This is like a small bakery where you can select items and take them to go. I've tried the egg salad sandwiches and a few of their buns and desserts and they all have been delicious. Prices range from $5 to $10 per item. Visited once during day when they had full selection and also recently stopped in after 10pm as they have extended their hours, but on last visit they only had a limited selection. The vegetable curry bun had a kick of spice and the sandwiches I got tasted so good next day for lunch and they were discounted as well so I was happy. I saw this place through DoorDash and I've ordered twice. Tuna sandwich, mentaiko, wagyu and chicken karage. I wish they offered more via DoorDash but I'd like to visit this place in person. Over all, the food was great. Price is average. Delivery is what will get you. Probably the closest quality you'll get to authentic Japanese comfort snacks. I have found my new obsession while in Vegas. Great Japanese bakery that has really good dessert - keep in mind that these are not your American super sweet desserts - they are muted in sweetness but the execution is on point. And don't forget their sandwiches or bread! I was getting their tuna w lettuce and also egg salad for breakfast - like seriously, such a great place that is open 24 hours! What lost the star for me was the pricing for everything. We spent $63 for 9 items. Everything was really good especially the egg sandwiches but at the end of the day, it's $10 for an egg sandwich. The curry bun was very flavorful and crispy. The conch bread was super soft and not to sweet. The cream puff was ok, wouldn't get this one again. I'm supposed to be watching my carbs, but sometimes you gotta treat yourself and just splurge. Besides, Asian cakes, pastries, and breads tend to be lighter and less sugary, so the calories and cavities will be less bad! I don't know of any Japanese foods that aren't kinda pricey (and now with the added cost of inflation too) because I usually see good quality in their products and packaging. Some of Pullman Bread's items were worth the cost while others I wouldn't buy again. There's also a rewards points program where every $1 spent earns 1 point and after 50 points, you'll receive a $5 discount. The staff service was very friendly, but I think the small interior space would feel uncomfortably crowded if there were more than 10 customers in line. I'm willing to go back to try the rest of their sweet and savory goodies; hopefully, I can restrain myself to keep my next visit total to under $30. When first stepping inside Pullman Bread's bakeshop, you are immediately greeted by the intoxicating and wonderful smell of freshly baked bread. Pullman Bread is a Japanese bakery that just opened shop a few weeks ago and it's a very welcome addition to the community. We made the drive to the Blue Diamond area because a friend highly recommended their Salty Buttery Bread and their Tamago (egg) sandos both of which definitely made it worth the 20-minute drive. If you're not familiar with Japanese baked goods, they offer breads, pastries and cakes that focuses on quality and taste without masking the flavor with saturated sweetness. America's bakeshops could learn a lesson here (or two) in sweetness-restraint and balance the tastes, flavours and textures instead of relying on just one ingredient: sugar. Their bread is an exercise in simplicity and allowing the ingredients to maximize the taste and experience of eating the bread which is golden, soft, airy with a touch of buttery goodness in every bite. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and helpful with any questions regarding their offerings. The bakeshop interior is aesthetically Japanese-minimalist and very clean, my only recommendation would be that they perhaps add a window decor or marking with that large glass divider leading out to the exit as some people not paying attention might go through it. I would have given this bakeshop 5-stars if it wasn't for what I feel is higher-than-normal pricing but understandably justified for the quality put in each product. Take note that Pullman Bread has no signage (for now) and apart from the 106 suite number it's quite easy to miss. Just remember that it's next door to a nail shop. So, despite the pricier goods, we'll still supporting this business because their bread is delicious and makes us happy! read more

This is a beautiful little bakery I stopped in on a recent trip to Vegas. When you walk in, you're hit with the intoxicating aromas of freshly baked breads and pastries and a bakery worker offering a sample of just cooled cream puff! What more can you ask for? The interior is minimal yet warm and peaceful. We got the curry pan, salty bread, hot dog bread, a few sandos, and a strawberry dessert (I forgot if it was a parfait or shortcake). The people working there were so cheerful and were ready to help you make your next bread purchases. I have to note that it's not really a sit-down bakery or cafe at all. The breads you pick from the counter are individually wrapped and you can order some sandos or desserts from behind the counter. I think I saw a little counter with a stool in the vestibule to the right when you enter but this bakery is mostly grab and go type of spot. read more

I love the Japanese bakeries in California so definitely wanted to give this place a try. I tried the red bean walnut bun which had a good redbean filling but the bread fell flat. The entire bun seemed really hollow and bread wasn't as soft as I'm use to from other bakeries. The matcha UFO was okay but flavor was more vanilla with a hint of matcha. The baked curry bun was okay but again this might be fluffy bread for Las Vegas standards but not quite like the bakeries in California. The fried shrimp savory bun, the bread was good texture but I guess the cold soggy shrimp was a little off putting. The dipping sauce accompany the bun was tasty. I was disappointed they didn't have any seating so we can eat there on the spot. Instead we went to get coffee and ate our goodies at this other place. Hopefully in the future they can be like other Japanese places where we get a tray and choose what we want because if this place was busy, that one worker will be stressed out with all the waiting people in line!! I am excited to see a Japanese Bakery open up on Blue Diamond especially it being in a new plaza that is continuing to expand and create great foot traffic. There was a decent amount of parking space but most of the time it can be scarce. The interior is clean, serene, and modern. I really loved the beautiful Zen Garden if only some people would really stop ruining it. So, if you ever see the sand, refrain yourself and keep your hands off it. Let's be more mindful and not disturb it. The service was welcoming, pleasant, and respectful. The Miss answered any questions, recommended items to my friend and I, and picked the items for us in the process. When it comes to bakeries, I will be that person that holds up the line. Only because I cannot make up my mind and to me everything looks great to eat. Thankfully, I didn't hold up a line since it was only my friend and I in the store. In the end, I ordered the best Melon Pan Bread! It was a combination of a light capped sugar cookie melon bread. For some reason, I don't really do plain breads but this was acceptable and tasted so good! I also wanted to try all of their egg sandos and concluded with the Egg Sandwich sampler. This option is great for people who want to have a little of everything. The sandwiches were alright but the Dashimaki Egg Sandwich made a great impression. It had an interesting sweet, egg flavor and umami mayo -- I would love to have it again. The bread was fresh, crustless, sweet ,and fluffy!
