THE BEST MATCHA EVER!!! always a hit! Super sweet staff and fast service even when it's super busy. The inside is very calming and clean. Def a must go spot!
A Pleasant Surprise with the Pandan Matcha! I stopped by Airoma Cafe and decided to try the Pandan Matcha. Honestly, I was a little skeptical at first because I thought the flavor combination might taste a bit weird, but I was pleasantly surprised! It actually tasted pretty good, and I ended up enjoying it more than I expected. Sometimes, trying something different turns out to be a great decision! The interior was okay, and the service was decent during my visit. However, cleanliness could use some improvement. The floor looked a little dirty when I walked in, which gave me a slightly uncomfortable first impression. A cleaner floor would definitely make the cafe feel more welcoming. On the plus side, there is plenty of parking outside, making it convenient to stop by. Overall, the Pandan Matcha was the highlight of my visit and pleasantly surprised me with its flavor. I just hope the cafe pays a little more attention to cleanliness to improve the overall experience. Come for the Pandan Matcha if you're curious, but there's room for improvement with the atmosphere and cleanliness
Easy to park as it's in a plaza, at least around 11am on a Saturday. There was no line but there was a line starting to form a bit later. Got the matcha pandan and matcha einspanner (both regular sweet). Einspanner had a noticeably stronger matcha flavor, so I would prefer that. Matcha pandan is also great but tasted more of the pandan and slightly on the sweeter side. Can't beat it at $16 for two at that sized cup. There are few tables and bar/stool seating inside but it can get filled up pretty quickly. Nice and bright inside too.
I been on blueberry matcha latte binge of late. It started coworker got me hooked with first time visit to Phins. She also told me need to check out Airoma Cafe get another opinion. I ended up getting two both the blueberry and strawberry matcha latte. It was my first time. I blame myself not paying attention to sign tells u about order. The presentation very cool! Two distinct levels of the matcha and the blueberry/strawberry. Blueberry started off realize without stirring it around all would get is blueberry. Strawberry mixed it so got both flavors combine. I loved the flavor of both of them. Either choice Phins or Airoma winnah. I give the edge for best to Phins. The menu all drinks. It located in shopping mall with lots of parking. The place small so not many places sit down. The staff is five stars friendly, attentive, and all smiles.

If I had more time I would also try their coffee next time. I ended up working here for the rest of the afternoon before our flight. So good. We have been on the hunt for good matcha, and most places at home haven't matched it yet.
According to my daughter they have really good matcha drinks. Its clean and laid back inside. Apparently, every time I come here its quite busy. The workers are also friendly.
As is the case with the Fountain Valley, CA location... Quite simply the best coffee ever. Don't modify your drink.

The matcha is strong and my girl really likes these drinks. I'm happy to grab one when she's craving it. I like these drinks as well and I'm sure I'll be back very soon. Parking can be a little tough especially later in the day because this plaza has so many places and restaurants.

I'm mainly writing this review for their matcha because that's what really stood out to me! We tried their double matcha along with one of their coffee drinks. I thought the coffee was just okay, but WOW...their matcha is SO good. It has a really rich matcha flavor without being overly bitter, and I also loved that their drinks come in such a generous size. I feel like a lot of specialty matcha cafés serve really small drinks, so I appreciated that these actually felt worth the price. Their menu is also super solid with lots of different matcha options, so I'd definitely come back just to work my way through more of it! Overall, if you're looking for a great matcha spot in Vegas, I'd absolutely recommend checking out Airoma Cafe. It definitely lived up to the hype for me!!
I was near by this location today at 10:50 am. I wanted to try something new and got the Matcha Einspanner unsweetened. I normally get just the regular matcha with oat milk unsweetened.The lady at the register was very helpful with what I wanted to try differently. I really recommend this drink if you like a mixture of different flavors :)z I enjoy coming here and it's one of my favorite places to enjoy matcha/coffee.

The space is relatively clean considering the volume of people coming in and out. There were already people working and studying in the cafe, so it's definitely another option for a place to work!
Love their matcha einspanner! Be sure to mix it especially if getting regular sweetness. The line moves rather fast.
Great matcha drink and it's also very strong. Just wish they had a rewards system like so many other tea shops because these drinks are very expensive. I paid just under $10 for a double matcha latte. They are located in a busy shopping plaza but the good news is that there is a lot of parking spaces available. I do still need to try one of their coffee drinks but the matcha drink was impressive. I hope they can get some type of rewards program going so I can come here more often. The place was clean and packed with people. The girl who assisted me was wearing a smile so that was nice.

Finally got to try this spot after hearing so much hype about it. Oh my goodness, Matcha Einspanner was sooo good and Phoenix oolong milk tea was refreshing! I honestly wanted to get another one but had to control myself haha. The ordering process was easy, and even though the shop was busy, we didn't have to wait long for our drinks! read more

This place has some great coffee! I came here with my friends to cool down on a hot day. The vibe is chill and the staff were friendly and helpful. I decided to get the Matcha Coffee to get the best of both worlds: matcha and coffee. The taste was more coffee than matcha, since the drink was iced coffee with a thick matcha cream top. The flavor was quite intense, which is a good thing. This was definitely a great treat, and I definitely recommend trying this out! read more

Visiting airoma since I've heard lots about this chain, and it was a pleasant surprise! I got the matcha einspanner and it was delish. The cream was super thick and fluffy and they don't skimp on the matcha. It was flavorful and creamy. There's always a line, but it moves pretty quick and the drinks come out super fast! The inside was super aesthetically pleasing and there's plenty of space inside for groups to sit and relax. read more

A girlfriend had raved about the coffee at Airoma cafe and said she has to get it every time she is in town and every day up until the day she leaves right before heading to the airport. I was finally in town to see the Backstreet Boys concert and finally got to try the Pandan coffee. It was delicioussssss and the order came out very fast. The cafe was very modern but neutral and simple. It was definitely worth the trip and next time I'm in town, I will definitely go again to try the other flavors. (Ube and marble!) read more

Visited Airoma after hearing great things about it during my weekend trip in Vegas! The shop is tucked away near a busy Chinatown street and the plaza that is located in has lots of eateries/drink shops nearby. Interior is modern and lots of tables for study/work I visited on a weekday afternoon and there was no line. The first time I went, I got a pandan matcha for my sister and a matcha einspanner for myself. The matcha they used was high quality matcha and the cream paired really well with the grassiness of the matcha. However, it was still a bit too sweet even after adjusting the sweetness. Also can't substitute with milk alternatives (a girl is lactose intolerant :/). I went back and tried the strawberry matcha and it was really refreshing on a hot Vegas day but still a bit too sweet for my liking. My sister LOVED her Pandan matcha though, hence why I visited twice on this trip. Overall, good quality matcha if you're craving a sweet treat but a bit too sweet for my liking. read more
I was surprised to find out that there was an Airoma in Vegas as I'm native to OC, so I was familiar with the original location. When heading up here (for BTS LOL), I saw there was an Airoma and had to stop by. This location is a bit nicer in the overall aesthetics than the other locations, and the workers were nice. Without a big line, we got our drinks pretty swiftly and it only took about 10 minutes total between going in and ordering to getting out with everything. Between our group, we all got pandan matchas and one matcha einspanner. I got a pandan matcha, and it still is probably my favorite iteration of it. I don't find this combination often, but Airoma nails it with how well the two flavors of green, from matcha and pandan, complement each other. The pandan gives the matcha a perfect addition of sweetness and creaminess that no other matcha combination has, and will always recommend to others. If you're in Vegas, definitely try Airoma if you've never had it before! read more

Best matcha in town, hands down! My all time favorite is the eispanner, I did notice the price went up .50cents but it's still the going rate for matcha these days. Don't let the long line deter you, it moves quickly and you won't have to wait long to get your drink. Airomas matcha is the perfect balance of slight bitterness and sweetness, if you really enjoy a strong matcha profile and want to taste it, this is the spot. It's not too milky and sweet where it overpowers the quality of the matcha. And the cream on the eispanner is TO DIE FOR, you'll be a believer after you have it. read more

Yummmy but hot in there. Their air was just like the same experience as when I went to Master Kim's KBBQ. Vegas is hot as is. Why would it be warm inside too?! Anyways. I had my original banana coffee. It's still soooo good. My sister ordered ube coffee. That was good too. My other sister ordered matcha with cream. Yuck lmao. I'm not a matcha fan. Overall. Still gonna keep ordering my banana coffee. read more

Do they use whole milk for their matcha lattes and what are the milk alternatives?
The default is oat milk. I'm not sure about other milk options, but they do not have whole milk.
