We were looking for a place to get some work done in between our commute. I remember going to to Cloud Tea awhile back and enjoyed it so we went back. We Ordered the Mango Milk Tea Large to share. It was amazing with the cloud cap. The tea was fragrant and the drink was not too sweet, just the way I like it. Service was quick, and they'll re-make your drink for you if you don't enjoy it, which is a plus. Simple cafe, seating area, decent for studying. Definitely would order this again it's become a favorite!
Love coming here for a late night boba run. Service is quick and easy. Very calm atmosphere and attentive workers. Inside is very simple and straight to the point, but the drinks are phenomenal. We always come here for our strawberry banana smoothie with boba and the consistency is always there!
Easy five stars. Drinks are tasty. Boba has a good chew. Reg and large sizes very reasonable ($3.25 to $5.00). Toppings are only 50 cents and a substitute milk (almond/soy) is only 25 cents. You can hangout at their tables if you wish. Would come again.

Absolutely loved our drinks! This was our first time trying Cloud Tea but we decided to order drinks that we would get from our usual spot and we both liked the drinks at Cloud Tea better. I honestly wish this place was closer to me so I can make it my usual spot. We got the peach green tea and Thai iced tea. Service was great! We were greeted immediately and got our drinks right away. In regards to ambiance, we were the only ones in there and we decided to take our drinks to go but they did have plenty of tables and chairs where people can hangout.

I'm a die hard Brew Tea Bar fan so when the hubby suggested we try somewhere new for boba tea, I honestly didn't expect much from Cloud Tea. Boy, was I wrong and pleasantly surprised! Cloud Tea has a great selection of teas. The smoothie offerings alone were the most I've seen in years. My go to when trying a new boba tea cafe is to begin with trying their jasmine tea to see it's quality. So when I saw their "Jasmine Tea Cap" on the menu, my choice was made. The hubby also ordered a Mango Passion Fruit Tea. The attendants were friendly when we placed our order and very shortly after, our drinks were ready. My first few sips I tried the Jasmine tea without stirring in the sea salt cream cap, and HOLY MOLY! The Jasmine tea flavor was clean, beautifully floral, and strong in all it's glory. After mixing in the sea salt cream cap and sipping up a few sweet boba pearls, I'm in LOVE! Absolutely one of the best Jasmine tea drinks I've had in quite a while. The hubby's Mango Passion Fruit tea was also very delicious. Perhaps a little too sweet for my personal liking, but very excellent with it's flavors. The prices are absolutely fair as well. Cloud Tea has pleasantly surprised me and we've already enjoyed coming back two more times and tried the Nagasaki and Okinawa milk teas. Both delicious (ask for 75% sweetness because they can be on the sweeter side). We are happily looking forward to returning for more!
Tried this place for the first time. It was kind of dark and sad inside. Staff member could've been a little more cheerful. Thai tea smoothie was pretty good but the winter melon tea cap tasted off - at first couldn't figure out what it was, maybe the grass jelly was sour. But later I figured either the cloud cap or the drink itself was just sour. I feel bad having to write this since there's literally a sign by the register saying if you don't like your drink they'll remake it but I left before tasting enough of the drink, assumed you can't really go wrong with a wintermelon milk tea which I normally get everywhere. Unfortunately, don't think I'd be back. ***Adding an extra star because the business owner, Andy, reached out to me privately and kindly to let me know he re-made the drink as a test and acknowledged there was indeed something wrong with their grass jelly and that they'll take it off the shelf to look into before serving this topping again to their other patrons. In my experience, it's rare for someone from an establishment to take accountability so quickly and fairly. I really appreciate him taking the time to do this as it shows he genuinely cares about the customer experience. If I'm around the area again I'll try one of their drinks again and hope to update my review for Cloud Tea to up the star rating again :)
$5 for a large?! Yes please! Normally my go to is brown sugar milk tea but this place has a mango milk tea and it is SO REFRESHING! Especially in this hot Vegas weather. I think I need to order another to go before we leave... XOXO to Cloud Tea :-)
Good boba place that's open later than others! The tea had a nice strong flavor to it and the boba was a nice consistency with some sweetness to it as well. The shop is nice and has plenty of seating! My only complaint is that when we went in recently the shop felt super humid and sticky, even sitting waiting for drinks was too much. Can't imagine what it's like for the workers!
Such a cute little place. You can meet up and chat with friends. There are even board games to play. Workers were nice. My friend got Thai tea and I got Nagasaki Milk Tea with the cheese cap. It was adorable how they shaped the matcha powder into a Panda Bear's face. So cuteeee :3 read more

So hot in the Vegas heat & was off the strip visiting fam so decided to pick up a nice cold tea. & Can't lie, mainly ended up here because the gf wanted the Hello Kitty art in her drink. But luckily the drink & service was good as well. ITEM'S ORDERED: Jasmine Green Tea (w/ cloud foam, unsweetened) TASTE: The Jasmine Green Tea (w/ cloud foam, unsweetened) basically tasted like a pretty solid jasmine tea. Had enough tea flavor but not overly bitter. Once you mix the cream in it doesn't really add any flavor. Maybe just mellows the flavor out a little bit while of course making it a little creamy. I'd honestly go without the foam since I don't think it adds much. But you know, just had to get it this time because #aesthetics. SERVICE, LOCATION & PARKING: Service was very kind & friendly. The inside had a pretty chill vibe with a larger community table as well as other tables. Looks like a good spot to study or just enjoy your drink. The high ceilings make the place seem even more spacious. They are located right off S Buffalo & W Flamingo, in the Flamingo Buffalo Center. Parking is very easy since there are spots right in front & it doesn't appear to be the type of area that'd get so full you'd find no parking. I'm open to coming back here for another drink. One of the very few places where the teas and add-ins don't taste musty, like bad water. Jasmine milk tea with boba and leeche jelly is what I got and it was perfection. The drinks here are alright to me. It's not horrible but it's not amazing either. This is my second time trying this place out but I wasn't blown away by their drinks. The service was nice especially when I thought that my drink was sweeter than I would've liked it so they were nice enough to redo my drink to 50% instead. If I do end up coming back here, maybe third times the charm? I do enjoy the environment as I came here to study. There's a good amount of tables and chairs. It wasn't too loud either and there's wifi which is a plus for me. read more

Short review but Cloud Tea is one of my top boba tea shops in Vegas. They offer lots of variety of drinks in the menu and even offer many different toppings like Aloe Vera or even a "Cloud" on top of your drink. I do highly recommend going for the Milk Teas and their options as each drink do not disappoint. I do highly recommend this as a STUDY SPOT or just a place to hang as they have lots of seating around the shop. The music is not too loud and they have outlets too. However, the boba isn't my favorite at all from the last time I went there as I didn't like the texture nor the taste of the boba. I prefer having my boba be much more chewier and have more flavor too it as well. read more

We did a huge DoorDash order around 15 drinks and they got out whole order correct. They delivered super fast and everything survived the Vegas heat. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. Would definitely recommend this boba place read more

Hello Kitty matcha drink in Las Vegas! I saw pictures of it! I had to have it! This was actually my second visit to Cloud Tea. I remembered to bring my stamp card, so this was another incentive to go here. The "cloud" is also known as cheese foam or cheese cap. The "cheese" is actually a bit sweet - like a soft cheesecake without a crust. It's a layer that can be sipped along with a tea or smoothie. I got a coffee milk tea with the cheese cap. (The cloud can be added to any beverage.) The unique thing about this cheese foam is the Hello Kitty image (made with matcha powder) that can be added on the cheese cap! It's SO CUTE!!! I have to close my eyes when I mix that cheese foam into my tea. I prefer not to drink the cheese foam separately. The service is friendly and helpful. They will redo your drink if you're not happy with it. Example: a lady returned her drink because it didn't have boba in it. The cashier said that when the lady ordered, she didn't want any "toppings" which include boba. The drink was remade anyway! Wow...that's service! Other positive features of Cloud Tea are free parking, convenient restroom, and pleasant decor! It was nice and warm (no air conditioning) on this chilly March evening! I live right around the corner from this place and I have never been. I was torn between the brown sugar milk tea which is marked as a favorite and peanut butter chocolate. I decided to go with my gut and get the brown sugar milk tea. I love boba, I usually ask for extra. This place has coffee jelly which I have never had added to a drink. I'm not a fan of it at all! So that's my fault that I don't love my drink. The brown sugar milk tea is so good with just the boba. I strained my drink because I don't like that coffee jelly. The lady in front of me got the brown sugar milk tea with a cloud cap...that sounds delicious! So I might get that next time...there WILL be a next time. This is one of the better boba places in town. The service is very friendly and kind, and you could definitely study here. The cloud topping was delicious and matches up to those from SoCal. The saltiness of the cap paired well with the jasmine green tea I ordered, and the cute matcha snowflake on top was a nice touch. The other drinks I ordered were: -original milk tea with boba -jasmine milk tea with boba -winter melon milk tea with boba Of these three, my favorite was the winter melon. It has a nostalgic taste that is very earthy and rich. The boba was a bit hard but had a nice honey taste. The jasmine was also refreshing, and the original was sweet and dependable. Saw reviews and had to check this place out, because it had a wide variety of drinks and a cute logo. Came here around 8pm and the store had a very quiet ambiance, there were people studying and doing homework which would be a good place for college students! Ordered a large taro slush and a large jasmine milk tea with boba, and they were super yummy. It wasn't too sweet and it tasted fresh, especially the taro. I didn't finish my drink and when I drank it the next day it was still good. Would highly recommend coming to this place! read more

I was in the area so I finally made it to Cloud Tea. It was good, and I'd come back. I will ask for less sweetness in my mango black tea next time. The staff is nice, and when I asked if their drinks are too sweet she said it used to be. She said they adjusted the sweetness, so now it's not too sweet. It was still too sweet for me. There's a sign on the counter that says if you don't like the drink- they'll fix it for you. I didn't get a chance to try my drink before I left. read more

We came here on a late night Friday because I was craving Boba, I ordered a Mango Tea and I didn't like it so I told the girl upfront if she would change it for a mango smoothie and without hesitation and a happy attitude did it. The BEST cloud cap, ever! Whatever drink you order, add their Cloud Cap as your topping. It's so good... I'd even order a cup of it, if I could! Lol My go-to drink is their Jasmine Milk Tea with Cloud Cap, and light on the ice. It's the perfect drink for Summer & even Winter. They're open til late as well, which is convenient - especially if you don't want to drive to Chinatown area. read more
This has become our family's favorite boba shop! Although it's a bit of a drive for us, we've made it a tradition to drive across town, get some drinks then cruise the strip. We've visited them a handful of times and so far we have not been disappointed. My favorite drink is the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with a cloud cap. The cloud cap is a must for me! You can choose the sweetness strength of the cloud cap and it always come with a little character. Also, they do not skimp on the boba! At first it can be a little hard to find because they do not have a sign on the shopping center. It's located on the side of the building and their sign is a bit small. Dropped by here on a hot summer night with my hot wife. It was her decision to visit this place as it was still open close to midnight. The couple who own the place are down to earth and seem like nice people. They have a small shop but keep it clean and tidy. They have a huge menu and I'm sure nothing is a bad decision. I tried their pina colada with boba and enjoyed it inside, with the AC on full blast. The decor is welcoming and makes for great pictures. The furniture is comfortable and new. There's a ridiculous number of tea and boba shops in Vegas but Cloud Tea has the major things I look for, now available in the Spring Valley/Paradise area! Came in during their grand opening BOGO offer and, unlike other places in town, they maintained their stock AND their calm and cool customer service during the chaos. Tried the black rose tea with boba (good texture!) and honey cap at half-sweet along with my go-to taro smoothie and both drinks were spot-on. I especially liked the honey cap, and I'm not usually one to go crazy for drink add-ons but I'd get this again. They're happy to remake if needed, per signage and observing the customers around me, which is much appreciated. Free WIFI, loyalty card to acquire discounts/freebies, alternative milks readily available. TIP: Find them on social media for discounts and promos. Their original BOGO offer was extended via Yelp check-in offer for first timers. read more

First time came and visit this place while in Vegas, we stop by after 5pm, great customer service really friendly and they even have waiting area open. It's hard to find parking it's a little busy around 5pm and another restaurants next to it. Love the cheese foams and i got the milk tea, thai tea & peach mango green tea. They all really good and cute designs. The drinks made really fast, about 2 people working that time, super fast. Public restrooms is really clean and it's open for customers. Overall it's 10/10 nice place, good drink & cute decorations during holidays time. Definitely come back next time visiting Vegas:) They also have stamp card for credit, anyone lives here & come more often can collect points from them. read more

Finally got my Boba tea drink fix satisfied especially with one of my favorite flavors. Taro with lychee jelly and boba topped with sea salt cream and they decorated it with a Hello Kitty made of matcha powder. It was so delicious I drank it so fast. . I wasn't even sure if this place was open. I was trying to look for a place close by without having to drive into china town. It was my first time here also. They were so nice and told them I was a Food blogger and I was going to take pics to promote them so they get more business since every business needs this during the crisis so they decorated my drink with a hello kitty on it. They were so nice and welcoming. So I will be back again. They also have a punch card for every time you have a drink they punch your card. After your 10th drink you'll get one free. Also They really care about the health and safety of their guests and employees by wearing gloves and masks. They offer takeout outside their door and delivery. The tea itself was good, but you may not get the fancy-looking custom drinks if that's what you're after. But you're just after the taste, give this place a shot. They also re-make your drink if you're not satisfied with it. The staffs were nice and friendly. read more

Came here because I was having boba cravings during my lunch break. Like any other boba place in Las Vegas, they have milk teas, steeped teas, smoothies, and an assortment of toppings. What is great is that they also have milk substitutes other than soy! Me being lactose-intolerant and soy-averse, it was a Godsend they offered almond milk. I purchased the pistachio almond milk with boba; the boba was soft and chewy and the pistachio flavor was strong but delicious. Not sure if they used artificial flavoring or what, but either way, I was just happy to have almond milk. There is enough seating inside to have up to 6 groups of people. It is a great place to study or meet with friends. I would definitely go back and try their other drinks. read more
