Hearing someone in a position of authority refer to two high school boys as "retards" and degrade them is absolutely disgusting. No one should be spoken to that way, especially by someone who is supposed to be a leader and represent the business. There is a huge difference between managing people and humiliating them. Using a derogatory slur and belittling young people is not leadership, professionalism, or acceptable behavior. These were two high school boys who deserved to be treated with basic human decency and respect, not subjected to that kind of verbal degradation. What makes this even worse is that this behavior came from a MANAGER. If this is how management speaks about or treats young people, I would seriously question the culture and values of this establishment. Customers should not have to wonder whether the people running a business understand the meaning of respect. I hope the owners take this seriously, investigate what happened, and hold the manager accountable. A position of authority does not give anyone the right to demean or humiliate others. I would not feel comfortable supporting a business where this kind of behavior is tolerated. Absolutely unacceptable. Do better. Food costs way too much nowadays to pay for something that is clearly burnt and then have the concern brushed off. I understand mistakes happen, but customer service is about how you handle those mistakes. I checked my food before I even left and gave them the opportunity to fix the problem. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--I simply didn't want to pay for burnt food. In what world is this acceptable? The picture speaks for itself. Very disappointing experience.

The fries were as good as any fries I've had. The pizza was great, 4 good size pieces, medium crust and a great sweet sauce. The server was excellent, she explained that they make their dough every morning, and slice their sandwich meats fresh daily. They get their buns and bread from Kennedys Bakery. Although my server knew I was present, it required 8 minutes for her to approach. A request for water and napkins had to be repeated 3 times - she offered that she "forgot I was there. Nevertheless, I left a 20% tip. I knew others were complaining, and an older man got his meal computed.... Ruby Tuesdays menu has drastically shrunk, and yet the "cook" cannot prepare an adequate meal. Looks like burger and fries are a good option, however, I wanted something healthier. Server suggested "deconstructed beef skewers." Some healthy veggies rice and "beef." Beef was tough and half of it burned. Simply inedible, and I left most of it. I am looking for a dining option in Cambridge Ohio.
