We were looking for a place to get some work done in between our commute. I remember going to to Cloud Tea awhile back and enjoyed it so we went back. We Ordered the Mango Milk Tea Large to share. It was amazing with the cloud cap. The tea was fragrant and the drink was not too sweet, just the way I like it. Service was quick, and they'll re-make your drink for you if you don't enjoy it, which is a plus. Simple cafe, seating area, decent for studying. Definitely would order this again it's become a favorite!
Love coming here for a late night boba run. Service is quick and easy. Very calm atmosphere and attentive workers. Inside is very simple and straight to the point, but the drinks are phenomenal. We always come here for our strawberry banana smoothie with boba and the consistency is always there!
Easy five stars. Drinks are tasty. Boba has a good chew. Reg and large sizes very reasonable ($3.25 to $5.00). Toppings are only 50 cents and a substitute milk (almond/soy) is only 25 cents. You can hangout at their tables if you wish. Would come again.

Absolutely loved our drinks! This was our first time trying Cloud Tea but we decided to order drinks that we would get from our usual spot and we both liked the drinks at Cloud Tea better. I honestly wish this place was closer to me so I can make it my usual spot. We got the peach green tea and Thai iced tea. Service was great! We were greeted immediately and got our drinks right away. In regards to ambiance, we were the only ones in there and we decided to take our drinks to go but they did have plenty of tables and chairs where people can hangout.

I'm a die hard Brew Tea Bar fan so when the hubby suggested we try somewhere new for boba tea, I honestly didn't expect much from Cloud Tea. Boy, was I wrong and pleasantly surprised! Cloud Tea has a great selection of teas. The smoothie offerings alone were the most I've seen in years. My go to when trying a new boba tea cafe is to begin with trying their jasmine tea to see it's quality. So when I saw their "Jasmine Tea Cap" on the menu, my choice was made. The hubby also ordered a Mango Passion Fruit Tea. The attendants were friendly when we placed our order and very shortly after, our drinks were ready. My first few sips I tried the Jasmine tea without stirring in the sea salt cream cap, and HOLY MOLY! The Jasmine tea flavor was clean, beautifully floral, and strong in all it's glory. After mixing in the sea salt cream cap and sipping up a few sweet boba pearls, I'm in LOVE! Absolutely one of the best Jasmine tea drinks I've had in quite a while. The hubby's Mango Passion Fruit tea was also very delicious. Perhaps a little too sweet for my personal liking, but very excellent with it's flavors. The prices are absolutely fair as well. Cloud Tea has pleasantly surprised me and we've already enjoyed coming back two more times and tried the Nagasaki and Okinawa milk teas. Both delicious (ask for 75% sweetness because they can be on the sweeter side). We are happily looking forward to returning for more!
Tried this place for the first time. It was kind of dark and sad inside. Staff member could've been a little more cheerful. Thai tea smoothie was pretty good but the winter melon tea cap tasted off - at first couldn't figure out what it was, maybe the grass jelly was sour. But later I figured either the cloud cap or the drink itself was just sour. I feel bad having to write this since there's literally a sign by the register saying if you don't like your drink they'll remake it but I left before tasting enough of the drink, assumed you can't really go wrong with a wintermelon milk tea which I normally get everywhere. Unfortunately, don't think I'd be back. ***Adding an extra star because the business owner, Andy, reached out to me privately and kindly to let me know he re-made the drink as a test and acknowledged there was indeed something wrong with their grass jelly and that they'll take it off the shelf to look into before serving this topping again to their other patrons. In my experience, it's rare for someone from an establishment to take accountability so quickly and fairly. I really appreciate him taking the time to do this as it shows he genuinely cares about the customer experience. If I'm around the area again I'll try one of their drinks again and hope to update my review for Cloud Tea to up the star rating again :)
$5 for a large?! Yes please! Normally my go to is brown sugar milk tea but this place has a mango milk tea and it is SO REFRESHING! Especially in this hot Vegas weather. I think I need to order another to go before we leave... XOXO to Cloud Tea :-)
Good boba place that's open later than others! The tea had a nice strong flavor to it and the boba was a nice consistency with some sweetness to it as well. The shop is nice and has plenty of seating! My only complaint is that when we went in recently the shop felt super humid and sticky, even sitting waiting for drinks was too much. Can't imagine what it's like for the workers!

Stopped here for a tea and was pleasantly surprised! I ordered a pistachio almond milk tea (with almond milk) and a sea salt cream cap. Believe me when I say the cloud cap is to die for! best part about the foam is that it comes with a matcha character on top. I got a cute elephant and my partner got a rilakkuma bear! (Ahhh!!! So cute!!) I love the pistachio almond tea, it was not too sweet and definitely savory. Come here for good tea and spacious seating. There are vegan options! read more

First and foremost - W.T.F. Is that smell. That REALLY offensive putrid smell that hits you right in the face when you open the door. It is an assault on your nostrils. We seriously contemplated leaving because if the smell was that bad then maybe the drinks would be something we really regret. We wondered how so many people were sitting in this establishment chatting, studying and acting like nothing was wrong when there is a STRONG, horrible, inescapable scent of spoiled sour milk, soiled baby diapers and a pet store with animals in cages that never get cleaned. It was a twilight zone moment. My best guess would be that at some point maybe someone spilled a TON of milk and tried their best to clean it up but it went underneath cabinets etc and no one took the time to thoroughly clean every nook and cranny. They have GOT to do a serious DEEP clean. Everything needs to be moved. Everything. Everything needs to be disinfected. Floors need to be washed, scrubbed, disinfected. Get an ozone generator to turn on when everyone leaves at the end of the night. There have been so many reviews mentioning this offensive smell dating back to a year ago. Its pretty shocking that the smell still remains...I feel bad for the employees to have to work in the enclosed store space with that smell. It doesn't seem right for a business in the food/beverage industry to have such an awful stench. Hire a company to come in one night and spray the entire place down with bleach or something...just do something... The smell made us question the cleanliness of the establishment but we checked the health score and it said they received an A so we decided to take a gamble and figured we're here, let's just order, get the drinks and gtfo. We ordered: brown sugar boba milk w/ coconut milk, pina colada smoothie w/ coconut milk and jasmine green tea w/ oat milk & boba. Service was great. The person taking the orders was very sweet, smiley and friendly. The drinks were made incredibly fast. And we received what looked to be a milk tea instead of a brown sugar boba milk. I know that it was rung in correctly as brown sugar milk, we saw it on the screen when ordering it. It just didn't end up getting made right. We notified the person taking orders and a new one was made in literally a minute or less. Glad we caught it because my husband didn't want caffeine. The brown sugar milk had the smallest amount of brown sugar syrup that I've seen in a brown sugar milk. It tasted pretty watered down and I personally didn't really like the flavor of the brown sugar syrup. 1/5 The pina colada smoothie - my husband said he didn't mind it but didn't taste much pineapple. I didn't enjoy it because it tasted like artificial flavoring to me. 1/5 My jasmine green oat milk tea - this my usual go-to order. It wasn't bitter which was nice but it also tasted kind of watered down. Not enough flavor. I'd say maybe they need to add more tea leaves to the batch when they brew. I don't like ultra strong bitter teas but this one was just really weak and watered down. 2.5/5 Boba was nicely soft, chewy, cooked all the way through but could've had better flavor. 4/5 While it's awesome that they offer almond, soy, coconut and oat milk alternatives as well as fresh milk as opposed to powdered creamer - I felt like the quality of the drinks were pretty average but even if they improved them I wouldn't come back as long as that rotten smell remains. read more

Open Late, Friendly Staff, Diverse Menu, Good Prices I found this place in search for a spot that's open late. They open till midnight on a Thursday, quite awesome for night owls. They have quite a diverse menu which is great. I like fresh and quality teas and drinks. I got their winter melon boba cap. I have had better quality tasting winter melon. I do feel like their menu is more catered to non-Asian taste palettes. (totally okay) It's just not really for me. Their drinks are a bit on the sweeter side. What a quaint & lovely baba tea shop. I was craving for baba slushy goodie, after tax filing one afternoon. I found Cloud Tea on Yelp & was so happy that I stopped in. Customer service is great. The location is not that busy. Definitely come here. If you like Jazmin or milk, please, they are delicious. You can order the specials which have a predetermined ingredient or you can order all the cart and build your own. A fabulous start to my birthday. read more

After driving into Vegas from LA, I needed somewhere to send out a few work emails and kill time before checking into our hotel. Cloud Tea was recommended to us by our local friends. Located in a strip mall, the overall ambiance is humble--no over the top photo ops or decor here--and I think that's part of the charm! There was plenty of seating when we arrived, and we easily were able to grab the table by the wall outlets for our laptops. I spotted the wifi password posted at the register when ordering; and 3 wintermelon milk teas and an hour-and-a-half-ish later, I got all my work emails out the door. Overall, if you need a solid study/work spot with good tea, and without the hassle/prices of other *aesthetic* boba places, I'd recommend giving Cloud Tea a try! read more

Boba spot that opened til midnight deserves a review!!! This is the only place in Vegas opened this late for boba. I called to make sure they were opened and the gentleman was so sweet answering. My taro smoothie was absolutely delicious. The taro was very prominent in this smoothie which I enjoyed. Sometimes I can't even taste the taro at other places. I added extra boba. For my whole large taro smoothie with extra boba was about $6. So worth! Check this place out, it's yummy!!! Also it's a pretty cool hangout spot it looks like. At little difficult finding the place if it's your first time, since they don't have a sign on the building, just look for the door with their name . My cousin introduced me to this place and their menu isn't overwhelming, but has a variety of flavors. I'll usually go with the winter melon milk tea or mango green tea, sweetness level can be adjusted, too. The boba here is always fresh :) I am usually a stickler about asking for SUPER less boba, but I won't mind if they give me more. I like how consistent this place is not only with the boba, but the drinks, too. Never had to ask them to adjust anything which is awesome. The space has some shared tables and secluded areas if you're trying to study. Just a heads up, usually after 1pm during week days, this place is packed with high schoolers, so if you're planning to get some quiet time studying, avoid 1-3pm hours. They also has some board games/cards. If you plan on coming back often, don't forget a stamp card. Buy 10 get any drink/size free. read more

This presentation is ON POINT *see photos below* Decided to try out a place for the first time that had later hours and we were not disappointed! They have a fairly extensive menu with teas, milk teas, slushes, etc. and the toppings such as the boba, jellies, and caps were definitely exciting to mix in! I do believe that their drinks were delicious & I think the presentation of the caps are one to beat! I ordered the black sesame milk tea Which is normally very chalky because of the actual black sesame, but this one was very well incorporated! The cheese cap that I got was thick and creamy, adding a very luscious milky, salty, and sweet flavor to my drink when sipped and also when mixed. Above the cheese cap was a cute stencil drawing of a cartoon character on mine and my friend's drinks which was a sweet surprise in addition to the drink itself! The dining area is fairly spacious and we walked in With some tables free for us to sit at and enjoy our drinks and talk. I saw many others there with drinks, studying and doing work while other were socializing with friends. The vibe was chill and friendly and the drinks were good. No complaints in terms of the cafe setting and drinks. I'll be sure to check it out again in the day time whenever I'm in the area. read more

I had this last time the pistachio almond milk tea and it was soooooooooooooo good! The staff is mostly friendly which is always a good thing There's always a crowd later afternoon early evening sitting there usually doing computer work. I ordered from uber eats and the white taro slush/smoothie was good, but there was a curly piece of hair it in! Literally was taking a sip and felt hair enter my mouth from the straw. It was disgusting! In these types of establishments, people should protect their hair from falling into food items. That's super unsanitary and totally unacceptable! read more

After a hard day of going to the shops with the lovely wife, we wanted something sweet and refreshing. We decided to try Cloud Tea to satisfy the sweet tooth. The place is simple and clean. Filed with Hipster kids on their sticker covered laptops chatting or deep into writing novels, manga, or the next blockbuster script. Got me my stand by, a Watermelon slushie with strawberry boba, and for the "ball and chain" a Lavender Tea something, blah blah, that she liked. I am not one to judge, but Lavender? I've been on a big boba kick lately. I found myself in the Spring Valley area and wanting boba. Of course, Yelp to the rescue. Cloud Tea was nearby and open, so I decided to give it a shot. There was no line, just a gaggle of teens giggling at a table. I decided on a honeydew milk tea with light ice and extra boba. I've never tried honeydew milk tea before, but I was a big fan. It was super tasty and had probably more flavor than an actual piece of honeydew. Another fun perk is that they offer a stamp card, so after you purchase a certain amount of drinks, you get a free one. I love a deal! read more

Meh. Walked in and it smelled a little funny inside. Order EDD a mango green tea with lychee, peach smoothie and a milk tea. The flavors were just off. Peach smoothie tasted like syrup. The milk tea couldn't even finish it. The mango green tea had a bitter tart taste to it. Not sure what all of that was about but I am not a fan. read more
Craved some boba and teas and this place popped up close to where we were staying. Nice little place with a few tables to sit and chat or study. Service was pretty quick but it wasn't that busy. I got the fresh fruit tea, which was refreshing. The fruits were fresh and yummy and the tea had the right amount of flavor. I liked it. 4/5 Jasmine green milk tea: bf got this with 75% sugar. It was so bland. I didn't like it. Basically not much of a flavor. I think other places have better jasmine green milk tea to be honest. Would def give it another try for other flavors. read more

Ordering was very simple on Uber Eats, but they don't have options there for drink customizations (eg no sugar), so you have to type that manually under special instructions. I went for the blueberry milk tea with egg pudding ($5 for a large) with no sugar. It was very good! It was smooth and with a very light and pleasant blueberry taste. It was just perfect with the no sugar option. Even the egg pudding didn't taste overly sweet and was just the right texture. The quantity of pudding was perfect as well. Overall this was a very good beverage experience, and I look forward to visiting in person in the future! read more

Today's visit to cloud tea went to well this evening. Both workers in this shift were very helpful in what to order and were somewhat empathetic about the past experience our family had here. I enjoyed the mango green tea slush they custom made for me, my wife also enjoyed her honeydew slush crystal boba, and they also gave me a milk tea for the drive back to San Diego. Thanks for making everything up to us. We are really happy with how it was important to Andy to fix our experience at cloud tea. Also the two that were working were really sweet to my wife when she picked up the drinks for us. Thanks again! read more

Cloud Tea is longggg overdue for a 5 STAR review. Especially because of my last visit the staff was outstanding whoever worked Wednesday 10/18 around 12pm they were the sweetest one girl on register and one guy who was making drinks. They were very welcoming as well. I always love my drinks when I go here too and always ask for recommendations on the sweetness levels. They even have a stamp card that you can use toward a free drink! Don't mind if i do!!! They are also open till I believe midnight so it's an awesome spot for some late night studying. OH. Wow, yes this is the real deal. I rarely give 5 stars for boba. First sip and I thought to myself, wow. They have quite a variety of flavors. I was intrigued by red velvet but decided to go a bit more traditional with Nagasaki which was described as like honey. I thought of it as similar to jasmine, but either way I really liked the taste and it had a great milk and tea flavor, more on the sweet side (which I like). Was visiting a friend in Vegas. As boba addicts we needed our fix. This was one of the places I saw on Yelp with good reviews and luckily it was not too far away. The have a good sized drink menu with variety. One of my go to drinks is Taro Milk tea and that's what I got with boba. I added on a Cloud Cap to mine which is sea salt cream and they even stenciled on a super cute Hello Kitty design with matcha! It made my milk tea almost too cute to drink. My friends and I all enjoyed our drinks. Perhaps it's just a thing where I live, but several places overcook their boba, but here it was perfectly cooked. The staff was friendly and the ambiance was chill. It's not that big inside, but it would be a nice place to study or relax for a bit. read more

I'm a little obsessed with this place at the moment! This is one of the few boba shops that are open late, which was the main reason I stopped by in the first place. The shop itself is small with a several individual tables on the right and one large long table on the left. There always seems to be a few people that come here to get a drink and study/work. There isn't much decor . Each time, I've ordered the jasmine tea cap with crystal boba. The cloud cap is the name for their sea salt cream. I think this place makes it the best: the jasmine tea itself is strong enough so that it doesn't disappear when mixed with the cloud cap, which also isn't too salty. Each cloud cap has a picture outlined on top with matcha powder...so cute!! I always anticipate which picture I'll be getting. read more

The fact that their boba is made in-house puts them a head above the rest. Their menu is extensive, with lots of unique flavors. The staff was friendly and happy to help us and answer questions. And most of all, the drinks were delicious. New favorite boba place. Plus they're open til midnight!!! We needed that. Will be back to try many more of their tasty menu options. read more

Cloud Tea is a staple for me and my family. Anytime I have a Boba craving this is our go to spot. My wife's brother is a foodie just like us and put us on to this place. The staff is always pleasant and the boba always hits the spot. I usually do a coconut smoothie with boba or honeydew smoothie with boba. It is awesome that you get to choose your sweetness level ranging from 25%-100% sweetness. This trip I went with Honeydew and it was delicious to no surprise. We also grabbed boba for family. Our order consisted of Regular Honey Dew 75% with Boba Regular mango smoothie 50% sugar with boba Large mango black tea 50% sugar with boba Regular brown sugar milk tea with boba. Every time we come it is quiet and this time was no different. The service for all 4 drinks we ordered was quick. I do warn that On occasion It's like a durian. Sometimes there is a strange smell right out front but don't let that deter you from the deliciousness inside. Enjoy. read more
Out of the dozens of boba tea shops In LV and the dozens I've visited, this place is one of two I frequent the most. The variety will keep you coming back and if you're a sucker for the same flavors they'll keep you coming back too. Be warned it's a popular spot for High Schoolers after school. So if you go around 1-2pm, its a good chance there'll be a line all the way to the door! This recent trip I had a tea cap and it was yum. And you can get rewards stamps for a free drink. Only thing is every time I walk in here there's a distinct smell. The place is always clean, but that smell gets me every time. Mop water maybe? read more
