We were looking for a place to get some work done in between our commute. I remember going to to Cloud Tea awhile back and enjoyed it so we went back. We Ordered the Mango Milk Tea Large to share. It was amazing with the cloud cap. The tea was fragrant and the drink was not too sweet, just the way I like it. Service was quick, and they'll re-make your drink for you if you don't enjoy it, which is a plus. Simple cafe, seating area, decent for studying. Definitely would order this again it's become a favorite!
Love coming here for a late night boba run. Service is quick and easy. Very calm atmosphere and attentive workers. Inside is very simple and straight to the point, but the drinks are phenomenal. We always come here for our strawberry banana smoothie with boba and the consistency is always there!
Easy five stars. Drinks are tasty. Boba has a good chew. Reg and large sizes very reasonable ($3.25 to $5.00). Toppings are only 50 cents and a substitute milk (almond/soy) is only 25 cents. You can hangout at their tables if you wish. Would come again.
Ordered two Thai milk tea's w boba and was basically milk w/ boba which was nasty. The good is the boba is yummy.

I honestly wish this place was closer to me so I can make it my usual spot. We got the peach green tea and Thai iced tea. Service was great! We were greeted immediately and got our drinks right away. In regards to ambiance, we were the only ones in there and we decided to take our drinks to go but they did have plenty of tables and chairs where people can hangout.
Hokkaido with Jasmin tea night cap Winter Mellon milk tea. Amazing quality and service. Tons of seating with a very aesthetic scenery. The boba is cooked perfectly everytime.
I'm a die hard Brew Tea Bar fan so when the hubby suggested we try somewhere new for boba tea, I honestly didn't expect much from Cloud Tea. Boy, was I wrong and pleasantly surprised! Cloud Tea has a great selection of teas. The smoothie offerings alone were the most I've seen in years. My go to when trying a new boba tea cafe is to begin with trying their jasmine tea to see it's quality. So when I saw their "Jasmine Tea Cap" on the menu, my choice was made. The hubby also ordered a Mango Passion Fruit Tea. The attendants were friendly when we placed our order and very shortly after, our drinks were ready. My first few sips I tried the Jasmine tea without stirring in the sea salt cream cap, and HOLY MOLY! The Jasmine tea flavor was clean, beautifully floral, and strong in all it's glory. After mixing in the sea salt cream cap and sipping up a few sweet boba pearls, I'm in LOVE! Absolutely one of the best Jasmine tea drinks I've had in quite a while. The hubby's Mango Passion Fruit tea was also very delicious. Perhaps a little too sweet for my personal liking, but very excellent with it's flavors. The prices are absolutely fair as well. Cloud Tea has pleasantly surprised me and we've already enjoyed coming back two more times and tried the Nagasaki and Okinawa milk teas. Both delicious (ask for 75% sweetness because they can be on the sweeter side). We are happily looking forward to returning for more!
Tried this place for the first time. It was kind of dark and sad inside. Staff member could've been a little more cheerful. Thai tea smoothie was pretty good but the winter melon tea cap tasted off - at first couldn't figure out what it was, maybe the grass jelly was sour. But later I figured either the cloud cap or the drink itself was just sour. I feel bad having to write this since there's literally a sign by the register saying if you don't like your drink they'll remake it but I left before tasting enough of the drink, assumed you can't really go wrong with a wintermelon milk tea which I normally get everywhere. Unfortunately, don't think I'd be back. ***Adding an extra star because the business owner, Andy, reached out to me privately and kindly to let me know he re-made the drink as a test and acknowledged there was indeed something wrong with their grass jelly and that they'll take it off the shelf to look into before serving this topping again to their other patrons. In my experience, it's rare for someone from an establishment to take accountability so quickly and fairly. I really appreciate him taking the time to do this as it shows he genuinely cares about the customer experience. If I'm around the area again I'll try one of their drinks again and hope to update my review for Cloud Tea to up the star rating again :)
$5 for a large?! Yes please! Normally my go to is brown sugar milk tea but this place has a mango milk tea and it is SO REFRESHING! Especially in this hot Vegas weather. I think I need to order another to go before we leave... XOXO to Cloud Tea :-)
Good boba place that's open later than others! The tea had a nice strong flavor to it and the boba was a nice consistency with some sweetness to it as well. The shop is nice and has plenty of seating! My only complaint is that when we went in recently the shop felt super humid and sticky, even sitting waiting for drinks was too much. Can't imagine what it's like for the workers!
My daughter was craving a mango smoothie so I decided to check this place out. 10/10 we will definitely come back!
Cute Boba place that we found by accident. Fast and friendly service and great tasting Boba here. Tried my usual mango slush. It was amazing not too much of a wait time. Service wasn't very friendly at all, but was quick. Boba was good, the drinks itself were not good. I got the matcha, which tasted like literal soap. 0/10. Threw it out. Brown sugar boba was mid, 5/10. I wouldn't go back, plenty of other better boba spots and better service as well. read more

Cloud Tea is a solid pace to get boba in the Spring Valley area (Buffalo and Flamingo), inconspicuously located on side of a grocery store plaza (Cardenas but previously Smiths). The drinks have good flavor, texture, and are reasonably priced. The milk teas are definitely on the milky side, and have a satisfyingly creamy thickness to them that I love! I always order the cloud cap with my milk teas, which is like a salty cream/foam topping, and they top the drinks with a cute design. My favorites are the brown sugar milk tea and the cantaloupe green tea. The taro milk tea didn't have that strong of a taro flavor. The drinks are pretty sweet however, so adjust accordingly. Service is always friendly, but drinks can take a while to be made if they are busy as there are only 1-2 people working at a time, but it's worth the wait! The inside is clean, has lots of seating, and they have board games to play. Overall 4.5/5 stars! read more

Craving boba late night when majority of the boba places are closed, don't worry Cloud Tea is open until midnight. Great ambiance for socialising or for studying. They have a wide variety of options for drink flavours and it looks like I would really recommend them to improve on the thickness of the milk tea. I wish it was creamy. I ordered two milk tea flavours being taro and pistachio almond and both tasted almost similar to me! All together the bobas are really soft and chewy and the drinks come in 2 decent sized cups. read more

It was such an amazing experience! Once you walk it it's so spacious the ambience made the experience 100x better. I love trying Matcha's everywhere I go so ordering it here for the first time I was hesitant that I would not like it. I have to say out of all the places i've been in vegas this is my top 3 favorite. It's so creamy due to the Cold foam cap. I am definitely coming back here to try the brown sugar milk tea next! Service was also amazing, I never got his name, when I asked which drink was better (matcha vs brown sugar) he made sure to let me know both are not comparable and they are good as they are and a must try for both. Only things I wish they would be willing to heed as advice would be the game corner, all the game boards have missing pieces & none of them you can play besides Jenga & cards. Thanks! read more
Stopped by while I was running errands after work and ordered the milk tea. The milk tea had a good flavor but the boba was starting to lose it's chewiness (probably because it was later in the day). The place is cute but can use some TLC. Service was good. read more
Kind of hidden in the Cardenas plaza by State Farm. Taro and honey dew were delicious at 75% sweetness. Boba was fresh and the service was friendly. It wasn't busy on a Monday afternoon, but there is plenty of seating inside plus fast WiFi. Treats are also available for a quick snack. It's high ceilings so it doesn't feel crowded inside. read more

Haven't came in here awhile since I visited Vegas. Decided to come back with a couple of my friends. The drinks were okay. I would rather go somewhere else if it wasn't late. However I did notice something about the customer service. My friend ordered a taro shake but forgot to mention that she wanted half sweet. When she did mention it, I noticed the blonde employee had already put the ingredients in the blender and gave a big sigh. I'm pretty sure she did not adjust the sweetness and proceeded to give my friend the drink even though they should've remade it with the right sweetness. Anyways the drink ended up being too sweet for her and was just over the place. Again I won't be coming back but a 3 stars because the drinks were good, just not the best customer service. read more
This place is pretty good. I do believe trying it once was good enough. They're smoothies are very milky which I'm not a fan of but they're pretty good. They're perfect for summertime. That's for sure but again come here once is definitely good enough for me. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here. This is perhaps one of the best tasty boba teas that I have had. It was shortly after school ended around 2:30pm so it was a bit busy. It took at moment to be noticed and served but my drink was made quickly. The boba was just the right texture of being chewy and too soft. The decor is trendy with lots of tables to sit at. Could be a great place for a first date if you both like boba tea. read more

Stopped here for a tea and was pleasantly surprised! I ordered a pistachio almond milk tea (with almond milk) and a sea salt cream cap. Believe me when I say the cloud cap is to die for! best part about the foam is that it comes with a matcha character on top. I got a cute elephant and my partner got a rilakkuma bear! (Ahhh!!! So cute!!) I love the pistachio almond tea, it was not too sweet and definitely savory. Come here for good tea and spacious seating. There are vegan options! read more
