8/10 Popcorn Chicken - It was okay, but they definitely give you a generous amount of chicken. I just wish it came with ranch sauce on the side too. 8/10 Lemon & Lychee Green Tea - Decent drink. Refreshing. Cost - Popcorn Chicken $8.95, Lemon & Lychee Green Tea $5.75

Pink Cactus Tea was a good place for teas. We arrived on weekday afternoon where lots of students were there studying. They "boss lady" looking woman took my order. A few minutes later, we were on our way. While waiting, I was able to peruse the glass case where they had things like a "mango bear" and chocolate dog for sale. I didn't ask what they were, or if they were edible. But, they were works of art. I ordered a mango pomelo crystal boba for myself, while my wife ordered their milk tea. Both drinks were good. Their drinks were large and were reasonably priced. It's a good place for drinks.

I love Pink Cactus! It's such a cute cafe with a massive selection of drinks, savory snacks, and delicious desserts. Service is always friendly and there is ample seating to enjoy your goodies there. I've been here many times and have enjoyed a variety of drinks, but yesterday I opted for the blended matcha swirl with boba added. I love the blend of Oreo and matcha; not too sweet, just right. My husband opted for the Lemon & Lychee Green Tea which was nice and refreshing. We also shared an order of fries which were cooked well. Love this little gem of a boba spot!

I love this place! This might be my new favorite boba place. The place is pinkish and so cute. The service I will tell you is very fast, me and my friend ordered 2 mango pomelo crystal boba and they made the drink under 3 mins. Also, it tasted so good it blew me away the price is reasonably cheap and they have 30% off this March. I wanted the try their tiramisu but they were sold out.

Pink Cactus Tea has been a regular fixture for us and our friends. Not only do they have drinks, sweet treats, and savory bites, but they also have plenty of seating! And parking hasn't ever been a challenge either. We've tried a variety of their drinks and they often have seasonal ones too that have been enjoyable. We do tend to lean toward their Fruit Teas, but they also have plenty of Milk Teas, Blended Drinks, and Pure Teas. Sometimes we request "light ice" but don't always get that. On our most recent visit, the Rainbow Lychee $5.75 was such a pretty drink to get. The Mango & Passion Fruit Tea $5.55 was part of their newest drinks. They have cute sweet treats like cakes, mousses, etc. We particularly gravitate towards their savory options. Our favorites have been the Popcorn Chicken $8.95 with a spicy dipping powder, Special Popcorn Pork Belly $9.95 with a wasabi mayo dip, and Fried Tofu with a sweet chili sauce. You can order at the counter or at the kiosk. Listen or watch out for your number because that's how you'll know your order is ready. They do offer a loyalty program for drinks, unfortunately you don't earn any points on your food purchases though. The only thing is they rarely clean the tables. We've been there for hours and rarely see anyone wipe down the tables. That would probably be my only real gripe about the place. Even when we arrive shortly after it opens, the tables are a bit sticky. They do have some board games available, so they don't mind that you stick around and hang out. We often do and will continuously buy food as well as drinks. Sometimes they have pop up events on the weekends so check their IG for the latest. I'm so glad that they finally cleaned that gold fish tank at the front. It desperately needed a deep cleaning and it's been crystal clear for a good while now.

I came here to study for my MCAT one day. It's definitely a huge and spacious place! The bright neon colors add a lot of color and pop. The plastic seating is not the most comfortable, but not the worst. I was still able to sit for over 5 hours, but it could be better with some cushioning. I'm small enough that I don't have too much of a complaint, but I imagine that a bigger person would get uncomfortable with the shape of the seats. But then again, that's only if you're sitting for a long period of time. It also got pretty loud at times, especially when the automated voice announced when a drink was ready through the speaker. It definitely catches your attention. The bathroom could also be organized a little better. I would not particularly study here again, because it's just not the best place to study. However, my drink was great! Very sweet and light. I don't mind coming back here to try their other stuff. I also like that this place closes late. I was still able to get a lot of work done!

We tried this spot based on their high google review. But I see Yelp is more accurate. It's not a bad spot, just my Thai tea wasn't the best. What we liked -cute large interior with many open tables -plenty of parking -easy to order -interesting dog and bear shape sweets -good size menu -clean restroom What could be better -lady taking the order didn't seem personable and she had a mean/mad look -my drink Thai tea wasn't that good -amount of boba in my drink was very little

Rating: 4.3/5 [take out] They're always so busy and packed. When we came, they were hosting a mini artist fair in the seating area which was really cool. Dirty Taro Milk with Crystal Boba: I really liked this one. It tasted like real taro and not the powder kind, which I appreciated. The color wasn't the vibrant purple you usually see, but the flavor was good. I couldn't really taste the coffee, but I liked the little taro bits and the crystal boba. Strawberry Matcha Latte: I didn't like this drink. The flavors just weren't good, and I've had better versions at other places. Popcorn Chicken: Solid as always, but not as good as before.

This is a pretty cool boba place to check out. The interior is decorated with pretty lights and there's even a fish tank sitting area. The drinks were decently priced and there is a variety of drinks from milk teas to blended drinks. The service was very quick and there was a steady amount of people that came in, seemed like it was popular with locals. We came out of town and just googled the closest place and stumbled across this location. We will definitely swing by the next time we are in the area.

I've been coming to this place for years now when it was a former boba place. I sought this place out mainly because they offer cheese foam. I absolutely adore cheese foam so I'm glad they offer it as I usually order it with my boba drinks. The food isn't too bad either. The portions more like snacks or appetizers but so far everything I've ate here has been good. There's also a ton of seating. I've come here for multiple purposes: with the in laws, girlfriends, business meetings, boba craves. Service is good too. I think I've been greeted by the same lady every time I've come here! Haha

I am obsessed with this place! I drive out 15 mins just to get their drinks. They definitely have the best fruit tea in town! My number 1 drink is their watermelon & peach green tea (only during summer unfortunately). Second is the orange & mango green tea. I always get them with lychee jelly and less sweet, brings me right to heaven. They also have a loyalty system so I've gotten several free drinks already!

This is my friend's favorite spot when she is in Vegas and she wanted to introduce me to it and I'm so happy she did. She told me to get the cactus sunrise. This wouldn't be a drink I normally gravity to but I'm glad I did because it was very good. First off, let me tell you about this drink. This drink is not only pretty but it's filled with mangoes and pink dragonfruit. The mixture of the drink is very refreshing and delicious. They even use a lot of real fruits. I had chucks of dragonfruit and mango until my last sip. I wish they had this place in Los Angeles because it would be amazing drinking this on a summer day. They do have a bunch of drinks offers and service is great. Overall, if you love dragonfruit and mango you must come try this drink.

Is this a good place to do work? Is it possible to request to lower the music volume?

Spacious, good amount of seats to get work done. There's WiFi. There's music, but not sure if you can request lower volume, haven't asked before.

What does "UPROARTOUS" mean? We were just wondering if it was a typo or does it really mean anything?

The matcha parfait was good with a nice creamy texture and flavoring. However, I have one complaint. When coming with two others where we are lactose sensitive and with one having an allergy to oats, they wanted to try the matcha latte's and we asked if they can make with almond milk . The female worker said they don't have almond milk and only do oat or whole milk which was odd, and I asked again to confirm and was told no. They ended up having to do whole milk despite being lactose intolerant and was bothered. I look through here from comments by the owner saying that they CAN substitute with almond milk, which is confusing and a little annoying that we were told they don't substitute almond milk and was never told a reason why. That's one complaint for those who might be allergic to oat milk or are lactose sensitive: There is barely any option to accommodate and for that I give three stars. I probably would not come back again nor recommend because of the lack of accommodation for those who cannot have oat/almond milk. However despite that it is good to try once.

My family and I have supported Suzuya since the very beginning, when the first location opened on Durango. We've watched the business grow over the years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, today's visit was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I ordered a breakfast crepe, a curry cheese sandwich, a mango mochi, and a whole cake. The breakfast items were served without any fork or knife. When I asked for utensils, there was no effort to provide them. The mango mochi was also served without utensils. When I politely asked the staff member wearing the mask for a fork, she simply replied, "You don't need utensils." That response honestly surprised me. Mango mochi is sticky and messy to eat by hand. It wasn't about the fork itself--it was the complete lack of willingness to provide even the most basic customer service. The bigger issue was when I purchased a birthday cake for a friend. I was told there were no bags available for a 6-inch cake. However, I saw other customers receiving bags. I even asked, "If I buy two more cakes, making it three cakes total, would you be able to give me a bag? I only have two hands." The answer was still no. That response simply made no sense. What made the experience even more upsetting was how I was treated because I had my service dog with me. My dog is a professionally trained service dog--not a pet. He remained calm throughout the entire visit. He never barked, never approached anyone, never disturbed other customers, and simply laid quietly beside me. Despite that, I was questioned about whether he was a service dog, whether he had a service vest, and then told that because I had my service dog with me, we would have to sit outside. I found this extremely disappointing. My dog was behaving exactly as a trained service dog should, yet I was still directed outside solely because he was with me. I sincerely hope the staff receive proper training on how to respectfully interact with customers who rely on service animals. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. After being directed outside because of my service dog and then repeatedly being refused basic accommodations that should have been simple to provide, it became difficult not to question whether my service dog influenced the way I was treated. I truly hope that wasn't the case, but it certainly felt that way. This isn't just my opinion anymore. Many friends have shared the same experience with me over the years: the cakes are excellent, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. People return because the desserts are amazing--not because of the hospitality. Sadly, it often feels like there's no warmth or genuine care for customers. I've always heard wonderful things about Mike, and from what I've seen, he seems like a genuinely kind person. I can't help but wonder how he would feel if he knew loyal customers were leaving with experiences like this. I'm usually not someone who complains or leaves negative reviews. It takes a lot for me to write something like this. But after years of supporting this business, I believe this experience needed to be shared. Suzuya truly makes fantastic desserts, and that's exactly why this review is so disappointing for me to write. Great products should never be an excuse for poor customer service. Loyal customers deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated--not dismissed.
