Loved it. This was my first visit, and I got the Red Bean smoothie with egg custard added. I could easily taste both the Red Bean and custard, so the flavor wasn't watered down. I've only had 1 drink from the menu here because I like it so much I can't being myself to order anything else~ It's not on the menu on the wall, but the other menu. The fresh fruit tea is crazy good~ it reminds me of candy, bubblegum in a way, and I am sensitive to sweetness, but I can still drink this with lowered sweetness level. I can only wish they had this in California or Arizona! I was visiting Las Vegas and we visited this boba place and man was it so good! I got the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with cloud foam (which I can't find anywhere else) and it was delicious! I think next time I would ask for less sweet but overall it was so yummy that my boyfriend kept stealing a sip or two OR THREE from my drink! I wish I was in Las Vegas long enough to go here again and try even more drinks. The presentation of the store and the drink were amazing making the overall experience even better. The store has card games and board games you can play with and I believe there's lots of seating. Me and my gang wanted to go for late-night boba but it was already over 10pm so most of the boba shops were closed. Luckily we found Cloud Tea and got our boba fix here! Probably because there aren't a lot of boba places that open until late, the place was pretty full. The lady taking our order was really nice and patient though :) I usually go for a cup of milk tea with boba wherever I go, but I wanted to try something a little different. So, I went with the Okinawa Milk Tea with 75% sweetness. I found out basically Okinawa milk tea was milk tea but with roasted brown sugar syrup instead of regular syrup, so I decided to try it out. Glad I chose to go for the Okinawa, it tasted like regular milk tea except you could taste the deep ness of the sweetness from the brown sugar, if you know what I mean. Recommend for people who want late-night boba, not sure if I would come here specifically, not the best but pretty good boba. read more

Overall a great tea place but seating can be limited especially if people come to study or do work you may have to wait or just take it to go. I love this place so much!!! Since this place is super close to my school, it's really convenient to walk to as well. They are pretty busy during after school hours for this reason and it will be hard to find seating on school days around 1pm-3pm. The place overall is so neat, clean, organized, and tidy. they have many tables that are good for groups, outlets, and wifi which is perfect for studying. They are well decorated and also have a variety of games to play. The service is phenomenal and I've always had good experiences every time I've been to cloud tea. The only downside is that they are so busy during after school hours which means drinks will take a while to make. Other than that, they are pretty quick with their orders. I ordered the passionfruit smoothie a while ago and it didn't suit my tastebuds. The worker noticed that I didn't drink any of it and made me a new drink for free. My go-to drink here is wintermelon milk green tea with lychee jelly. Their boba also tastes fresh though. The prices are also very affordable for the quality and amount you're getting. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the location, everything is great! First I circled the plaza and couldn't find it because there's not a big sign up top. The sign is a black banner right above the door. Cloud tea is next to a Gold exchange place and across the Loan Max. It's adjacent to the Smiths, facing the Flamingo Rd. The second I park my car I have a bum asking for money, and another car pulled up next to me telling me he can fix my bumper. I'm already feeling weary about this sketchy location. The sweet girl taking my order was very helpful suggesting drinks and explaining. I got the white taro (creamier than regular taro) 25% sweetness, almond milk, aloe and cloud foam on top. I normally try to do a dairy-free drink, but wanted to taste the cloud foam. If you're looking for a salty and creamy texture, add the foam. It was good! It would probably still be good without the foam, definitely made the drink thicker once I mixed it in. It also came with a cute hello kitty design on top. I sat and used the WiFi, foot traffic was not busy at all. Maybe two other people came in and out while I was here. Overall the experience went well. I ordered one of the regular teas the first time and can't remember which one but it was soooo sweet. I definitely recommend ordering half sweet if you've never tried a tea here before. But lately I've been stuck on the Oreo smoothie - it's delicious! Definitely a dessert and not really for a caffeine fix. But I order it with almond milk and it's always creamy and delicious. I have to say there have been a couple times when our orders have been messed up but they've been good about fixing them. Will definitely be ordering from here again. read more

The drinks are okay to me. Not the best boba. My girlfriend said everything but the thai tea tastes like soap though. Also, the inside of the restaurant smells fucking putrid. I don't know why I feel like me and whoever i come with are the only people who seem to notice, but i have to stand outside while waiting for my drink for some fresh air. It's not a one time thing it's every time I go there too. UPDATE: I returned to Cloud Tea recently with my gf. The drinks are fine, nothing too special but it makes for a fun late night trip as it's open later than most boba places. They've also been working on fixing the strange smell which is nice. I never knew this spot existed! And it's right around the corner from my daughters school. Their sign is underneath the roof so one, you won't see it unless you're there looking for it. I ordered a smaller size and went simple and ordered the classic milk tea. It was delicious!!! I was so sad and was wanting more the rest of the day. I will definitely be back. They have tables that people can sit and play games at. One thing that bothered me was there were 3 tables that had people set up with laptops. No one else wanted to sit with them, naturally it's like disturbing them. But their tables were for 4 people. So I felt like it was a waste of space. Maybe they should consider changing a few to 2 person tables for people who like to hang out like that. I stood while I waited for my order. I also noticed they had some "new items" listed on a sheet that covered a board with some information on it. I don't know what the board said. But I know the sheet was a list of new items because I asked for clarification as I had been trying to make it out the whole time I was waiting for my drink. It was just a sheet with a list of flavors and different kinds of boba. Since it wasn't on the menu - I imagined it was new items. Late night boba cravings are the best. Especially when there's a place open late like Cloud Tea. Located just perpedicular to Smith's (next to Magoo's), you can find Cloud Tea on the Flamingo side. My poison? Large winter melon cloud cap, half sweet, with boba. I've never had winter melon before, and I must say, I'm a fan. Especially when it's complemented by the cloud cap made of sea salt cream. (Let's be honest though, anything goes well with sea salt cream). Hokkaido still tops my list of favorite milk teas, but this may in the top 5. Super cute atmostphere, free wifi; can see myself blogging in here for hours listening to Spotify. Great Customer service! I was greeted right away! I ordered online and it was completed quite quick! I'm very impressed by this boba/milk tea place because outside of Orange County, CA, it's always a miss with these tea places. BUT this place was one of the best tea places in vegas that I have been to. The flavoring was subtle and not too strong, was not too sweet, did not have that powdery taste. We ordered: Hokkaido milk tea Classic milk tea Mango black tea Lychee green tea with crystal boba Honeydew milk tea All of which were rich in tea flavor (was steeped at the perfect temperature and time because it wasn't bitter) and creamy at the same time for the milk teas. The flavored teas were subtle in taste (you can definitely taste the flavor, but it's not over powering nor was it a hint of flavor). This is how I like milk teas; not too sweet, creamy and subtle flavoring, not over powering of milk or sweetness! Final thoughts: Worth the drive (we reside in the northwest of vegas). Friendly service and great atmosphere. Great study place as well! My family and I absolutely love love the drinks. This is what we consider as "authentic" milk tea! This review is long overdue! I've been coming to Cloud Tea for awhile now and they have been very consistent with their drinks and service. Before the pandemic, I used to LOVE coming here to study, so it's no surprise to see people are still coming here to study during the pandemic (with masks on). Onto the drinks though I really love their Red Bean Smoothie with boba. If you're Korean, you probably know the B-B-Big Red Bean Ice Cream Bar and this tastes exactly like that with boba. Their Honeydew Smoothie with boba is also yummy because it tastes exactly like Melona Ice Cream Bar!! If you want more of a simple, light smoothie though, try the Milk Tea Smoothie with Boba!! That's what I got in my photo and it was super good. BUT if you're more of a milk tea person, I recommend the Thai Milk Tea with boba or Red Bean Milk Tea with boba.
