usually experience great customer service at this location. The price of Target items is always a bit questionable in my opinion. I can say I swish this location offered more variety like other locations in the Virginia area that seem to offer more high end products. You can always find something you "need" at Target. If you are familiar with the Southern Maryland (Waldorf) area, you will find this store where Toys r Us use to be. Years ago the DMV had a few Eurocentric furniture stores such as SCAN and StoreHouse. Unfortunately, these stores closed their doors for good in the early 2000s. Luckily, we now have a rebirth of this awesome euro style furniture in our backyard. There was so much to consider, I need another visit to truly separate my wants and needs. Upon entry, I was greeted by a nice sales person (Nadia). She gave me information then allowed me to shop in peace. Please ask for Nadia during your visit. I've attached several photos to give you a visual of how unique their furniture options are when compared to other stores.
