My first visit was a Thursday night after dinner in town square. They were one of the few places open until 10pm at Town Square. The cashier/Boba creator was friendly and greeted me upon entry. I was scanning the elevated posted menu asked for some suggestions for my matcha craving post dinner. She convinced me to try... Creme Brulee Matcha, with Lychee Jelly - Refreshing, matcha dominant but not too sweet with the creme bruless vibe. It was a creative and tasty collaboration. If you're looking to explore outside your normal matcha cravings and you're leaning on the sweet side, this drink is definitely worth taking the risk on. The lychee jelly adds to the win. The cool showcased boba robot is great for IG moments but he was shut down for the night when I got there. There's a little toy section to the side for the kids and big adult kids. All in all, this is a great bob and coffee option in town square. Especially if you're still roaming around before 10 pm. I appreciate them as a later night option. Cheers!

I was excited to check out Cloufee & Tea after seeing videos of their robotic boba barista--it looked so cool. Watching the robot make drinks is definitely a fun concept and part of what drew me in. I was also hoping to sit down and get a little work done while enjoying my drink, but unfortunately it looks like they've removed most of the seating. Instead, the space now has a small area with knickknacks and toys to browse. It's cute, but it does make the shop feel less like a place you can hang out for a while. The staff member who took my order was very friendly and welcoming. Prices are about what you'd expect for boba these days. Unfortunately, the biggest letdown was my drink. I ordered a taro slush and it ended up being very icy and lacking the creamy texture I usually expect from a good taro slush. I've definitely had much better elsewhere. Overall, the robotic boba barista is a fun novelty and the service was great, but the drink itself didn't quite live up to expectations.

Stopped in to get a matcha strawberry latte after doing some holiday shopping. We were the only customers in and the matcha latte was good! I appreciate how they don't add additional sugar with the strawberry jam. They have oat milk as dairy free option. Street parking does require paying, unsure if the parking garage was free or other lots nearby.

This place is so cute. My daughter wanted boba, so we stopped in to try it. The vibe was cool, tea tasted great, and she forgot to take a picture of her drink. ‍

Good day to everyone! Who does not love a great milk tea or coffee concoction? On a recent afternoon of just vibing and viewing the world around us here at Town Square we had to go in. "We are the robots!" Someday a robot might make your life easier and better. Behind the counter is a huge robot named Adam that makes your drink after you order it with a human. What's not to love? For a moment you wonder why? A robot? Does your robot have a choice in their making your drink? I'm way over thinking this, I'm sure! The human being behind the counter taking our order seemed distracted by our intrigue of the "robot," that makes our drink. She was professional and did not offer help as we struggled with the menu and questions about the drinks. It was almost closing time, in fact they were closing soon and probably wanted to go home. The drinks were not affected. They were delicious truly. Our experience with Adam was interesting and intense. How awesome? The robot makes my drink. "We are the robots, nah nah nah..." We have since recently returned here a few more times and have discovered that the service is truly amazing . On our more recent visit the robot Adam was being treated for updates. This time it was epic service truly. What is not to love truly . They have milk teas, sweet refreshers to make you happy and quench your thirst. Happy is here and usually Adam will make your heart swoon but sometimes the human spirit will make you smile too. Let's have fun and enjoy life one tea at a time.

Greeted upon arrival by a friendly robot named Adam. The shop itself has options that range from: milk teas to coffee toa variety of fruit teas. I ordered a brown sugar milk tea. It was unique when it comes to milk tea drinks, and had a kick of flavor. I enjoyed the entire drink and would come back again!

This place was neat. Im down for the robots making our food and drinks as long as its done correctly and doesnt take too long. I dont like that the drinks cant really be altered because of this though. Its basically what you see on the menu is what you get. My drink was tasty and I do like the options they have set. The robot did overfill my drink quite a bit though. The employee working was extreamly apologetic about it. Its a small space inside. If it gets busy, I would imagine the line would have to go outside. I would come again.

Cute little boba place with dessert I loved how they had drink models with dessert on display! I actually really enjoyed the robot making the drinks However the drink quality was not good The taro milk tea was very watered down. Lacking taro flavor and smoothness The ube jasmine milk tea had more ube flavor but still missing the bold flavors of boba The drinks did not satisfy the bbba cravings.

New Boba Shop in the mall. Located near H&M. It was okay, The robot was not working so we did not get to see it in action. The service was okay, It was our first time and they did not inform us on any of their drinks or if they recommend anything. The drink was okay as well, A little sweet and not that exciting for us to come back. Maybe we will give it a shot again once they completely get settled.

The only robotic Boba and coffee shop has opened near the Strip in Las Vegas, located in Town Square , next door to Yogurtland . Nearly all drinks are crafted by the robot /barista Adam ,adorable robot that makes each drink, and the bubble tea tastes amazing. The staff's service is excellent as well. Very inviting and friendly vibes. They offer a wide variety of milk teas, fruit teas, and coffee, all with exceptional taste, along with authentic desserts that are simply irresistible. The drinks are not too sweet at all, just perfect blend of flavors. Loved it! We highly , highly recommend this magical store that excites everybody so much! A futuristic coffee and boba shop like no other. It is definitely a MUST VISIT!!

Ube Jasmine Milk Tea and Double Layer Taro Mochi
Cara B.

We went to Clouffee at Town Square and my husband ordered the ube jasmine milk tea while I got the double layer taro mochi. There was no line when we arrived and we were able to order right away. We decided this will be our go-to spot when we are in the area because the quality of the drinks and desserts was really good. The milk tea was creamy and flavorful and the dessert had a great mix of textures and tastes. I enjoyed the dessert so much that I tried to savor it throughout the day. Our order came out quickly. We sat inside and had some of it there. There are a few seating options if you want to dine in or you can easily take it to go.

Fast service, yummy drink, and aesthetically pleasing. What more can you ask for when you need a quick boba drink while walking at the mall. I got the signature milk tea and it was so refreshing in this 100 degree weather, I highly recommend!

Inside is warm, cozy, and inviting with a few seating and good music playing. Menu offers a nice selection of ice blended drinks, signature tea latte, cold brew, iced and hot tea, as well as breakfast and lunch items, snacks and pastries. I ordered a Cheese Danish ($5) for dine-in and it's nicely warmed up. The pastry is a little sticky and had a lot of cream cheese filling. It's definitely a big portion and you'll need plenty of napkins for this. I tried one of their seasonal drink, Hot Tiramisu Latte (medium 16 oz, $6.75), so comforting and delicious! They're able to adjust and make it less sweet, and I greatly appreciate it! Hot Tiramisu Latte taste wonderful, has whipped cream and sprinkles of dark chocolate powder, so yummy and amazing! Just a note, a cup of water is not complimentary at this location, and Liza mentioned it's 50 cents for a small cup of water. Service from Sophia and Liza is very kind, welcoming, courteous, and friendly. I enjoyed the Tiramisu Latte but it would be a nice gesture if they offer complimentary water for paying customer.

The service? Seemed like all the players but the one who helped us should've been there. The chick with the throat tats can get bent for real. The way she basically sounded like she asked for a tip instead of following the card prompt was bad, felt like maybe we all 3 misunderstood..... but after watching the place she repeatedly said was short staffed said we heard her. Being a small biz owner of 30 years, these are the type I toss out no warning. I don't care if it's short staffed l, nobody asked you to work the front of a food place in a busy airport around the holidays. The rest of the staff you can tell was under stress but pumping things out. Seemed convenient to forget our order and have us board late too. Got skipped over and 3 people behind us were served both coffee and bagels, plus I'm sure if we didn't walk up we would've stayed waiting. I timed the wait, 19 minutes for a toasty bagel with cream cheese. Whoever owns and manages this place needs to teach all the help how to run like a service line. Took me 3 orders to figure out how to make it go 3Xs faster. Happy Thanksgiving. Easy to be the first and last time at this spot. Ambiance? Airport.

I had earmarked this spot for awhile, but hadn't had a chance to try it yet, so I figured I'd finally stop in. It's located in a parking lot with a few other businesses, but thankfully I didn't have an issue finding a spot. Immediately upon walking in I was greeted with rock music and funky decor, I knew this was a spot for me! The barista greeted me and I told him I'd need a few minutes to review the menu. I asked if their chai was spicy or mild and he advised that while he personally had not tried it, he believed it was mild. Accordingly, I opted to try the cinnamon dolce latte instead as I like a really spicy chai. While I was waiting for my coffee, I settled into a table and started working. To my surprise, the barista hand delivered my drink (and everyone else's) versus just yelling your name to grab it. This was a small, but very nice touch. My latte was good, with the warming spice of the cinnamon and the subtle sweetness, rounded out by espresso. I usually opt for almond milk and it's not always handled well in iced drinks, sometimes it can leave a funky aftertaste, but they handled it perfectly to where it just provided the creamy backdrop. This is definitely a place I'd stop into again to get work done, just not any meetings as it is a bit noisy- as most coffee shops are nowadays. There are a lot of coffee shops in Vegas, but between the vibe, service and quality of the coffee I'd place this one towards the top.

From the look of it I was not expecting much cuz it looked like mall booth fast food type of boba the kind where they use syrups and powders for all their drinks. But I was wrong !!, the place was really good quality. I am a slut for some Thai Tea especially if it's made with real tea leaves instead of powder. I use Thai tea as my go-to base drink to see if a Boba spot is good. It's a common drink on almost every menu and it's very common for places to cheap out by just using powder. And the first thing I noticed was that you can actually see some of the tea leaves residue in the drink which means it's gonna be really good and authentic tasting. And I was right, it tasted so good you can clearly taste the quality of the tea and not just sweet cream and sugar. While I only tried a Thai Tea and can't say much about the many other drinks on the menu, I think if a place can't even make a good Thai tea I wouldn't trust them to make anything else. So because this drink was so good, I would feel comfortable recommending this place as a whole for all their drinks. I gave it a 4 star simply cuz I didn't wanna look like a whore that 5 stars everything and they lowkey put a lot of ice
