The staff are very welcoming and greets us every time we've stopped in. The best part is that the family that owns this boba spot is from Ewa Beach where my husband is from. In my opinion, the sticky rice (which is the star of the show) should be kept warm and moist and placed at the bottom of cup for a better experience. Rice was not "sticky", was actually harder than desireable (and not bc the ice cream had an impact on that). I think the rice might've been cooked earlier and just left to cool and serve as they go along. Would be a nice contrast to leave warm to play against the cold ice cream and cream. I love this place so much. Honestly one of my favorites now in Vegas, for a few reasons. For one, the people who work here are absolutely so kind and so friendly and if you don't know what you want they always know what drinks to suggest. I also love that this place is unique because you get to completely customize your own drink whereas other Boba spots they usually have restrictions on their prefix drink menus so I like that you have complete control over what you want. I also love the selection of toppings that they have and the flavors. Everything that I've tried here has been delicious and refreshing, I've been here twice and I've tried at least nine different drink variations and they were all so good. I forgot what it's called but it has tiny tapioca. The chocolate one reminds me of childhood, champorado love the texture and taste ! The mango one is good too but the chocolate did it for me. Finally tried a couple of their drinks. The service was friendly and helpful but the menu was quite overwhelming!! They didn't have pictures of the drinks so I relied on Yelp for some help. Also they had a screen for some of their popular drinks. I really wanted to try the mango sticky rice but the sign on the counter read $15??
