Just adequate food with terrible prices! My husband and I both ordered a grilled chicken sandwich which we assumed came with fries. Nope, they were another $3.79 and $3.99 for my husband who ordered the seasoned fries, which by the way were frozen deep fried French fries. $9.99 was the price of the sandwich with out any toppings. Okay so I get paying for cheese but really, tomato and lettuce too? The server asked what condiment and when I asked if they had honey mustard, she never said there'd be an up charge. So my $9.99 sandwich was now $12.79 without any fries! Hand cut fries have to be the cheapest side and most restaurants add them to sandwich plates and only charge for substitutions. Our total bill for two sandwiches and fries plus one iced tea was $35.96. And if it was gourmet or a larger serving I wouldn't post this review, but it was small and ordinary food! We stopped here on our way home from another location and weren't familiar with the area. Chances are we'll never be by again but I thought I'd save someone else from being ripped off! read more

This bar/restaurant is completely different from the outside view. I was pleasantly surprised at how cool the inside was . Lots to look at, beer signs, sports memorabilia and amazing music playing . The staff were all smiling and told us we couldn't wherever we wanted. Another plus is they have Ohio Lottery Games! We love to play Keno. I had the turkey honey mustard wrap and my husband had the pork tenderloin . We started with some wings and they were so crispy and tasty! I think their blue cheese MUST be homemade it was just so so creamy and good! My sandwich was just "ok" way too much dressing and I don't like lunchmeat but when it said smoked turkey I guess I was thinking it wouldn't be lunchmeat. My husband however LOVED the sandwich he got. It was massive and came with a delicious sauce with fresh lettuce on top! We were looking for a lunch spot before heading out of town and our coworker recommended this spot. Tons of parking, which is needed because this place is huge! Has a fun bar feel, without the nasty bar smell or floor. I could definitely see myself spending a whole Saturday here. I was pleasantly surprised with this place. It was a 2nd choice spot for meeting a friend on our road trip, and they had plenty of choices for wing sauces. The service was so nice and informative! She told us we could split and do two sauces. There was a nice area of shaded outdoor seating that we sat in but there was also plenty of indoor seating as well. They definitely seem to be a hot spot as they have two nights of trivia per week and one night of karaoke! (The server told us all of this!) We had boneless wings and enjoyed the parmesan garlic and curry. Neither were spicy but there was a tiny kick on the curry one, which was flavorful and nice. My friend ordered the habanero lime and loved the sauce! I liked the beer selection and easily found one that I liked! We picked this from Yelp and our hotel front desk's suggestion. From the time we stepped inside we felt at home even when we were 300 miles from it. The decor was incredible, the service quick, the food was really good and our server Tina A. couldn't have been more fun. She made suggestions and really knew the menu. Lots of inside seating on a hot summer day and surprisingly quiet with the amount of customers present. It is a cold, November night and knew we could only eat at a restaurant with an outside patio. When we arrived at The Barn, we were immediately brought over to their huge enclosed patio. The gentleman quickly cranked the heat on even though we were the only people out there. Our wine, Pepsi, and two appetizers came quickly. Food was hot and crisp. Loved the homemade ranch dressing. Our burgers also came sooner than expected which was great since we still had a 4 1/2 hour drive ahead of us. Seems like a quiet town...or so you think. On a Monday night, this place is bustling with regulars old and new. It only seems like a quiet town because everyone and their mother was inside. The activity was high as they had music trivia monday, 2 local donation raffles and Margarita Monday's, as per usual. This place has some of my favorite pizza in Zanesville. I think the crust is the best part! It's chewy in the best way possible. It's honestly the main reason I go back to The Barn whenever I'm in town. I just find myself craving it! They have a nice sized patio as well. In the wintertime they even have an outdoor area closed off with a fire pit to keep you warm. If you're lucky you can catch some good live music. They also have a lot of TV's and it's a top-notch spot to catch a game. When it comes to their drinks they regularly have a local Weasel Boy on draft (which I love!). The only thing that was decent was the wings, they don't skimp on the sauce either. But as for the chicken bacon ranch wrap & their fries, the chicken was very dry and you needed extra ranch to make it edible. The fries we ordered with cheese, they were pretty bland. A step up from a dive bar, this place is clean and so are the bathrooms. Service is very friendly and prompt. Good selection of beer and typical bar food. Awesome burgers especially for a bar. The straight from the factory crust with inadequate sauce was loaded with low quality cheese piled right in the middle. Seriously I think they took a hand full of cheese and dropped it in the middle.
