Customer service was exceptional however I learned that management recently changed and to be quite honest the Thai boba tea I had was quite disappointing. There was a huge lack of flavor. It tasted watered down. I question the ingredients. Best advice I can give is pleaseeeee focus on the taste of the drink. Once that is fixed I think that it can truly be a fantastic boba place.
This location is actually pretty convenient and orders are made great. The drinks are definitely on the sweeter side so I would definitely adjust this before ordering. One of the items that I ordered on the app was out of stock, so the kind worker compensated with whatever other drink I wanted on the menu. I went with the strawberry Matcha with Boba and oat milk and it was definitely a nice refreshing sweet treat. I wouldn't necessarily say that their Matcha is ceremonial grade as far as the intensity, but the strawberry combination made it taste like strawberry milk. The Boba texture was the perfect consistency and had the perfect amount to complement the drink.
Quick PSA: if you're at the Uncommons, this needs to be your first stop, no hesitation Teaspoon is that spot. So first things first, parking walk in instant win. They offer so many different flavors, it's almost dangerous if you're indecisive (me). But anyway after a little internal debate, I ordered the banana milk drink and wow... absolutely loved it. Smooth, creamy, not too sweet, and honestly just hits. And then, like, the vibe? Clean, modern, easy. Perfect for a quick treat, a casual hang, or a little reward moment after errands. Low-key one of those places you'll keep thinking about later and be like, "yeah, I need that again." Long story short: if you're in the area, Teaspoon is a must. Start here, thank me later

Ok why is this place so inconsistent now? It used to always be consistently good, but lately whenever we go it's never consistent. Just came back again today and my drink was so bland.
I usually get the Taro Lover and it never disappoints. So good every time. The place itself is super cute, and the staff is always friendly and fast. Definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to.

Cute little shop with tons of options. The size is more than generous. Perfect for a little pick me up while I run errands.
First time trying this place and I love it! The inside is well designed. There are lots of charging ports by the seats (USB & Plug In). The service was amazing! She was super nice and helpful. The coffee itself was delicious! We got the Vietnamese Coffee, 50% sweetness with boba added. Would 100% recommend adding the boba! Came out to be about $8 plus a tip for a large! Will be back here for sure (:

We opted for the Thai tea, Matcha Royal with strawberry and Guava Sunset today, and while they were all delicious we were a big fan of the matcha royal! The matcha flavor wasn't too overpowering, and the hint of strawberry made it even better.
Came here for a drink. The place was clean and offer some seating. There was only one employee making drinks but she was quick. My son got a strawberry lemonade that was pretty good. I got the pineapple shine. I wish there was more tea flavor. I also forgot to ask for less sugar. It was overly sweet.

I decided to try the Strawberry Matcha Royale, but unfortunately, it didn't hit the mark for me. The matcha flavor was really strong and a bit bitter, making the drink feel way too heavy. It wasn't the refreshing, balanced flavor I was hoping for. I think they could benefit from tweaking the recipe--maybe adding more milk or a bit more sweetener to make it smoother and more enjoyable.

I came here with some friends to get some boba, and while I do not really drink boba all that much, I do say the boba there was quite good. The service was also excellent; my drink was finished in less than 5 minutes, which is quite impressive. Overall, the place was quite aesthetically pleasing, and I loved the interior. I would definitely come back here again! read more
A cute little bubble tea shop with snacks (macaroons and such) and mixed boba and juice drinks of various styles - super colorful and the tea isn't bad. The boba is not the best I've ever had, but still very respectable. The passionfruit with green tea (Ladybug) was refreshing, and the peach tea was also nice on a hot day. read more
I was so excited to try Teaspoon since I work right by UnCommons, but this visit was a letdown. I asked the staff for their best drink and they recommended the Assam Brown Sugar Milk Tea, so I went in with high hopes. Unfortunately, the drink was really watered down. I could barely taste the tea or the brown sugar at all. It was so bland I couldn't even finish it. For a drink that's supposed to be their standout, it just didn't deliver. Hoping this was an off day, but based on this first impression, I'll be getting my boba fix elsewhere for now read more

First time at this Teaspoon location. Similar decor, super clean! Sweet girls working! Our usual orders (house milk tea) tasted great! My husband always gets no ice and there is an up charge for this, but he thinks it's worth it to not have a watered down drink, if he doesn't drink it quickly enough. We love The Durango and The Uncommons, so I'm sure we'll be back, even though this location is not close to where we live. read more

The interior is bright, cozy and inviting. They have a few tables and wooden chairs with outlets so you can charge your electronic devices. But sitting on wooden chairs can get uncomfortable after a while. They have seasonal drinks, custom-made lemonade (add-on options: guava, pineapple, mango, cucumber, matcha, Ube, strawberry, and passionfruit), milk tea, Thai tea, oolong tea, jasmine tea, taro, signature fruity drinks, Red Bull infusion drinks, and coffee. There teas are great but the customer service is horrible and very slow. No acknowledgement when you come in and the workers look miserable. Went there on an event in the uncommon and it took almost 15 mins for a tea as others as well where waiting only 2 employees working. Management needs to have more employees on staff for events held at the uncommon. read more

I've been to many different Teaspoon locations, and unfortunately, this one is among the worst I've visited. The Creamy Jasmine tasted like plain water -- there was no jasmine flavor at all. I also tried the Vietnamese Frappé, which was disappointing; other Teaspoon locations make it much better. You'd think drinks from the same chain would be consistent, but this place really misses the mark. After giving it a few chances, I've decided I won't be coming back. read more

LOVE Teaspoon and this is probably the best boba tea that we have tried . They have great selection of teas and toppings! Their classics are great but I really love that you can customize your drinks and the variety of flavors is great. The beverages are so colorful and tasty. Very refreshing and flavorful, not too sweet at all. We recommend trying: their classic Caramel Cream and their seasonal Honeycomb Banana Milk , so good !!! The store is very clean and bright. Beautifully decorated, inviting ambience. They have inside and outside seating area, nothing big , only few tables and chairs. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They were nice and fast too. We really enjoyed our drinks and we highly recommend this place!!! read more
We happened to be walking at the Uncommons and came across this tea shop, the inside was very nice and welcoming they also were playing good music! we ordered the "lychee on lychee" with boba instead of lychee jelly, as well as the "ladybug". The taste was amazing and definitely tastes like real tea ! The drinks were not overly sweet either it tasted very authentic especially the "ladybug" passionfruit tea ! Definitely real passion fruit! This place was so pretty and the drinks were so yummy i will definitely be back to try out a different drink off their menu. :) read more

Overpriced much? I take bubble teas seriously. I've been to so many places in different states and countries where I've tried different kinds of bubble tea. This place was a big disappointment. I ordered my lychee tea via Yelp for pick up. I got there and it was empty. They gave me my drink and managed to mess it up. There was no lychee jelly in there like I requested. I had to go back in and get it changed. Instead of offering to make me a new one even after they messed up, the chick just peeled off the lid and add my lychee jelly. They didn't even apologize for messing up my drink.... The lychee tea with lychee jelly was okay- nothing spectacular! The thing I hated the most was the CHEAP STRAW. I get it that you guys are trying to be more environmentally friendly but when my paper straw is falling apart and I can't get my lychee jelly- Houston WE HAVE A PROBLEM. This drink is already $9 bucks with nothing special going on but a plastic container and a wannabe "environmentally friendly" straw that is pretty much useless if I can't get my bottom fixings. Meanwhile, I can go to a different bubble tea place in this town and get better quality boba drinks with 2 for the price of 1. There's work to do here... Ambiance is nice but your drink is paying for that ambiance here... read more
I had been to Teaspoon one time before this for a Yelp Elite Event. I knew I wanted to return and give another flasvor a try. Being in the UnCommons for another reason, I made my way to Teaspoon. It was shortly after opening and there was no one in the place. I looked at the menu board and decided to get the strawberry colada. It's a pineapple coconut smoothie with their signature strawberry jam. The drink was quickly made. I took it with me and enjoyed it on the drive home. What a refreshing drink! I need to make another visit and try something else. When I was here before, I bought a pack of their macarons and they were quite good. read more

It was first time trying Teaspoon and it was excellent. I had the dirty Ube and it was super good. It wasn't too sweet, the flavors worked well together and I totally enjoyed it. This place does get super busy. The staff was friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be coming back to try the other drinks. read more

I loved my drink!!! I got a caramel cream with Oreos and got a matcha strawberry for my friend. The first one was super sweet to my liking and the match was to his liking. The host was super nice in explaining the drinks and which might fit my taste buds. The ambiance was nice as well and I would love to go again. read more
Nice ambiance, friendly service and interesting drinks. The wife and I popped in after checking out Uncommons. We chose the Dirty Ube with honey boba, regular sweet, organic milk and regular ice 4/5. Good drink but a little on the sweet side, will adjust next visit. Lots of pastries to choose from and the lemonade with fruit splash sounded good in the summer heat! read more

Good boba spot with lots of potential! I'm sure this area and tea shop will be raking in a lot of income from customers very soon. It's extremely cute and would be wonderful for a dinner date/dessert. The parking and location were a little confusing for us, but we figured it out. The building and surrounding area are all considered the Uncommons. We first walked through a building under construction, then wandered around outside until we finally happened upon Teaspoon. I think once the area is fully finished, it won't be as confusing for people to make it there. The inside is really clean and tidy. It looks like any other high end boba shop in a wealthy neighborhood. The prices match, as well. I think $5.50 is really steep for boba, but the cups are at least fairly large for the price. I ordered a Thai Tea and was pleasantly surprised by the flavor. I love strong tea flavor and freshness. The tea tasted nicely brewed with strong flavor and infused sugar. Usually boba shops add too much cream, or not enough tea. I hate wasting money on a watery Thai Tea, but it tasted so wonderful here. They also have honey boba here, which are one of the most delightful things on earth. The boba was really hard and undercooked, but I enjoyed the drink so much that I couldn't bring myself to ask them to remake it. I would politely suggest that the employees pay more attention to their boba cooking process at this price point, though. The customer service was fine. Nothing particularly bad or good about it. They had some really interesting and unique menu options, like strawberry teas that I'd love to try in the future. read more

Can any of the Boba teas, cream/milk, drinks and/or coffee drinks be made vegan? Everything looks so pretty and so good. I would like to try some but I have to be sure that you have vegan options. Thank you in advance!
We do have an option of oat or even almond milk to replace the dairy.
