Take me out to the ball game! I've been coming here since around the time the stadium first opened…read morenearly 30 years ago. I have some fond memories of going there with my dad and catching some soon-to-be Orioles players out there with the minor league AA affiliate Bowie Baysox. Now I get to share that experience with my own family. We were there on a very crowded night, as they were doing a special event for elementary school kids and their reading program. The stadium was at capacity, supposedly! We heard they were turning folks away at the gate. Wow! Still, it was not too packed in the bleachers or even the reserved seats, but I guess a lot of folks were milling about in the food lines and other venues at the stadium. For being nearly 30, the place doesn't show a ton of wear-and-tear. The amenities are nice, the food isn't as ridiculously overpriced as you might find in the major leagues, and there are plenty of options for the kids who aren't that into the game. Parking is free, but you might have a bit of a walk, especially if the place fills up on game day. Still, it's not that bad all things considered. And hey, do the majors have free parking? Not that I've ever encountered! The ticket prices are more than reasonable, and you have a lot of options. It's a quaint and cozy stadium, intimate but large enough. It has a great hometown ball-team feel to it. And that's probably the best part about coming here. Check the schedule for promotions, as they frequently have many giveaways, special events, and deals. Fireworks nights are very popular, so be sure to get your ticket early and arrive even earlier! All-in-all, it's a wonderful place to build some great lasting memories.

September 21st 2025…read more This place is so disorganized and disappointing. My father called ahead of time since him and I are both disabled (we both have handicap placards and my father has a permanent disabled license plate) He finally got ahold of someone and they said if we want handicap parking up close get the gold parking pass. I paid 200 dollars for parking. Yes, 200. Parking up close is VERY important to me.. Nobody was helpful in guiding us to the lot we paid 200 dollars for. Also, they told us when we got there there's no handicap places, we just have to go and sit on a blue bench and call a number for a golf cart to pick us up. I called the number 3 times and somebody did answer. They were nice but not helpful. We ended up having to give up and walk. No workers were helpful, and when we would try to flag down other workers on golf carts they would not stop for us. They did not even look at us The stadium is very outdated. It looks extremely industrial and not welcoming Very crowded Lines were long There definitely was not enough bathrooms or food areas to keep up with all the people it can hold However, I did enjoy the seats we had. I liked the view. And the field looks great. I will say, the bathrooms for the MOST part were clean for over 50 thousand people being there. I did see a toilet overflowing onto the ground though. But workers were taking care of it This stadium needs a huge update. Do not waste 200 on up close parking. It wasn't even that up close and nobody came and picked us up despite us calling and waiting for 43 minutes (the game had already started while we were waiting) Again, I do have to hand it to the woman on the phone who kept answering. It wasn't her fault and at least she answered. So, if you are disabled and can't walk far, plan accordingly Every stadium is different So always check their bag rules. I did have to use a small clear bag Sadly, this stadium is probably one of the worst I've been to P.S- if you google worst NFL stadiums, this one comes up lol. So I'm not the only one complaining

If you like people, this is the spot for you! There's a whole myriad of them scattered all over…read morethe place. All ages, all sizes! If you want to have no parking, yep, come on down. This is THEE hub. Because of the egregious amount of people, expect to park far as hell from the complex. Even better, use your phone flashlight to illuminate your walkway because there only a few street lamps. Perhaps this is why, even in the crosswalk, you too can have an invigorating rush as your life flashes before your eyes in the stark headlights of a metro bus who never heard of a brake! Finally, enjoy the amenities in the aquatic center two informational desks down in a basement where lockers require $1.00 in coins. Quarters to be exact! Because why not! You've paid for a membership and/or a class, why not pay for the nostalgia of loose change! Who needs the year 2026?! Extroverts, this is the spot. Introverts, you will feel overwhelmed and wonder what fresh hell did you step in, probably try to power through until the pesky locker thwarts all defenses. You'll throw your hands up and peace tf out and say to yourself, yep I shall stick to the aquatic centers only. More manageable.

The fitness center is suitable for all levels. Equipment is well taken care of and has a great variety of equipment. There's two levels of workout space. The top floor has a walking track and many cardio machines. There's cubbies to store your things, if not, locker rooms are available as well. If you're shy like me, you'll enjoy this facility. Even on the weekends it wasn't too busy. Also there's plenty of space to workout with no one near you. The pool is nice! Great for children, it has a slide and waterfall. The hot tub is warm and clean. -Day pass is $5. Memberships are $20. -There's a cafe on the main floor. -Plenty of parking. -Staff is very friendly. -There's a gymnastics studio and a track where local students practice. I'm excited to try one of their fitness classes. I hope you enjoy.

It is true not located near much and traffic is awful. It's quite a walk from Metro and some games and many concerts end after it closes. Hence the new DC stadium will be a welcome change plus having large concerts in the District on 3 metro lines will be a huge plus. The first game against the Seahawks (go Hawks) in 20 for Monday Night Football on the upper deck in 2021 was not impressive at all but beat the experience of the Dome in St. Louis. The upper deck in Baltimore is way better. However our last experience several rows back in the lower deck near the end zone for the Sunday Night Football game for a nearly sold out crowd in 2025 was amazing. While the Commanders (then Washington Football Team) beat the Seahawks narrowly in 2021, the Seahawks beat them in a landslide in 2025. We felt bad seeing poor Jayden Daniels get reinjured though.
