They should probably increase the tea proportion by 2-3 the amount they're using now. I ended brewing my own tea at home to add to it. In regards the boba, it was warm, which gave me the impression they made it fresh. But upon biting into it, the outside is chewy while the center was still a little hard. I can't speak for their smoothie and other drinks, which might be better. I think they have room for improvement and have potential which is why I'm giving them a 3 star.
