This was my first time trying Kung Fu Tea and I'm so disappointed with the whole experience. As soon as we walked in there was no one else in the store, and the cashier was just standing there talking with another worker in the back. So I waited to be acknowledged and once they were done chatting, she just stared at me, didn't say hi or anything, and so I said "Hi" and she just stared at me like it was her first day on earth lol. After that awkward interaction, I just ordered a milk tea which came out pretty fast (I mean we were the only ppl in there so). But it tasted so off like almost like some sort of cleaner or air freshener. I'm a fan of floral teas but this was not just a particularly floral tea, it tasted like straight up like Windex or something. Just a weird overall experience never coming back again. read more

As a boba shop, I don't know how you can run out of green tea lol. And it's not the first time it happened, but multiple. I'm glad the staff were kind enough to remake my drink for me, but I still prefer other boba shops. Beware of their black tea, it is absolutely wild. And not in a good way. Where do I start. The tall boy with the blonde/black hair just stood there for a minute when I approached the register. Eventually I assumed he was ready to take my order. Came here for boba after ramen next door. Service was average with average wait time. Seats for waiting and tables are available also. Not too loud inside, either. Board and card games available for play. Unfortunately the boba was just not all that chewy. Not hard but deff not chewy. The flavor was there though, so that's a plus. I have been a big fan of Kung Fu Tea for a while now. My favorite go to is the wintermelon tea with nata jelly. The light, crisp, and refreshing. The subtle, herbal sweetness of the wintermelon makes it perfect. My friend got the Kung fu milk tea with brown sugar boba and she really enjoyed it as well. It's incredibly rich and creamy, with perfect caramelized brown sugar flavor and consistently chewy, sweet boba. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I was at a spa service in the same strip mall and decided to check it out. First time I try a new bubble tea place I always get a Thai Milk Tea because it's my fave and I can compare to other places. I got a Medium Thai Milk Tea with Brown Sugar Boba ($6.10) and loved it. The place was packed right inside the door with people waiting to order. The employees are friendly and I got my drink pretty quick. They have seating available and cool artwork and atmosphere. Great spot! read more

I've been here before for a Kirby drink that was tasty. I came back with some friends who really wanted tea. The service was fast and the environment was inviting. All three of us ordered separately and then waited at one of the tables for our number to be called. They had multiple games to play like giant uno and another game called blokus that we started playing during the wait. Even after we got our drinks we stayed for a while and play. Flooding my pages with popups and seeing everyone's tea along with various promotions and collaboration I missed seeing this shop way in the corner of a one of many various small Las Vegas shopping center in the Chinatown area but luckily with my quick Kung Fu eye it didn't escape my need to try. Walking in it does give the feel that it's been here for quite some time as this cute tiny shop offers a lot for the guests with various games and tv was different but nice and the current Princess Peach promo looked super cute though they had various items you could get for free depending on the purchases majority required multiple teas that I wasn't willing to do but did get to try one of the drinks that I honestly wasn't impressed and liked. The hype didn't live up to me as you need to purchase multiple teas, and the staff was nice and basically friendly as it can get but nothing that impressed me sadly but will still give them a try since I do love my tea. Tried Kung Fu Tea after some ramen and it was perfect. The staff was super helpful with the menu and explaining everything. I went with the mango slush with sweet mango boba. Refreshingly decent? Absolutely. Kung Fu Tea in New York and California are always just as good. Tea and beverages are all very good. Each location is decorative too. For a large size any flavor milk tea around $6.25 each is still good. At least you're not paying $7-$8 per cup. Large size is worth it in the hot desert summer. Medium size was a bit smaller than expected though. You can choose tea, fruit tea, milk tea, fruit slushes, and more. There's a few matcha selections too. We had the medium pina colada slush and the large coconut milk tea. No disappointment here. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Immediately, you will notice how colorful the interior and front counter is with all the displays and decorations. Great place to grab and go or sit inside for a break. Kung Fu posters everywhere. Nice. Yes, there's a public restroom in back too. I am always happy and looking forward to checking out beverage spots in Vegas. It's a must have in the heat. read more

It felt like a gut punch when my original review was censored because it "didn't include enough detail" so let me substantiate why I consider Kung Fu Tea "one of the worst teas Vegas has to offer." When first searching for tea houses in Vegas, I was lured in with the nearly solid 5-star reviews and its Chinatown location, which seemed to lend legitimacy. Then one sip into their oolong milk tea, I realized what I'd really found was a roundhouse kick to the wallet and a karate chop on flavor, tasting much like a powdered mix. The jasmine milk tea was predictably even weaker, resembling murky water... yet another drop kick to the pocketbook! The fruit teas are made with jams and mixes, not fresh fruit like higher quality boba shops, and yet, they charge the high price point of the top shops. I wish this place would focus on nailing at least one tea niche -- milk teas, fruit teas, or slushes/smoothies -- instead of being a jack of all trades, master of none. Had a T-Mobile Tuesday deal for $2 off any drinks and Kung Fu Tea had a $4 fruit milk tea deal along with a free topping for checking-in so we decided to stop by! Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - ordered a Peach Milk Tea with boba. There were 3 different syrups that they added to the drink with one giving a slight tartness which was interesting. The boba was unfortunately not very good as it's quite hard but not sure if it's because we came at an off hour where it's been sitting for quite a while. We can taste the peach tone to the drink but it seemed quite artificial so we'll be skipping the fruit milk teas in the future. Service: 5/5 - friendly and quick service. The workers seem to be having a blast together! Ambiance: 5/5 - cozy atmosphere but with fairly loud music. Love the artwork on the walls and the games for customers who are enjoying their drinks. The location that my friends and I went to is located next to Monta Noodle House and Hwaro AYCE KBBQ & Tofu in Seoul Plaza in Chinatown. There's a parking lot with ample stalls. I got the KF Oolong Milk Tea with 50% sweetness. There wasn't any roasted oolong, and I wasn't feeling adventurous that day... So oolong it was! It was more on the creamier side rather than a strong tea flavor, unfortunately. But it was still a delicious treat for the heat as we walked around. I ordered a regular sized Yakult Green Tea and added Oolong Jelly for free using my Yelp check-in offer for one free standard topping! Most toppings are included in this offer besides aloe, popping boba, and a few others. I ended up really liking my Yakult Green Tea, and the Oolong Jelly even more! I was only there for about 10 minutes and it was uncomfortable--I can't imagine how the staff must feel working in those conditions. It's really unsuitable and unfair to keep the shop open like that, especially during a Vegas heat wave. Please do better and prioritize your employees' well-being by closing until the AC is fixed. read more

Any time that I'm in Vegas I always make time to stop by this Kung Fu Tea. The drinks are always on point and in the rare instance that it's not then you can ask to have the drink remade. My go-to drink is the Large Winter Melon Green Milk Tea, 70% sweetness, no add-ons, less ice. 50% is still a good level for the drink but I love the sugar with 70%. It's always fun to see the drink shaker after the drink is put together. The store wasn't packed around 10am on a Saturday. There was just another group of two ahead of us. I love Kung Fu Tea chain. Whenever I'm visiting Vegas I stop by this location. This past weekend I went on Saturday, bought 3 drinks. One was a hot milk tea with boba. I didn't realize they left out my boba until I had already driven away. Not a big deal, I knew I would be back on Sunday before we left Vegas. When I went in to order I informed the staff that my boba was mistakenly left out of my drink from the previous day, he insisted I show proof of my order. The only proof I had was my credit card charge, which I showed to him. He told me he couldn't substantiate the order or the boba being left out. I was a little flabbergasted.
