Pullman Bread has a beautiful interior -- almost like walking into a zen garden display the moment you step inside. The space itself was honestly more memorable than the food. We came in around 9 PM and there weren't any employees in sight at first, so we stood around for a few minutes before a nice girl finally took our order. The bread was just okay in my opinion, nothing that really made me want to come back. Maybe it's better earlier in the day or closer to opening, but based on this visit, I probably won't be returning anytime soon.

Came here last month to check out this cute Japanese bread bakery on Blue Diamond, and honestly, it's one of those places that immediately feels cozy the moment you walk in. The whole shop smells like warm, sweet bread -- the kind of smell that makes you rethink whatever diet you thought you were on. My boyfriend went straight for the Belgian Chocolate Marble Cube Loaf, and I grabbed the Honey Loaf. We actually got ours fresh out of the oven, which felt like a little bakery blessing. The girl at the front was super sweet and really knowledgeable -- she explained that we had to wait about an hour before cutting into the loaf because if you slice it too soon, it'll go flat. So yes... we went to target and came back with the hour. Worth it. She also told us why it's called Pullman Bakery -- the loaf shape is inspired by the old Pullman train cars and sleeper cars. Once she said that, I couldn't unsee it. The bread really does look like a cute little train car. Both loaves were soft, fluffy, and had that perfect Japanese milk‑bread texture. The honey loaf had a subtle sweetness that didn't feel heavy, and the chocolate marble loaf delicious too. You can tell everything is made with care -- nothing feels mass‑produced or rushed. It's a simple bakery, but in the best way. Friendly service, fresh bread, and a little bit of Japanese baking charm right here on Blue Diamond.

Pullman Bread on Blue Diamond offer some of the freshest onigiri and sandos in town. With so many different varieties they offer onigiri with shrimp tempura, chicken, Wagyu, salmon and many more. I went with the Wagyu and the beef was well seasoned and the rice was very fresh. I also tried the egg sando and the bread was fresh and the egg was creamy. Service was amazing with a helpful staff answering any questions as well as introducing new items. A well designed space and it's authentic as it gets.

I haven't been here in ages since they remodeled but finally was able to stop by! I was looking forward to try their ice matcha but it has dairy in it which I can't have right now. Someone told me this was one of the best matcha. However, you really can't substitute other nondairy options. They have none. I'll have to come back on a different day. Anyways I got the Wagyu rice ball, curry beef pastry, and egg sando. Egg sando was delicious and on point! I'd love to try their other sandos though. Wagyu rice ball was pretty good but I think it would taste better warmed up. Curry beef--was not a fan of. Maybe I had to heat that up. A little too mushy for me. Service was great! She gave me the Wagyu rice ball for free to try! So nice! Everyone here is usually professional and kind. Definitely will be back to try that matcha and sandos

This is the perfect place to stop by before your flight! Airport food is so pricey and mediocre but Pullman Bread offers fresh onigiris and sandwiches at decent prices. There's a good amount of variety and I wish I had a chance to try everything but one of my favorite onigiris would have to be the Mentaiko Mayo. We got to try the Premium Wagyu Beef onigiri as well but it tasted more like bulgogi so it wasn't my favorite. My friends also enjoyed their egg sandos! The workers are very nice and are willing to help/answer any questions you may have. They open everyday from 7 AM to midnight making it pretty accessible before heading over to the airport, which is a less than 15 minute ride there! This is a definite must if you're heading to Las Vegas (or leaving) for a quick snack

Pullman Bakery has been sitting in my Vegas Yelp bookmarks for a minute, so we already knew we had to try it. We went for breakfast on our first day of the trip and wow, it did not disappoint. We ordered almost every rice ball (the Wagyu was our absolute favorite), plus the melon pan, salmon sandwich, beef curry ball, chicken karaage, and a PB&J sando. Everything was sooo good. We really wanted to try the strawberry sando too, but we knew we were already pushing it with how much we ordered There are no seats inside the store but that's ok! There was a bench outside which was where we sat to eat before our next destination. From the 100/10 friendly customer service to the quality of the food and the clean, beautiful space this spot is an easy recommendation in Vegas. If you love Japanese sandos or snacks, you have to check this place out.

Absolutely amazing place! We loved the coffee. All of the things are fresh! The breads are made in store you can see them make everything. Would highly recommend the egg sandwich and the salt bread!! The staff is very welcoming and makes sure to explain if you have questions!

Pullman Bread is a hidden gem on the southwest side of Vegas that I've now visited 3-4 times, and it's been consistently great every time. It's a small shop, but that actually adds to the charm. The vibe is clean, cozy, and very welcoming. This visit stood out right away because Jesus greeted us as soon as we walked in. He had such an infectious, upbeat personality that it instantly set the tone and is exactly the kind of energy you want walking into a neighborhood spot. Food-wise, everything we ordered smacked! The beef curry bun (his recommendation) was a hit for my wife and I. The joint was crispy on the outside, warm and flavorful inside. I also grabbed the tuna mayo rice ball, which was simple but done really well. It reminded me of the ones you grab from the 7-11 in Japan. We also got a tiramisu dessert, which was a solid sweet treat to cap it off. I've had their egg sandwiches before too and they're really good, super soft bread and well balanced. I will say they're a little on the pricey side at around $7. Overall, this is a great spot if you're craving Japanese-style bakery items and quick bites. Quality is consistent, service is friendly, and there's honestly nothing bad to say ... just expect to pay a little more than your typical bakery. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area and give Jesus a raise ... he has exceptional service ! ::Salute::

I was craving a Pullman's Egg Sando. Service was amazing as usual. The woman who works early am, around 7am is the best. She's so friendly and kind. They have a coffee/latte/ tea menu now. They used to only have premade/canned drinks. Not sure when this started, maybe I just noticed this trip. I had an Iced Matcha Latte and loved it. I always get the Simple Egg Sandwich but tried the Seasoned Egg Sandwich this time. It was good but I like the Simple Egg better, just personal preference. The place is always organized, the displays all labeled with good signage. It's simple, relaxing decor- very welcoming space.

We stopped by right at opening, excited for some fresh Japanese pastries, but the experience was unfortunately not the best during our first visit here. Despite it being the morning rush, there was only one person (Sophia T) working the counter. She was clearly overwhelmed, and it showed in her demeanor--her attitude toward customers shifted as the line grew. It was frustrating to see several other staff members in the back who weren't lifting a finger to help her. WARNING: There is a 2% service fee. This was not clearly displayed; the sign was hidden, which felt dishonest. Melon Bun Matcha ($5): Lacked flavor. Black Truffle Salty Buttery Bread ($6): The taste was actually good, but the portion was tiny for the price. Clam Chowder Croquette ($3.20): Extremely small, oily, and did not taste the clam chowder flavor at all.

    Eric S.

I went in expecting a bakery. Instead I found a variety of delicious food. From karage skewers to onigiri, Pullman is much more than a bakery. The butter roll was delicious and the beef curry bun was stuffed with tasty beef jn a rich sauce. They also have crab croquets, sandwiches, rice balls, and shortcake cups. So much more left to try. Will be back soon.

Ask the Community - Pullman Bread

On the menu on yelp it shows a loaf of bread is over $18 is that true? Prices I saw for pastries don't look too bad,

I bought a large, Pullman loaf for $14.99.

    Do they have sourdough bread?

I think they only have milk bread, charcoal bread and honey bread.

Is there a gluten free option?

    yes there is a lot!

    When is happy hour?

They no longer do happy hour.

Is there a place to sit?

No, they do not have indoor seating available.

    Any vegan options?

I'm not sure! I don't think I saw any Vegan options, but maybe call them and they can tell you. :)

    Is there dairy free options?

Is there any items dairy/cream free

Do they label anything with price? I checked the photo I only seen one item labeled with price, do I have to ask every single item when I go?

They have labels and pricing shown for all items during my visit 3/4.

We tried the peaches and cream cake, mini tiramisu and mini cheesecake. The tiramisu was on point and so rich while also maintaining its light and airy appeal. Same for the peaches and cream cake - it has chunks of fresh peaches that were naturally sweet with the light fluffiness of the cake and whipped filling and topping to feel like a peachy cloud swept me away. Additionally their baked savory pastries are fresh, flavors are on point and super tasty. An absolute midday treat. We tried the kimchi and curry pastries. Great, balanced flavors. My absolute favorite has to be their ube latte though. The ube flavor shines through so beautifully and offers that escape from a stressful day that i am always hopeful a nice latte will. The tiramisu latte is a strong second favorite. Even when the lines look long, service is fast and the wait is impressively not as long as i anticipated it to be. They really do a wonderful job of bringing freshness, quality, service and flavor together for our enjoyment.

Florentine Cafe is morning-through-night business operating out of one section of Sgrizzi Ristorante near the corner of Blue Diamond and Rainbow. I'd meant to stop by before and finally found myself back in the area. Upon noticing all the gelato reviews, I knew what I was having for dessert. This was a surprisingly great experience. They offer a wide variety of sandwiches and pastries, but even with all the treats on display, they found room for 6 gelato makers. They also let me sample all of the flavors, and I found myself every one available today except for blackberry. Thankfully, they also were willing to fill my large cup ($7.15; get this instead of downgrading to small for just $6.75) with as many of the flavors as I wanted. And they smartly put strawberry on top for a light start, with vanilla and coffee appearing next, and pistachio and chocolate near the bottom. The texture was consistently smooth and almost too light/airy, but it didn't detract from the flavors. Coffee may have had some odd pooling of the coffee flavors in some parts, but it was potent overall. Pistachio should not appear that green but tasted as a browner true pistachio would. And the chocolate was quite rich, a great end to the flight-in-a-cup. I will probably come back to Florentine Cafe if I'm in the area because that gelato deserves all the second and third and so on looks. And I probably have to try the pastries like the martiozzi, a brioche stuffed with a gargantuan amount of cream, which Amelinda specifically recommended. Hopefully they keep rotating the gelato flavors too, as other reviews have mentioned some tantalizing choices.

He was not active, disruptive, or vocal at any time. He is a trained service dog, not a pet. I also want to clarify that under the ADA, a person with a service dog cannot be required to sit outside simply because they are accompanied by a service animal. Service dogs are generally permitted to accompany their handlers in areas where customers are normally allowed. A service animal may only be excluded in limited circumstances, such as when the animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action, or when the animal is not housebroken. Neither of those circumstances applied here. So while I understand your policy regarding active or vocal dogs, that does not describe my dog or what happened during my visit. He was calm and caused no disturbance whatsoever. I came in on a Wednesday evening. I still had my punch card from last time, but they have since transitioned to the phone number rewards system, so the manager asked to take down my number to manually put in 4 points for the last time I was there. I ordered a Coconut Mousse, Lemon Mousse, and Pistachio Cafe Frappe. Once they rung me up, I saw a charge for $9, but I know for a fact that nothing I ordered was $9. The young guy ringing me up said the coconut mousse isn't $8.50, its $9 - but the menus hung overhead as well as the to-go menu pamphlets all said $8.50. I know its only 50 cents, but its the principle of the thing - you have to honor the price you advertise to the customer. The young boy and even the manager kept insisting on how that's for the old menu, I don't care - that is your mistake, not mine. Update your menu then - and he showed me how the laminated print out menu said $9, but I showed how the wooden boards hung up and the pamphlets both say otherwise. Took way longer than it should've. The boy didn't know how to manually override the price, so I had to ask him to get his manager to. These people don't understand proper business etiquette. Hope that experience taught them something. Aside from that pricing issue. Food was good, and ambiance was nice. Plenty of picturesque spots inside to snap photos at. Would I recommend them? Maybe. Will I come back? Quality/Quantity - Went out of our way again to come here…read more If you are following, my daughter is still spoiled, she might make me delete this part when she reads this, lol. Well she deserves (and earns) it. :) Today we got the following: Sadly they were out of the Dubai Chocolate Couture Doughnut; the #1 reason we came today. And we went out of our way to come. See my previous review. Seasonal Blueberry Cheesecake Doughnut - This was good. Hazelnut - Also good, my wife's choice. S'mores - Just okay, daughter craved this and probably either had high expectations or was just too sad to enjoy it because they sold out of the Dubai Chocolate Couture Doughnut. Cookies & Cream Milkshake - My daughter went all out, am I spoiling her enough?!?! She actually deserves it all!!!!! And then some. We usually frequent Cafe Lola @ Caesar Palace, but it's nice to come here to try so many different flavored donuts. They also have pizza at this location. Atmosphere - A decent size location, plenty of mall parking. Indoor and outdoor seating. Cool decor. Drive thru option. A much larger donut selection than at their Cafe Lola locations. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 9pm. Two (not so clean) unisex restrooms need attention. Service - Okay. Price - $30, expensive. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2015 with your two locations and with so many other accomplishments! Other businesses owned are: Cafe Lola, Pizza Anonymous, LolaXO, etc.

Food was pretty good with the caveat that we got it to go so it wasn't fresh from the kitchen. Would love to try dine in.

The staff is amazing and very attentive and while the location is small, they have seating indoors and outdoors. The staff does an amazing job keeping up with cleaning of the tables, the floor, and the bathroom. The decor in this restaurant was very French. There was a collection of many things all put together, which made the experience enjoyable. For example they have a cute IG selfie wall that is in the corridor leading to the bathrooms, and there is a secret compartment behind a photo hanging on the wall, which contains mini Polaroids of many guests. While we were enjoying our food, there was music and a singer. The man's voice was amazing. And while he was on break, they would play other cool music. The food here is exactly as they prepare it in France. The French toast is made on a buttery brioche that makes it feel like a pillow. All of the food was fresh and you can tell that they cook with real butter. I will definitely come back to try other dishes or just for a coffee and a pastry. I hope next time I can sit outdoors once the weather has cooled down. Enjoy!
