Great selection of drinks and quick service! You can tell the quality is good too. It's a small store and parking could be challenging in this strip mall, as there is a very busy restaurant in the same plaza.

This was where I tried my first Tiger Sugar. I came here awhile back but decided to leave a review. My drink was very good at the time. No complaints.

Unassuming bubble tea shop in a super drab strip mall towards the western end of Chinatown. Always like how attractive the Tiger Sugar drinks are. Plus prices were very reasonable ($6-$8) for most items. Definitely recommend C-1 as the tea-coffee blend is not overly sweet but still has the yumminess of Tiger Sugar bubble teas. Added plus is one can tailor your drink (ice & sweetness levels) & discount offered for cash payment.

I'm uncertain if Tiger Sugar is a chain; we happened upon a boba drink shop, and the window display attracted our attention. We sampled their best-selling C1 black sugar boba plus pearl coffee latte with cream mousse. We requested less ice, which was perfect, though I believe I would have preferred less sugar as well. We also appreciated the clearly displayed 4% credit card surcharge.

I thought I had firmly decided on my favourite boba place in town, but noooooo, Tiger Sugar just had to shake things up and wander into my life, with no regard for my calorie intake. I finally get the hype with this insanely popular boba/bubble tea chain; the overall quality of their drinks, including the boba pearls, are some of the best I've experienced in Las Vegas thus far - which doesn't come as much of a surprise considering it apparently takes a whopping 8 hours to prepare them! With those gorgeous, tiger-esque, sugar syrup streaks running down its sides, they're certainly some of the most aesthetically pleasing boba drinks I've seen. Tiger Sugar certainly does the trick satiating my sweet tooth! Employees at this location are always pleasant and helpful. Be warned that parking can be difficult to find as the parking lot is shared with several other businesses, and is rather small.

Milo drinks taste good as always but boba was hard

I used to go to buy tiger sugar almost everyday when they first open back then I love them but I don't get chance to order from them too often but today i felt i miss their drinks so i went to this location and order Milo and their popular order but Drinks taste good but what was happened to their best boba I got hard boba for both of my drinks i was little disappointed hopefully they can do something to get back to their great boba again

Tiger Sugar Review - Las Vegas I really enjoy coming to Tiger Sugar, even though I don't get to visit often. This time, after my friends and I had a delicious meal, we were craving something sweet to finish off the evening--and Tiger Sugar hit the spot perfectly! It was actually my friends' first time here, so I took the lead and ordered for the group. I went with my all-time favorite: #5 Black Sugar Boba Pearl with Cream Mousse. We chose 75% sweetness, which turned out just right--not too sweet, but still rich and flavorful. The cream mousse and warm black sugar boba combo is always a winner. Everyone loved it and agreed I made a great choice. The drinks were not only tasty but also super refreshing, especially in the Vegas heat. The place itself is simple and clean, with a comfortable vibe. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. I'll definitely be coming back soon--Tiger Sugar is always a great treat, especially in the summer!

My favorite boba place! Always consistent and fast. Highly recommend this place. The boba is always soft & the tea is perfect!

I love stopping by Tiger Sugar when I'm in the area! The drinks in general are very tasty and well made! I got the signature Black Sugar Boba and Pearl with Cream Mousse this time around, and it didn't disappoint. The blend of sugar and milk is spot on. And I love how the sugar easily stirs and blends with the milk when shaking it; not every brown/black sugar mix does. Another thing I love is they but regular boba pearls and mini ones to! It's a great touch! Service was good, and didn't have to wait long to receive my order. Definitely a good stop.

We came here one evening for boba and this place didn't disappoint. It's a classic place to get the tiger boba.

Very pretty drink! However, I have had better brown sugar or "black sugar" flavored milk tea. I was not especially impressed for the price.

    Shantel M.

I ordered one of the most popular drink the cheesecake mochi? I'm really not sure what the drink was called but this is what my daughter wanted. I'm not a big boba fan in general but the drink was good. Not too sweet. I tried a Tiger Sugar in Hawaii and the menu seems different but the milk tea taste still is good.

Does Tiger Sugar have any vegan milk options?

    Yes they do

Can you order online or phone?

Yes, online.. That's the only way to oder now. Even if you go in, they have you order online at a kiosk

I'll be passing through Vegas in a few hours. I've seen older posts indicating that non-dairy milk options may be available in the future. Do you have a current status on this?

Hi Jen, we don't serve smoothies yet but we'll have them soon :)

Going to stop here today while visiting Vegas... I am Super addicted to all the brown sugar drinks. Which here is the best brown sugar tea?

Hi there! For first time customers, we usually recommend the #5, black sugar boba + Pearl with cream mousse. Feel free to ask our staff if you have any questions!

Are you offering non-dairy options yet?

The tea series are non-dairy. The franchise do have soy milk items, and we are experimenting them. Eventually we will have the black sugar soy milk series.

    Any vegan options?

Yes, they do! They do have black tea and green tea available, but it's straight up yea. They also use brown sugar from Taiwan as well.

How come the customers cannot order their drinks without the Ice?

According to their Company policy, they make all their drinks to the recipe that was given to them. From ice, sugar or sweetness level, milk and boba(tapioca pearls) comes in a standard format to provide the best and optimal taste. They are… Read more

Can you order the drink with NO ice?

Hi, only our tea series drinks can be made with no ice

How do you order online? Or do I go to the store

For now we only have in store order

    Do you have delivery?

Unfortunately we do not at this time

Do you take orders by phone?

Hey Jovi! Unfortunately we do not take phone orders yet but we do envision doing so in the near future. Currently the wait time isn’t very long either.

    Do you guys deliver?

Hello! Unfortunately we do not as of 3/18/2020 however we do have plans of rolling out with it in the near future.

Do they have decaf drinks? Anything without caffeine? Thanks!

    Yes

Do they only have fresh milk? No non-dairy alternatives like almond/cashew/soy/coconut milk?

Great question! We only offer organic milk right now but we do have plans on offering non-dairy milk alternatives in the future.

It only took a few minutes for it to be ready. There is a little water station available near their counter. Despite having a lot of sweet options, we came here for the savory options. The spicy tuna salad avocado and avocado egg salad croffles were our orders. The tuna one was honestly not that spicy but definitely hits the savory craving. The egg one leans on the sweeter side. Both of these were really good and were a good balance of flavor profiles together. Highly recommend both! Sweet Mong is easily a store I'd come back to try other dishes.

The soft crepe wrapped around that light cream filling was perfectly balanced -- refreshing, creamy, and dangerously easy to finish in minutes. Service stood out too. Bonus points for packaging -- everything came in a really nice hot-and-cold reusable bag that felt thoughtful and premium. Now...the only real downside: parking. Restrooms were really clean and had the same style decor too, so I appreciated that attention to detail. However, I docked 2 stars since I couldn't order anything. I arrived at 939pm, looked at the menu and decided on a slice of the Ube Crepe cake and one of the Apple Cinnamon macarons. They don't close until 10pm and people were still coming in, and there were still plenty of people sitting in the restaurant, but the staff didn't let me order anything at 945pm saying that she doesn't take any more orders after 930pm. What?!?! What the hell? You're open for a whole 30 more minutes and don't want to take my money - am I hearing that right? My friend had cash on him, and he was willing to pay cash if that's less of a hassle, and still no. It's not even to-go only, it was a flat-out no, before their 10pm closing time. THAT IS CALLED CRAP SERVICE. However, the 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 stars is because one anonymous employee who witnessed that go down changed my perspective of this spot. This person asked me not to reveal their identity on my Yelp review out of fear of getting in trouble. They overheard me trying to order but got turned away, then pointed to the macaron in a box in the fridge on display right there to my friend. So as I was walking towards the bathroom, this person (different than the girl who rudely turned me away) apologized for what happened and gave me the apple cinnamon macaron as a gift. That was so sweet of them. The macaron was absolutely perfect too, it was delicious - the perfect texture of the macarons, apple filling, in the center between the cream, with the crunch from I think they were dried apple bits on the side of the cream - amazing!!! But still insanely Vegas tourist trap rip off overpriced with the macaron that person gave me worth $8.35/piece. Honey & Butter Macarons in Irvine, CA or Durian Macarons at Sweet Mood in Westminster, CA, still keep their also delicious macarons under $5 each while having cute decor/ambiance (I'll admit they're not as impressive and unique as this spot though). But they're essentially banking on tourists not knowing any better and what things should actually be worth/gouging tourists as much as they can. Essentially, you're paying for the ambiance. Definitely not paying for the crap service. Food is good, but not astronomically priced good - you're kidding yourselves. You may be able to get away with stuff like that if you're inside one of the luxurious casinos on the Strip, like Venetian, Caesars, Bellagio, etc. But especially being off-strip, get a reality check. I may come back (thanks to your anonymous employee's kind gesture giving me that macaron), but it's more just to show my parents the cool ambiance.

Unfortunately, today's experience was incredibly disappointing. I ordered a breakfast crepe, a curry cheese sandwich, and three cakes. The food was served without any fork or knife. When I asked about it, there was simply no effort to provide basic service. The bigger issue was when I purchased a birthday cake for a friend. I was told there were no bags available for a 6-inch cake. However, I saw other customers receiving bags. I even asked, "If I buy two more cakes, making it three cakes total, would you be able to give me a bag? I only have two hands." The staff still said no. That response honestly made no sense. What made the experience even more upsetting was that I had my service dog with me. From the moment I walked in to place my order, I could already feel that the staff member was unhappy and dismissive. I truly hope that wasn't the reason for the way I was treated, but it certainly felt that way. This isn't just my opinion anymore. Many of my friends have said the same thing: the cakes are excellent, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. People come because the products are great, not because they're treated well. Sadly, it feels like there's no hospitality--only attitude. My family and I have supported Suzuya since the very beginning, back when the first location opened on Durango. We've watched the business grow over the years, and it's honestly disappointing to see the customer experience decline. Ordering now feels like talking to a robot who simply doesn't care. I've always heard wonderful things about Mike, and from what I've seen, he seems like a genuinely kind person. I can't help but wonder how he would feel if he knew his customers were being treated this way by his staff. I'm usually not someone who complains or leaves negative reviews. It takes a lot for me to write something like this. But today's experience was frustrating enough that I felt it needed to be said. Yes, Suzuya makes fantastic cakes--but great products should never be an excuse for poor customer service. Loyal customers deserve to feel appreciated, not dismissed.
