You get coaching when you go in for a group to help you learn how to throw and get to play a variety of games. If you have enough time, you can try throwing the big axe. What I like most about Urban is that the employees are super welcoming and the axe community is too if you decide to join a league. You can learn to tweak your throw from a variety of different people and hone in on your technique. You don't feel bad when you're first not great at throwing since so many people want to help.
