Ok. So, This is my first time going into this place and ordered a Avocado smoothie. And when I received my order. I was blown away!! I mean DAMNNN!!!! for the price. The size of that cup they give you and taste is amazing!!! never have i had a place where the quantity and quality exceeded my expectations. They nailed it. I live kinda far. But i think the drive is definitely worth it. good job. My family was jealous of my smoothie lol Very courteous atmosphere. and they actually follow directions on your order. and trust me I've been to a couple of places around town. So hot in the Vegas heat & was off the strip visiting fam so decided to pick up a nice cold tea. & Can't lie, mainly ended up here because the gf wanted the Hello Kitty art in her drink. ITEM'S ORDERED: Jasmine Green Tea (w/ cloud foam, unsweetened) TASTE: The Jasmine Green Tea (w/ cloud foam, unsweetened) basically tasted like a pretty solid jasmine tea. Had enough tea flavor but not overly bitter. Once you mix the cream in it doesn't really add any flavor. Maybe just mellows the flavor out a little bit while of course making it a little creamy. I'd honestly go without the foam since I don't think it adds much. But you know, just had to get it this time because #aesthetics. SERVICE, LOCATION & PARKING: Service was very kind & friendly. The inside had a pretty chill vibe with a larger community table as well as other tables. Looks like a good spot to study or just enjoy your drink. The high ceilings make the place seem even more spacious. They are located right off S Buffalo & W Flamingo, in the Flamingo Buffalo Center. Parking is very easy since there are spots right in front & it doesn't appear to be the type of area that'd get so full you'd find no parking. I'm open to coming back here for another drink. I also want to thank the taller male worker that wears glasses that his customer service has always been great! - I would like to commend this place for having one of the best tea brews in Vegas! The drinks here are alright to me. It's not horrible but it's not amazing either. This is my second time trying this place out but I wasn't blown away by their drinks. The service was nice especially when I thought that my drink was sweeter than I would've liked it so they were nice enough to redo my drink to 50% instead. If I do end up coming back here, maybe third times the charm? I do enjoy the environment as I came here to study. There's a good amount of tables and chairs. Short review but Cloud Tea is one of my top boba tea shops in Vegas. They offer lots of variety of drinks in the menu and even offer many different toppings like Aloe Vera or even a "Cloud" on top of your drink. I do highly recommend going for the Milk Teas and their options as each drink do not disappoint. I do highly recommend this as a STUDY SPOT or just a place to hang as they have lots of seating around the shop. The music is not too loud and they have outlets too. However, the boba isn't my favorite at all from the last time I went there as I didn't like the texture nor the taste of the boba. I prefer having my boba be much more chewier and have more flavor too it as well. read more

Since they are right by a high school, depending on the day, they are occasionally packed with students studying, but you're never waiting more than 5-7 minutes for your order. I came with a friend of mine, and we couldn't decide what flavors to get, so we ended up getting two each, and they were done extremely quick! I have been coming here for awhile now, and about 2/10 times a couple of toppings where mixed with the wrong drink, but it's a mishap that doesn't necessarily make it a bad experience, but I would double check your drinks before leaving, just in case! Hello Kitty matcha drink in Las Vegas! I saw pictures of it! I had to have it! This was actually my second visit to Cloud Tea. I remembered to bring my stamp card, so this was another incentive to go here. The "cloud" is also known as cheese foam or cheese cap. The "cheese" is actually a bit sweet - like a soft cheesecake without a crust. It's a layer that can be sipped along with a tea or smoothie. I got a coffee milk tea with the cheese cap. (The cloud can be added to any beverage.) The unique thing about this cheese foam is the Hello Kitty image (made with matcha powder) that can be added on the cheese cap! It's SO CUTE!!! I have to close my eyes when I mix that cheese foam into my tea. I prefer not to drink the cheese foam separately. The service is friendly and helpful. They will redo your drink if you're not happy with it. Example: a lady returned her drink because it didn't have boba in it. The cashier said that when the lady ordered, she didn't want any "toppings" which include boba. The drink was remade anyway! Wow...that's service! Other positive features of Cloud Tea are free parking, convenient restroom, and pleasant decor! It was nice and warm (no air conditioning) on this chilly March evening! I live right around the corner from this place and I have never been. I was torn between the brown sugar milk tea which is marked as a favorite and peanut butter chocolate. I decided to go with my gut and get the brown sugar milk tea. I love boba, I usually ask for extra. This place has coffee jelly which I have never had added to a drink. I'm not a fan of it at all! So that's my fault that I don't love my drink. The brown sugar milk tea is so good with just the boba. I strained my drink because I don't like that coffee jelly. The lady in front of me got the brown sugar milk tea with a cloud cap...that sounds delicious! So I might get that next time...there WILL be a next time. This is one of the better boba places in town. The service is very friendly and kind, and you could definitely study here. The cloud topping was delicious and matches up to those from SoCal. The saltiness of the cap paired well with the jasmine green tea I ordered, and the cute matcha snowflake on top was a nice touch. Came here around 8pm and the store had a very quiet ambiance, there were people studying and doing homework which would be a good place for college students! Ordered a large taro slush and a large jasmine milk tea with boba, and they were super yummy. It wasn't too sweet and it tasted fresh, especially the taro. I didn't finish my drink and when I drank it the next day it was still good. Would highly recommend coming to this place! read more

The staff is nice, and when I asked if their drinks are too sweet she said it used to be. She said they adjusted the sweetness, so now it's not too sweet. It was still too sweet for me. After a long drive from San Diego, I asked if we can go get boba at one of my family's places to get boba in Las Vegas. It was actually one of my top three favorite boba places, next to Ding Tea and China Fresh Tea. I was soooo excited to get boba from here since the boba is always put nicely together with a character in my cloud cap made in matcha powder. The Crystal boba in it is yummy too. Anyways we got there 11-29-2023 at 11:25pm. Upon arriving we knew exactly what we wanted to order. The lady in the cashier was taking several families orders in front of us and told us they are not taking any more. My thing is they could've just told us right when we walked in and started waiting so we don't wait 30 mins to be told they're not gonna take our order. The guy making the boba was very nasty towards all of us too including the lady who walked in shortly before us and the lady who stormed out all pissed off. I just didn't expect this from cloud tea because it's one of our most favorite boba places to go to when we're in town in Vegas. The guy making the boba Shrugged his shoulders so hard and said there's no more boba or tea left!! But then makes other boba orders for the customers before us? And when we said we we drove there all the way from San Diego they didn't care they just kept saying we're done taking orders. Then please just close at 11pm then so this way your other customers don't watch other customers get treated nastily it was like a whole show for them. You know I loved the boba here and the cute presentation they always did. I always referred it to my family out here to in Vegas. I was very upset when they treated us this way. This has become our family's favorite boba shop! Although it's a bit of a drive for us, we've made it a tradition to drive across town, get some drinks then cruise the strip. We've visited them a handful of times and so far we have not been disappointed. My favorite drink is the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with a cloud cap. The cloud cap is a must for me! You can choose the sweetness strength of the cloud cap and it always come with a little character. Also, they do not skimp on the boba! At first it can be a little hard to find because they do not have a sign on the shopping center. It's located on the side of the building and their sign is a bit small. Dropped by here on a hot summer night with my hot wife. It was her decision to visit this place as it was still open close to midnight. The couple who own the place are down to earth and seem like nice people. They have a small shop but keep it clean and tidy. They have a huge menu and I'm sure nothing is a bad decision. I tried their pina colada with boba and enjoyed it inside, with the AC on full blast. The decor is welcoming and makes for great pictures. The furniture is comfortable and new. I just waited 20 minutes in line for them to tell me they can't take my order because the people in front of me took 20 minutes to place their order!!! Never coming back!! They're still open rn and I'm writing this review while inside the store with many many customers still sitting down and enjoying their beverages. There's only 1 cashier and she was aware of the line piling up behind the people she was currently helping. There were at least 2 maybe 3 or 4 more parties behind me. They could have at least taken orders for the people like me who know exactly what they're ordering. She said they don't get paid past midnight and it was 15 minutes to midnight but I got there before 11:30 LMFAO. I suggest saying they close at 11:30 instead of 12 AM if they can't take orders because they can't get paid and also perhaps having a second register or a self order tablet available for others who know what they want. Tip: don't order close to closing and give yourself some ample time in case you get stuck behind people who want to inquire about every single item on the menu. read more

Came in during their grand opening BOGO offer and, unlike other places in town, they maintained their stock AND their calm and cool customer service during the chaos. Tried the black rose tea with boba (good texture!) and honey cap at half-sweet along with my go-to taro smoothie and both drinks were spot-on. I especially liked the honey cap, and I'm not usually one to go crazy for drink add-ons but I'd get this again. They're happy to remake if needed, per signage and observing the customers around me, which is much appreciated. First time came and visit this place while in Vegas, we stop by after 5pm, great customer service really friendly and they even have waiting area open. It's hard to find parking it's a little busy around 5pm and another restaurants next to it. Love the cheese foams and i got the milk tea, thai tea & peach mango green tea. They all really good and cute designs. The drinks made really fast, about 2 people working that time, super fast. Public restrooms is really clean and it's open for customers. Overall it's 10/10 nice place, good drink & cute decorations during holidays time. Came here because I was having boba cravings during my lunch break. Like any other boba place in Las Vegas, they have milk teas, steeped teas, smoothies, and an assortment of toppings. What is great is that they also have milk substitutes other than soy! Me being lactose-intolerant and soy-averse, it was a Godsend they offered almond milk. I purchased the pistachio almond milk with boba; the boba was soft and chewy and the pistachio flavor was strong but delicious. Not sure if they used artificial flavoring or what, but either way, I was just happy to have almond milk. There is enough seating inside to have up to 6 groups of people. If you like your drinks on the sweet side, the regular sweetness will be fine. I preferred less sweet and this can be adjusted. Very cute inside with new furniture. Seems like a nice quiet place for studying. I can see it filling up with students and laptops. Located in the Smiths shopping plaza. Stopped at Cloud Tea for the first time. I enjoyed my Thai tea with boba. and my friend and I both enjoyed the matcha smoothie, although it took a moment to get used to the matcha. It's a mild smoothie and was well suited for a hot day. The place has a coffee shop vibe, which I like. I appreciate the wooden table and decent chairs, unlike the cheap chairs and tables at otger sit-in places. The staff were very likeable. read more
