Could literally see her standing behind the bar talking to who turned out to be the "bar manager" a joke if you want to call her that. I walked up to the bar and asked if we could speak to a manger and "logan" informed us she was infact the manager. She was very snappy from the jump. She then pretty much told me and I quote "if you don't like it you can always leave." In reference to me complaining about bad service, and undercooked meat... a few days later I was with some buddy's and informed them.. just for me to be told by them they SPECIFICALLY avoid the bar when logan's behind it! guess I missed the memo! Now it isn't uncomfortably spicy but you get some burn. Secondly, the chili is THICK! (My pic showed my spoon standing up in the chili). The chili dog was good, probably the same chili, as it was not a coney. I'm used to a coney sauce with a bit more onion but theirs was good. Service was excellent as our waitress took care of our table and others near us. The environment was not quiet, it bordered on loud but we could carry on conversations. The real key is would I return? Yes, tomorrow would be great. Their menu has so many options I could eat here five days in a row and not get the same thing.

They said it was because Karaoke was at 7PM, while a minute song at 4:45PM. While they didn't even know what songs I was going to place. Again, I thought it would be an old-fashioned feel. Thus instead, I felt the Cold Ridged Religious Feel that was a double standard of Gambling Rooms and so forth. Yes, I went to seminary and everything else, but I am going to let everyone choose their own path. They have their ridged rules, but that does not mean I have to eat there, especially for anniversaries. It is not an anniversary or a place for specially occasions. Again, it doesn't bother me one bit, because I move on, but I am raised with certain values to tell what I believe. My wife felt the onion soup was too breaded and cheesy. They had a great Salad and Gluten Free Pizza. And the bathrooms are clean when I went in there, but I don't feel welcomed there. Like you're a stranger that should never return. I just wonder.

But this is a bar and I don't frequent bars, so I get to the bar and look over the alcohol and didn't see "Makers Mark" which is what I wanted. So I ask and sure enough they had a bottle tucked away for a class reunion, which they brought back for me. I ended up ordering three glasses to try and get rid of my pending headache from the music. The bartender was very nice and took great care of me and the other people at the bar. After my three drinks I walked back to my room to attempt to sleep.
