I'm not really a beer drinker, but they did have Mango Cart and wine... Though it was only sweet wine. Why were the bathrooms cleaner than a lot of standard restaurants?! I was quite surprised. And the icing on the cake was the fireworks at the end. I can't imagine inhaling all that smoke is safe to do regularly, but it was quite the spectacle. Introduction:…read more Representing 2nd of 2 from July 2023 in scrapbook series is Commanders Field. So, Washington Commanders have pissed me off for various reasons with the prior owner, Snyder. In 2023, I was feeling better about the Commanders with Josh Harris taking over ownership, but I know I was in the minority, Commanders pissed me off that they were going to move back to DC in 2030. I think they should stay in Landover and maybe make a few updates to the existing site. I would've been ok if they had decided to move elsewhere in MD or even out in VA. I just didn't want DC to get all the tax revenue. Why was July 2023 representing Commander's Field if that's not football season or even pre-season?: With the new Josh Harris ownership, they had a big welcome event and speech by Harris & various others at the stadium that July day. It was fun. I got a few free goodies there and met & got pictured with cheerleaders. It was a fun event overall. Prior times I was there, both in Redskin era: I attended 2 Redskin games in November 2014 & October 2016. At that time, I was rooting for them as that was the local team. They got destroyed in November 2014. I did get to enjoy their 1 & only touchdown. It was cold that day, but I enjoyed my very first NFL game ever in the nosebleeds with a friend. October 2016 game was a beautiful warm sunny day, and Redskins beat the Eagles. I was happy in 2016, but now I'm in a bird alliance. Ravens became my #1 team in 2022, and Eagles are in my top 5 NFL teams. My friend's dad wasn't able to attend with the season tickets they had, and he invited me. We sat behind the goal, which was pretty cool. I think the Commanders Field seats are adequate, and it's a good stadium. Granted, MY Ravens M&T bank stadium is quintessential 5-star stadium that I will be getting to 5 reviews from now in this scrapbook series. I say MY Ravens, but the fact of the matter is it's not really MY Ravens; not like I own the team or anything, but I do have a vested interest in their wellbeing with getting wins. It's unfortunate they are going to move to DC. Not the most outstanding stadium like M&T Bank Stadium, but still a good, solid stadium.

My father called ahead of time since him and I are both disabled (we both have handicap placards and my father has a permanent disabled license plate) He finally got ahold of someone and they said if we want handicap parking up close get the gold parking pass. I paid 200 dollars for parking. Yes, 200. Parking up close is VERY important to me.. Nobody was helpful in guiding us to the lot we paid 200 dollars for. Also, they told us when we got there there's no handicap places, we just have to go and sit on a blue bench and call a number for a golf cart to pick us up. I called the number 3 times and somebody did answer. They were nice but not helpful. We ended up having to give up and walk. No workers were helpful, and when we would try to flag down other workers on golf carts they would not stop for us. They did not even look at us The stadium is very outdated. It looks extremely industrial and not welcoming Very crowded Lines were long There definitely was not enough bathrooms or food areas to keep up with all the people it can hold However, I did enjoy the seats we had. I liked the view. And the field looks great. I will say, the bathrooms for the MOST part were clean for over 50 thousand people being there. I did see a toilet overflowing onto the ground though. But workers were taking care of it This stadium needs a huge update. Do not waste 200 on up close parking. It wasn't even that up close and nobody came and picked us up despite us calling and waiting for 43 minutes (the game had already started while we were waiting) Again, I do have to hand it to the woman on the phone who kept answering. There is varied parking. Lots B and C are closest to the track but the back lot has more than enough room for overflow. The track is tucked behind fencing cut there is more than enough space for tents and space to camp out outside the venue. While it's no VA Beach or Greensboro, the space does the job. The staff was kind and the park had more than enough police presence to keep it safe.

Came here for the Le Sserafim concert on Oct 5 and overall had a great experience!…read more Starting from before we entered the venue, you can imagine there were a lot of people trying to get in but there were a ton of staff outside basically corralling all of us into more organized lines to enter. We all just followed the line and were able to enter smoothly. They also had F Street blocked off for this. The no bag policy - this is something Cap One recently established. From what I read online beforehand, security was a hit or miss. For this event, I saw that they let people go through with purses/bags bigger than 4x6, both clear and non clear. I personally brought something smaller. The venue itself was good! There was also a lot of staff inside directing people and answering questions. No complaints at all on staffing and service! Everyone we encountered was great!! The food stalls were interesting! You scan your credit card in a turnstile first and they let you in to grab food. It was a bit confusing at first because you didn't have to "check out", you just grab the food and go. There's a ton a of cameras in front of the stall, so I think they track what you take then charge you afterward. We sat in section 403, row A and it was a better view than expected! The only downside was that part of the big screen was blocked by a speaker but that probably can't be helped anyway.

I love it here I don't know if it's because I'm a fan but this game in particular it did rain and our seats are out in the open but our ponchos kept us dry for the most part. They do have suites available I'm not sure if that's just for season ticket holders but nevertheless go at your own risk. Ladies and whomever else decides that they want to take a large bag if any bag at all into the stadium there is a bag policy. Myself I carry about a coin size purse a crossbody and that's perfectly fine if you have a large bag it needs to be clear but again if it's something that you absolutely do not need then don't bring one just the FYI. I did get an alcoholic beverage as well as a bag of peanuts spent about maybe $40 on those two items total but again it was worth it.
