Groupon told us that several complaints have been made in regards to this "deal," citing similar concerns. I am quite disappointed, as time is running out before our wedding in two months, and we could have chosen a more reputable business, instead. My main issue with the Charm City was one of the photobooth operators was really nasty to my guests and I. Several people came up to tell me that she was nasty to them. I witnessed it firsthand when she got snippy with me and clearly she knew it was my party. Apparently, people pressed on the screen too hard when in the photobooth. This wasn't done out of malice on anyone's part; just people having a great time in the booth. The operator's tone was so nasty to guests as she practically screamed at people to not do it again. I suggest that the company instruct its operators to place a sign on the booth to let guests know to touch the screen lightly. Later on, a friend of mine who got to the venue early enough to see the operators set up said that the same operator was rude to the restaurant manager. Her attitude totally dampered an otherwise fun experience. I would recommend the vendor to a friend only if it could guarantee that it would not send out that operator. I followed up with the vendor after the event and it was clear to me that the operator is still employed with the company. I would definitely have a photobooth at another event but I don't know if I would use Charm City again.

ACE was very professional and personable throughout. Shaquawna has a lot of patience. Though I only booked her for balloons she threw in invitations at no additional charge. The day of our event she worked hard fighting against the wind. Despite the weather conditions she provided a beautiful backdrop. My guest complimented her work and I was very pleased. She also provided the entertainment of the 360 Photo Booth. Of course the high school kids acted like they were too cool for it, but once they got on and used the provided props we all had an amazing time. I highly recommend ACE for your event needs.
