The best ice cream. Sweet and tasty. I got strawberry shortcake and cookie monster. Both were yummy. Good portions. Service was very friendly and easy. The place is nice and clean.
i used to come here a few years ago and each time i came, i always had a delicious experience with no problems. my most recent experience was a bit disappointing. i ordered the oreo macaroon and it was so hard to break and eat. it was unenjoyable. i came in asking for another flavor of a macroon and the employee kindly provided us another one. that was very considerate. the place is a bit small with limited seating. overall, it's still disappointing that this happened and i will probably not come back again because of the hesitation that the macroon will be hard again.
I was craving ice cream but looking for an ice cream shop open late and that has vegan flavors can be challenging. Luckily I remembered scoop is open late. They weren't busy. Service was fast and friendly. I got exactly what I was craving. Vegan cookies and cream. It was delish!! So many flavors where there you're looking for dairy or non dairy options.

I'm very happy to have discovered this place because of my dairy allergy. Multiple flavors of vegan ice cream to choose from. So far, I tried the cookies and cream, chocolate, cookie dough, and ube. The owner told me that the vegan ice cream is made daily. The ube flavored vegan ice cream is my favorite flavor. This. Place offers milkshakes, macaroon ice cream sandwiches, ice cream, and various toppings to choose from. The inside decorations is part nostalgia and part anime. The staff is helpful and friendly.
Was on the hunt for something sweet late night and this this happened to be the only thing open in the Spring Valley area. I believe it's Filipino owned with their flavor options. They offer regular ice cream scoop flavors, halo halo, and a wide selection of vegan flavors as well for those with a dairy allergy. We opted for the halo halo which had a mixture of beans, jellies, ice, and ube ice cream. In our opinion it wasn't the most authentic tasting one and it was a little too sweet. I feel like it needed more red bean in a stronger Ube flavor. The shop is small and there's not much seating inside so I think it's meant more for to go.

Honestly pretty disappointed in this place, after being recommended by quite a few people, a group of 4 of us came in about 45 minutes before closing and was greeted by a gentleman that looked extremely irritated and not so nicely asked if we are just getting ice cream to go and leaving when we responded yes he then rolled his eyes and walked behind the counter. We were in there for maybe 2 minutes before that same gentleman very rudely asking if we were ready to order and when we said we needed just a second (because we had never been here before and there are so many flavors) again we were met with attitude. The lady working behind the counter was nice no attitude. We got: Birthday crunch w/ the fruity pebbles macaroon Cookie butter & Cookie Monster Captian crunch& milk tea And a 2 vegan flavors. No toppings or anything extra Overall ice cream was good and there was a lot of flavors and toppings to choose from As we were walking out around 6 minutes after entering the establishment we were followed by that same gentleman being extremely extra by locking the door pretty much the second we got our feet out of the door. Over 30 minutes before their posted closing signs. Wouldn't recommend this place if you take more than 3 seconds to decide what you want or if you come anywhere near closing.
We were over at a friends house and he made mention of ordering some boba as a snack. Turns out he gets it from Scoop LV, a spot I had been meaning to try for some time now. I knew this was my opportunity so I decided to order/try quite a few things. I had a macaron cookie in my cart until I scrolled down to see that they had Halo-Halo. It's been a while since I've had one so I wanted to try this version pretty badly. Honestly, there were things I loved and things I wasn't a huge fan of. I personally like to eat the flan and the ube ice cream first and not mix it in. This I couldn't do with this one because the flan was at the bottom. It was interesting to sip flan through a straw. I wasn't a fan of the langka, it was hard like ginger and tasted weird but I appreciated the beans and coconut (not quite macapuno). I absolutely loved the blending of the milk and ice. I'm going to always want it like this instead of the crushed ice. I also tried the lychee black tea. It was just that and it tasted the way it's described and was pretty delicious. My mans had a banana smoothie and I loved it because it was actual banana and not banana flavor. We also tried a vanilla macaron with strawberry cheesecake ice cream. This was absolutely great and I was quite impressed with the flavor, texture and size. Can't wait to come into the store and get some more sweets!
From the second you walk in, the vibrant pop-art murals, colorful decor, and retro arcade cabinet set the playful vibe. The service was friendly and fast. There wasn't a wait so we got to try a few samples too! Our drinks were delicious but serving them in the custom bear and lightbulb bottles made them insanely cute. For fantastic late night treats with a cool retro atmosphere... you have to try Scoop LV :) My teen sons loved it! read more

After dinner with the family, we came here for a late night treat. No customers inside as it was around 10ish on a Monday night. 2 workers were there. Both of them cleaning while keeping busy. As we walked in, we were greeted promptly and were told if you had questions on the menu or if we wanted to sample an ice cream we could. Knowing my other half. He would order the halo halo and I've decided to order just 2 scoops of ice cream. My family got the dirty red velvet with boba shake and another halo halo as well. The halo halo was ok I give it a 7/10. But it had all the ingredients to make the halo halo. Just need to be sweeter. My brother in law said his dirty red velvet was okay. Lol. Other than that I wouldn't mind coming here cause the flavors of ice cream was so many to choose from. I had the strawberry cheesecake and the banana pudding. I give it a 9/10. read more

I wanted to update my review because it's only fair to recognize when a business improves. We recently decided to give ScoopLV another try after several years, and our experience was much better this time. We went right at opening, so service was quick and friendly. There were actually already 2 groups when they opened. The shop itself could use a little refreshing, but the desserts definitely made up for it. We ordered the Ube ice cream, Cookie Monster ice cream, and Halo Halo. The Ube was my favorite--it was creamy and full of flavor. My daughter absolutely loved the Cookie Monster ice cream, and my mom really enjoyed the Halo Halo. I'm happy we decided to give ScoopLV another chance. The service has improved, the desserts were delicious as we remembered, and I'm glad to update my review to reflect our recent experience. We'll definitely be back! read more

We were over at a friends house and he made mention of ordering some boba as a snack. Turns out he gets it from Scoop LV, a spot I had been meaning to try for some time now. This was a cute place. The customer service was nice and they recommended good ice cream. My favorite was toffee coffee and I got Thai milk tea. It an amazing place to take your friends and kids. I definitely want to go again. read more

I LOVE THE VEGAN ICE CREAM HERE!! It's one thing to have vegan options, it's another to have CREAMY vegan ice cream and a vegan WAFFLE cone! Some of my favorite vegan flavors are: Ube, cookies and cream, cookie butter and pistachio. The staff are always really nice and ask if you want to try anything. The scoops are huge and you can even request "half scoops" if you want to split between two flavors without getting a massive 2 scoop cone. read more

Great place to go when you want dessert in the southwest side of town. They have a good variety of flavors to enjoy. I usually get mint chocolate chip but this time I ordered the small sea salt and added fruity pebbles in a cup, which was very tasty. The service was good they allowed us to try a few flavors before commiting, haha. Interior has seats, restrooms, and just reminds me of a high school summer hangout spot. Price is fairly reasonable. I love how this place is opened until midnight. Nothing like trying to find a drink spot (that's not coffee) to cool you off during the scorching hot Vegas summers. Calling all coconut fans: they make the most delicious, refreshing coconut slush here! Cups comes in two sizes: the regular is a 24oz (venti). You can add other toppings, jelly etc. I know there are plentyyyyy of other flavors to choose from along with milk teas, ice creams etc but mannnn....as much as I wanna try other items, I'm always gonna go back to the coconut slush. During the same visit, we also ordered halo halo and taro slush. Both were delicious and definitely repeat items. Safe plaza with easy parking stalls. It's dangerous this place is close by to where I live. Two drinks (slush and halo halo) will run you about $9-11; depending on if you want to add any additional toppings. read more

Service was great as always. Haven't been back in awhile but we needed another bear bottle so we came mainly for that. Their shake menu is funny because that's how I would order. "That shake with coffee..." lol. Ambiance was cool just like the flavors of ice cream. Wall graffiti/art suits the place and I like that they do have an arcade you can play on. read more
**UPDATE** First, thank you to Jon for reaching out after my first review. As asked, I did revisit your location and brought my nephew to try some other flavors also. My nephew decided on the regular Chocolate ( I say regular because they do have a vegan option for chocolate). He wanted a topping and chose M&Ms. When I asked hime how it was he said "really good. Taste like chocolate." So there you go, the chocolate is good from the taste of a 10 year old. I am not a chocolate fan so I am sad to say I did not try it. Ok, now on to mine. I felt it would be unfair to get a different flavor and review that. So I got the chocolate chip cookie doh again. I must say, this was what I was expecting the first time. The cream base was a punch of vanilla, loaded with chocolate chips and cookie dough pieces. Not that I did not like my first experience, it was just not this one. Well done Jon and team for making such great ice cream. I will be back with the rest of my nephews. read more
I'm making sure to write a review so that I can remember to come here again when I'm in Vegas. We had scoops of ice cream and an order of Okinawa Milk Tea in a bear bottle. The bear bottle costs extra but I didn't care because I wanted it. I also had a macaron sandwich. The flavor was good but I wished it was a little more soft. read more
This ice cream joint has potential to be better in comparison to other ice cream shops. The vibe feels like an 80s, nostalgic feel with ice cream that is candy and cereal inspired flavors. Some unique flavors that you won't find in other ice cream shops. The downside is that it does get crowded with kids and teenagers. The place is dimly lit with fluorescent lighting and it feels like it is too dark in there. The staff seems to be disorganized and there is no sampling. How am I supposed to know what ice cream flavor I like if I am unable to sample? There is an ice cream menu, however, they are out of 1/4 of the flavors listed on their menu and crossed off the list. Overall, we enjoyed our flavors. The ice cream is creamy and just the right sweetness. I ordered the captain crunch, my sister ordered the coconut and my brother ordered the taro. We all enjoyed our ice cream, but hope that they made some changes and improve their quality of service. I'll be back when they do! read more

Scoop LV very much gave a 5 star yelping service. They let me try different vegan flavors ,which I thought that was awesome...They explained each flavor that I had questions about and were extremely friendly and gave a cool back story on the cool art on the walls of the store. The vegan options in this place were surprisingly long. So vegans you have a nice list to choose from. The inside of this shop was indeed satisfying and spacious almost like a mini ice cream wonderland. Shout out to Scoop LV for the great ice cream experience. I will be the first to say thank you on the behalf of all vegans for the nice extensive list of dairy free options. We will definitely be back to try the list of dairy free options. Scoop LV is a unique little ice cream store that sells drinks, ice cream cookies, or if you just want straight-up ice cream. Their flavors are different and unique from others! They have ube, cookie monster, grasshopper, and a lot of other choices. They also have a vegan section as well for people that can't take dairy products. I ordered a two-scoop ice cream but I would say the cookie monster was my favorite! It's a vibrant blue color ice cream that I have no idea what is inside but it's pretty darn good! The service was fast we got there and only had to wait a few minutes. I sat outside on the bench and enjoyed this cup of ice cream after a long day. It made me so happy and seriously gave me an upbeat feeling of things will get better! read more

We love this new hidden gem. Staff was super nice. Offered us water after our ice cream. It's cute and clean inside. The ice cream is fantastic. They let you sample lots and I have not found one I didn't think was excellent. The flavors are unique but not enough to scare you. Lol. It's our new favorite ice cream shop. read more

We do not use peanuts in our ice cream however, peanuts and mixed nuts in containers are present in our facility. We make a white chocolate peanut butter flavored ice cream.
