I am liking this brand again. I purchased a women's running shoes online. And they were so comfortable and fit well. I can wear it for 12hrs. Visiting this store at the outlet, I was looking for some sale stuff for my kids. I looked at the clearance section of the shoes but I didn't find the size of my eldest son. I found a pair for my youngest son though. It is trendy and stylish. No extra discount but the price was within my budget. One of the stops while we are at the Camarillo Outlets. They always hav e great deals and the quality of the clothing is good. I took my son back to school shopping last Saturday and we ended up getting some shorts and T-shirt's for him. We found really nice shirts for $12.99 each. Staff is helpful and friendly. read more

Giving two stars based on noticing in the tiny print on the small register screen that the price being rung up was not exactly the price advertised on the shelf where the product was displayed. When asked about it the employee asked us to "show her." Once that was done she told the manager who then responded it was only a penny as he was changing it. When I asked that if they can round up did that mean I could round down he didn't respond and moved away. I'm fairly sure that I cannot pay $9.95 for an item priced at $10.00 so under the principle of it and general integrity I believed it deserved a review. read more

When I asked the manager name Sharina why did your employee rolled and crumpled my Tshirts in the bag she replied that's the best we can do. such a big name and brand like Puma their management and customer service is extremely unprofessional. read more

I went into puma and was going to get some lamelos, but saw the bottoms were a little dirty so we tried to get 10% off. With or without the deal I was planning on copping, but dirty bottoms usually mean less grip so I needed it to be a tad bit cheaper. Once we told the worker he went to the manager Diana was the name she told me but you should know people do lie and she just went to the register trying to clean while the other worker went to the back of the store & stalled by saying he was looking for another size 8 that's actually looks new. Once the man came back telling us there's not other eight we asked again if we can get 10% off and he said that's on the manager not me and she just turned and said no with a dirty look . My brother mentioned how he broke his foot in a pair of the puma Clyde's and she just shrugged it off not caring as if we were lying when my brother actually broke his foot in them so the bottoms were pretty essential to be clean. Once she gave us the attitude though we left the store did not want to give her our business at all mind you if she wasn't giving attitude like how she was I would have purchased but she was acting real smug and I don't really plan on coming here or giving my business to puma hear on out , mind you online on a sneaker website is 10 dollars more which I would rather pay so I don't have to deal with someone that hates there job , felt unwelcome against their company policy , I would never recommend this store to anyone. read more

This store is definitely one of the ones that is worth the visit. It's not like some of the stores in this outlet who never go on sale or have weak sales when they do. From my experience they don't have any sort of loyalty program but the deals you might find while just browsing through is pretty good. The size of the store is really small. The dressing rooms are unmanned. If you want to use it just knock and if it's empty and unlocked, help yourself. That's the vibe I got when I asked an employee if I could have a dressing room. They didn't count what I had in my hands or use any special key to open the rooms. They do lock though so don't worry. read more

Puma outlets seem to be getting worse and worse. Everytime I go to one I am disappointed. This one is worse than the Citadel store in Commerce! WTF? I figured it would have more of a selection and better items since it was in a full blown outlet but I was wrong. Also the prices matched the designs of the product. SUCKED. In terms of service most of the people were friendly or at least weren't rude, but this one tall guy was kind of creepy. I was so confused. He asked if I was looking for anything in particular and I said no. Then he says his name is whatever his name was and then he shook my hand and kept talking. I was like okay. Interesting. The sales weren't very good and the merchandise that was a good price wasn't very nice. Come on Puma! I like the brand! Bring better stuff to the outlet. read more

So the hubs didn't flinch or anything when I mentioned to him that I wanted to do some outlet shopping while driving down the 101 on our way down to LA from SB. I later figure out that he had researched which stores were located at the Camarillo outlets once I expressed interest in going and he found out that they had a Puma outlet. Not that he's the biggest Puma fan but he has a pair that needed a replacement. So they don't necessarily have the greatest selection but they did have a pair he like at 25% off. Additional 15% if he had the old pair to recycle but they mentioned they would have taken ANY shoe ANY brand. The sales staff offered to help which was great. I hate it when you're standing around for help with a size and employees gives you the shifty eyes where they pretend not to notice you so they won't have to help. read more

Head strait for the back to see the clearance shoes-- usually like 50% off of lowest price. Me likey..because in a few weeks, the shoe will be out and worn out. This is a smaller Puma store, but the merchandise is perfect for the size. The employees are always helpful. We are not big Puma shoe fans, but their socks. My goodness they are durable. Both of my boys are rough with their socks. I can't buy them cheap pairs because they go through them like water melts on ice. So when I am at the Puma Store I make sure to byy them a couple of pairs. Price wise I end up paying a tad bit more than I would for a pack of Froot of the loom. read more

I LOVE PUMA shoes, clothing, accessories, and style which is why this outlet is receiving a 3-star review... I've been to this outlet several times and they have AMAZING 50% off sales every-now-and-then... the problem is, there's not enough of a selection... Point in case: I went here the other day for labor day... I saw a pair of shoes online which was originally $80 and with the labor day code would be down to $48... The outlet store had an ALL ITEMS 50% off sale which is better than the online deal + I could grab a few clothing items, accessories, etc. When I got to the store, they didn't have the pair of shoes I wanted in the color I wanted it in... Booboo =( I found the same model in a different color and luckily fell in love with it... They also did not have much of a selection for accessories and clothing. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Overall, I would give this outlet more stars but the effort it takes to come here is not worth the lack of selection. The sales are, at times, unbelievable. The price drops and deals are really impressive and definitely draw you into the store. The problem, however, aren't the prices so much as the selection. I'm open to purchasing anything from shirts to shoes to jackets and miscellaneous paraphernalia. But sometimes I'm shocked with the color scheme and designs that are available on the clothing. Also, I have no interest in wearing clothing with Ferrari plastered all over it...which I find ironic because the stuff didn't sell in the high end store, but instead has been moved to sell at the outlet, where obviously everyone that owns a Ferrari shops at. The shoes suffer from the same issue of being crazy colors and look almost like track shoes. There are diamonds in the rough, and I'm almost always buying something when I go in. If your style borders onto the eccentric, you'll have more success here than I. read more

The collection is always outdated and most of the time you will not get your size. The Manager of the store is a real RUDE jerk... He has no sense of how to talk politely and couldn't explain a simple question I had regarding the price of item return. All other store staff members are very polite and extremely helpful but for the manager (fat b#####d). You will instantly notice a short tempered fat guy and that turns off your whole shopping experience. read more

I think this is the best outlet store in all of Camarillo. I visit this store every time I'm in the area and I always come out buying something. They have actual discounts, which I can't say for all the outlets in this shopping center. Its main competitors, Nike and Adidas are also good but I've found better deals at this place. Adidas is still pretty expensive even though its an outlet and they have way too many exceptions on their sales and don't have good deals on their new items. I've gotten jackets for $28 and shoes for $45 at the Puma Outlet. Make sure you visit this store. read more

I've never owned any Puma shoes but I did like their yoga clothing and the Christy Turlington Mahanuala line. It's been awhile since I've been to this location but they used to carry Mahanuala. The t-shirts and fleece items are pretty stylish for casual wear and they come in plenty of vibrant colors. read more

First time coming into this store. They had a great selection of clothing, but they need a better selection of shoes. The prices are incredible from sales raging to 75% off. The managers are well like other managers , but the staff was amazing. Was helped by a young gentleman named Gilbert. He was very helpful. For the first time in my life I bought a Puma product today and its was a running shoe. I happen to pass this store today and most of the time I am near a Puma store, I run away from it....as I never got anything that suits my needs , choice and prices. Today they had 50% off sale and I snagged a nice running shoe for $35. Try to visit the store during 50% sales and you may end up getting a deal.
